  In a 217-213 vote, 215 democrats and 2 republicans (Fitzpatrick (PA), Jacobs (NY)) in the House cheerfully voted to strip Americans of their Second Amendment rights, and VIOLATING their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution, by passing HR 1808 before going on vacation!

Senior House dems have been clear they want to disarm Americans of commonly used weapons because they THINK criminals follow laws, while leaving law-abiding Americans defenseless.

Many pundits on the Right claim this bill is DOA when it gets to the Senate, but is it? Do they really believe progressives in the GOP won’t vote for it? Really? They seem to forget: Lisa Murkowski Susan Collins Mitt Romney Lindsey Graham and a couple other “republicans” who support gun control.
We are now in the fight of our lives to protect the most important right in the Bill of Rights. Without 2A there is NO 1A or any of the others, it is the LAST Check the People possess to keep a tyrannical govt in line.
This country is now on the path to civil war whether you want to hear/ believe it or not. America is far worse off and divided than it ever was in the late 1850’s, 1860 and EARLY 1861. Gun Grabber Org's Attorney & Biden Judicial Nominee Refuses to Answer Simple Question

  Maybe you're not aware but judicial appointments are still being made with nominees appearing before the Senate to answer simple questions. Here we have Rachel Bloomekatz, an attorney for gun grabber Michael Bloomberg's Everytown, being asked a simple question if she agrees with the org's position that "assault weapons" (whatever in the hell they are) should be banned.

As Sen Kennedy points out, Bloomekatz is afraid to answer a simple question, is not a judge and not bound by judicial ethics, so you know her answer is YES.
Her dodging of the question is expected, but what's truly concerning is this is the type of person the illegitimate regime is seeking out to sit on the federal bench! They're not seeking originalists, or down the middle jurists, the radical Constitution destroying regime is seeking out hardcore political/judicial activists who will bend over backwards to take your rights away!

Bob Frank O'Rourke aka Beto (aka ) was on CNN to defend his position on gun Confiscation but it didn't go well for the cultural appropriator. I mean when you have Chris "FREDO" Cuomo telling you a gun confiscation won't work you're up the creek with no paddles!

AR-15's are not weapons of war, they are civilian semi-auto weapons that are inferior to the military's M-16. The same applies to AK-47's theyre the military version of the civilian SKS. ANYTHING that has been used on the battlefield can be deemed a weapon of war be it a rock, hammer, axe... the list is endless. AR-15's ARE NOT true "weapons of war", they are inferior weapons, semi-automatic sporting rifles which look like the M16 that IS a select fire "weapon of war".
AK-47's, like M-16's, are military weapons with select fire civilians can't own. The few who do, had to go through an additional BACKGROUND CHECK, through the ATF, to buy an AK, M-16 or any other select and/ or full automatic weapon. The SKS is the civilian semi-automatic version of the AK.

FACTS matter, and no these are not semantics, mechanically these civilian weapons are different from the military versions they copy. If anyone tries to modify their weapon to fire fully automatic (defined as one pull of the trigger with multiple/ unlimited number of rounds being expelled) they go to jail!

Patrick Ryan, a democrat veteran, running for Congress was given a softball interview by CNN over his position and ad pushing for an "assault weapons" ban. Just because one served doesn't give them a pass to not be criticized and called out for lying. While Americans appreciate his service, Ryan damn well knows the weapon he used in the military (M4/M16) is far superior to the civilian ArmaLite rifle. If we take him at his word Americans being in possession of military grade weapons is highly restricted and regulated, not to mention extremely expensive! Dem Congressman Wants to "Treat Assault Weapons the Same We Treat Machine Guns" 📺

First off, "assault weapon" is made up term, that's been around since at least 1989, where the ATF was unable to define what such a weapon is! Technically anything a person uses in the form of a weapon against another person is an assault weapon. Progressives want you to believe the evil black ArmaLite rifle is a weapon of war, yet NO ONE in the military would ever be caught dead in combat with one! Rep Deutch has no idea what he is talking about when he made the Valentines Day Massacre comparison. A Tommy Gun operates completely different from an ArmaLite rifle, but let's leave the facts out because the misleading words have far more impact on the uneducated voter.

There is nothing similar between a semiautomatic and a fully automatic weapon, both operate completely different AND the civilian versions (cheap to higher end), when subjected to harsh operation of sustained fire, will fail anywhere between 3-6 minutes!
