Schumer: “There is No Presumption of Innocence” For Kavanaugh

Chuck Schumer, the Minority Leader of the United States Senate looked straight into the cameras and said there is "no presumption of innocence" for Judge Kavanaugh, and frankly that "rule" now applies to everyone... who isn't democrat. The presumption of innocence, burden of proof on the accuser has been a staple point of America for generations to our founding, be it criminal court to civil matters. The accuser comes forward make their case and then the accused defends themselves, but no more per Schumer and the democrats. All of that is thrown out because they have to do everything possible to keep Brett Kavanaugh* from becoming a US Supreme Court Justice.

Again this new rule isn't just limited to Kavanaugh it will apply to everyone, do not dismiss this warning. Yes, in a normal court proceeding you'll face your accusers, but in the public court of opinion you're done if you're doing anything that goes against liberal progressive ideology. Work, school, a committee, or club whatever it is you're a part of, if you get accused you're guilty. I guarantee this garbage coming from the democrats will spill over to our day-to-day lives. It already has in many cases, but now with this circus #MeToo #BelieveSurvivors thing going on more attention is on it where progressives are setting the new rule of guilty until proven innocent.

If you want to stop this insanity coming from the democrats you better get and vote for republicans this November otherwise you'll have no one to blame but yourselves.

Take note the dems are adamant they want an FBI investigation even though their own Joe Biden made it VERY clear the agency doesn't not make conclusions!

* To be clear, the only reason democrats have brought the axes out now is because they're obsessed with abortion, that is what this is really about. Democrats think if Kavanaugh becomes a justice then Roe v Wade will be overturned. Granted there are no cases pending that doesn't matter, all these monsters care about is their right for on-demand abortions!

Biden '91: The FBI 'Does Not Reach Conclusions'

 

"The next person that refers to an FBI report as being worth anything obviously doesn't understand anything. FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case, reach a conclusion - period, period!"

How times changes huh? Here we have the great DEMOCRAT Joe Biden laying the facts out to Judge Clarence Thomas, during his SCOTUS confirmation hearing, making it clear an FBI investigation is not the final say, "they do not - they do not - they do not reach conclusions". Yet today the democrats demand an FBI investigation in just about everything for a final say - conclusion!

This clip just goes to show how hypocritical the left has become. It's a clear indicator of how they have weaponized the FBI and DOJ with loyal operatives (Deep State) to advance their agenda when anyone gets in their way!

As of this week anyone accused of crime by a democrat/ leftist does not have the presumption of innocence, is not entitled to due process, is guilty until proven innocent. The accused now have the burden of proving their innocence where the accused is allowed to lie and deceive for political expediency, financial gain or whatever their end goal is, generally some insane social justice warrior cause.

Kavanaugh is just the beginning, when dems take over Congress, because GOP voters are lazy and complacent to come out election day, they'll go after anyone who crosses them. So by all means republican, conservative, TEA Party voters sit home election day, you'll get the govt you deserve.

Senate Dems, Working to Destroy Kavanaugh, Say Burden of Proof is on the Accused

Senate democrats Mazie Hirono, Chris Coons, and Rich Blumenthal (among others) say those who are accused of a crime, especially with regards to sexual harassment/ misconduct/ rape, have the burden of proof in proving their innocence! According to these people accusers are telling the truth even when they have no proof, no witnesses, nor any clear memory of an event; alleged victims can make a charge against anyone and it's as good as Gospel!

Democrats are setting extremely dangerous precedents ("rules") where anything a person does in their entire life can be used against them now. Men/ boys are the primary targets because girls/ women NEVER do anything wrong! Just ask the Duke Lacrosse team, Univ VA fraternity Phi Kappa Psi, countless men convicted of sexual assault/ rape who after serving several years in prison (God only knows the abuse they were subjected to behind bars, as rapists are generally "dealt with") are released after their female accuser is exposed to be a liar!

The democrat party is completely out of control at this point. They will destroy anyone life who gets in their or defies them. And let's be clear they don't care about Dr Ford, Ms Ramirez or whomever else they did up to attack Judge Kavanaugh. If they derail his shot at SCOTUS the fallout was worth it because it means a win against Pres Trump.

How much more do you need to see to understand how important this coming election is? If you don't get out to vote and bring at least 10 people to the polls, where each of them is bringing people, the democrats are going to steamroll over the GOP. Trump and Pence WILL BE IMPEACHED, all progress made under this admin will be reversed and again extremely dangerous precedents will be made putting mainly all men and young boys in more danger than they're aleady in, after all the general demonizing coming from the left.
