Democrats Come Unhinged As Trump Ends Illegal Subsidy Payments to Obamacare Insurers (Video)

Once again democrats are in an uproar because Pres Trump has enforced the law! The party of lawlessness doesn't like the fact Pres Trump put a stop to massive theft from the American people through illegal subsidies, CSR (Cost Sharing Reduction), that were being paid out to obamacare insurers.

Democratic AGs sue Trump over ObamaCare subsidy cutoff

Congress never appropriated the money to go to insurers. Obama authorized the payments on his own, with his magic pen, as he did countless times issuing executive orders to "fix" obamacare; because it was created and written so poorly! By the way what he did is a federal crime because Congress controls the purse strings.

Per Article I Section 9 Clause 7 (Appropriations Clause)
"No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

Approximately $10B per year was being stolen from the US Treasury and handed out to insurance companies, who are accomplices in said theft.

This wasn't Trump acting on his own, US District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled in May 2016 this action was illegal and unconstitutional, which is no surprise as obama violated the law repeatedly.

Collyer "ruled the [obama] administration is violating a provision of the law by paying promised reimbursements to health insurers who provide coverage at reduced costs to low-income Americans. "Paying [those] reimbursements without an appropriation thus violates the Constitution... Congress is the only source for such an appropriation, and no public money can be spent without one." You'll never hear one democrat or any of their propaganda outlets making any of this clear. Instead they will rant and rave Trump is sabotaging obamacare, how unfair it is, Trump is hurting and doesn't want to help poor people, or he's breaking the law!!

Democrats don't care about the money being stolen, this is/ was a payoff to the insurers to back this POS law which clearly served as a power grab for the elite!

This is your money America, do not allow the Left to inject feelings into this issue. It's about the rule of law, they clearly hate. People will still get subsidies to help pay premiums as Betsy McCaughey explained today on Cavuto.

The only good thing about all of this is how clearly the democrats are showing who they really are for those who had any doubt. They are unhinged, violent and no doubt lawless.
