Obama Appointed Fed Judge Blocks Trump From Cutting Funds to Sanctuary Cities

This is what happens when voters ignore warnings. TEA Party activists, conservatives, Constitutionalists etc begged people in 2012 to vote for Mitt Romney because obama was stacking the courts with radical judges, and now America youre seeing the fruits of his labor!

Fed Judge William H Orrick III was appointed by obama.... May 2013! This is the same William Orrick who also reportedly raised $200k for obama. He is another example of obama successfully stacking the courts to continue his radical lawless legacy. FYI sanctuary cities are ILLEGAL. What these mayors, governors, state/federal senators and reps and judges are doing is a federal crime by aiding and harboring ILLEGAL ALIENS.

8 US Code § 1324 Bringing Harboring Illegal Aliens
8 U.S. Code § 1324

8 US Code § 1327 Aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter
US Code 8 1327 Aiding aliens

For those locations who have hired illegals, they are in violation of 8 US Code § 1324a - Unlawful employment of aliens

If Attorney General Jeff Sessions is not prepared to begin arresting sanctuary city enablers (mayors, council members, law enforcement officials, state and federal senators and representative, governors, state attorney generals etc) for blatantly breaking federal law he should RESIGN.

How much more America? You're all PO'd over these lawless actions yet no marches, no protests, no resistance of any kind against the lawlessness taking place in this country. Too busy watching the Kardashian's, big game on tv or are too busy with the job, house and kids? Then don't complain as you are cast to the wayside while the left continues to push forward changing the demographics of the US. It worked brilliantly in CA, it is now under one party rule with other states following their lead!

To be silent is to speak. You're speaking loud and clear America you're okay with this...

California judge blocks Trump order on sanctuary city money
Fox News / AP
A federal judge in San Francisco has blocked a Trump administration order to withhold funding from communities that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

U.S. District Judge William Orrick issued the temporary ruling Tuesday in a lawsuit over the executive order targeting so-called sanctuary cities. The decision will stay in place while the lawsuit moves through court.

The Republican president's administration and two California governments that sued over the order disagreed about its scope.

San Francisco and Santa Clara County argued that it threatened billions of dollars in federal funding.

But an attorney for the Justice Department, Chad Readler, said at a recent court hearing that it applied to a limited set of grants.

Readler said less than $1 million was at stake nationally and possibly no San Francisco funding.
