DACA are not the most American. They've been here for how long? 10-20 years, and how many of them, now adults, have made any attempt to make things rights? Hmm, how many? ZERO.

Obama Admitted in 2011 DACA Unconstitutional, in 2012 'Temporary', NOT a Pathway to Citizenship

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over the DACA program, where proponents are doing everything within their power to have DREAMers more or less granted citizenship. Instead of pointing out who's right and wrong, let's just get down to the absolute irrefutable facts.

#1 Congress, aka the Legislative Branch, makes laws, including with respect to matters on immigration. The Executive Branch, aka White House/ Presidency, enforces the laws passed by Congress. The EB cannot make polices, nor "legislate" from the Oval Office, that violate the separation of powers, especially on issues of immigration.

#2 in 2011 obama appeared on Univison making it clear he does not have the authority to issue an Executive Order granting protective status for illegals. He makes it clear there are laws in place, restricting the authoritarian power the Left wanted him to invoke. This clip should be "Exhibit A" by the admins attorneys defending Pres Trump's plans to end DACA....

#3 Despite what was said, in April 2011 on Univison, obama went ahead issuing the Executive Order on DACA that he admitted wasn't legal. In what should be used as "Exhibit B" and a more powerful piece of evidence here he is speaking on June 15th, 2012 from the Rose Garden making it abundantly clear that DACA 'is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure...'

Yet the Left, media, many federal judges have in fact treated his Executive order as all those things obama said it wasn't!

How can something that is clearly illegal, unconstitutional, NEVER passed into law by Congress be treated by lawmakers and judges as if it is a law, where its validity is being argued at the Supreme Court?!

We won't know SCOTUS' decision on this until probably June 2020, but should they decide in favor of the DREAMers and the Left it will be confirmation of two things:

Bernie Sanders was out pandering to hispanic voters, at Mijente's: El Chisme 2020, making promises he knows he can't keep for primary votes. DC District Court Judge John Bates upheld DACA, overriding the Trump admin to end the program stating DHS must have a rational explanation to rescind it. He went on that an "assertion that a prior policy is illegal, accompanied by a hodgepodge of illogical or post hoc policy assertion, simply will not do."

Fed Judge Rules Against Trump Admin on DACA

For the third time a US District Court Judge, John Bates, appointed by George W. Bush, ruled against the Trump admins termination of DACA.

We can go into a long spat over right and wrong, and illegal immigration, but what's at issue here is federal courts are ruling to keep an illegal executive order in force! The order was actually a memorandum to DHS to not follow the law and break the rules. DACA is not and never was federal law, and for that matter neither is the DREAM Act, yet it's treated as such to this day. For those unclear let's rewind back to 2012 when obama initiated it:

"Secretary Napolitano announced new actions my administration will take to mend our nation's immigration policy, to make it more fair, more efficient, and more just -- specifically for certain young people sometimes called 'Dreamers.'"....

Obama knew it would not hold up in court because in 2010 he stated, "I am not king. I can't do these things just by myself."
March 2011, "respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations through executive order, that's just not the case."
May 2011, obama said I can't "just bypass Congress and change the law myself. ... That's not how a democracy works."

DREAMers are illegal aliens, they like their parents, have no legal right to be here, let alone receive preferential treatment. This new ruling puts the spotlight on a very troubling and rapidly growing problem in this country with respect to judicial activism. What should have happened with this challenge to the Trump admin was for the judge to throw the case out of court!

This protest is wrong on multiple levels and a complete slap in the face to all Americans, including legal immigrants.

Those who are here illegally protesting in DC do not have that right, yet the event went on like any other legally organized, permitted protest.

#3 If you want to be a citizen of this country, you do not protest illegally while a megaphone ranting/ chanting in a foreign language.

#4 Illegal aliens have no right to be making any kind of demands to the nation they are dwelling, while breaking countless laws, up to and including document fraud (ie many have social security numbers!?). The disrespect they display is off the charts.

These people show absolutely no respect to this country carrying on the way they do. From blocking roads to getting aid from celebrities to harass Congressmen. When obama broke the law they had 5+ years to make things right, up to and including applying for citizenship. Instead of doing that, they protest, harass, milk the system, apply for college and financial aid. Does any that, which just touches the surface of what they do, sound like people who want to be US citizens? No, they want someone to pass a law and make them citizens with the stroke of pen.

Trump Calls For Govt Shutdown Over Dems Refusal to Close Immigration Loopholes

Pres Trump took questions during a meeting about gang violence and MS-13 to address immigration reform. Without hesitation he called for another govt shutdown over democrats refusing to reign in immigration loopholes. The proposal the WH issued, offered amnesty to 1.8M illegal aliens in exchange for funding of the border wall, an end to the visa lottery system and restricting chain migration. It should be noted conservatives DO NOT like this proposal, yet the democrats have balked making outlandish charges, GOP is holding illegals hostage and of course pulling the race card.

Fact remains the democrats DO NOT want to secure the border. First she attempts to dictate to Carlson how to conduct his show. She continues to dodge his questions and filibuster. Is Luis Gutierrez caving to Trump? Don't buy his "A brick for lives? Okay. Let's do it." for one second. Sen Schumer Takes Victory Lap For Shutting Govt Down

Sen Chuck Schumer who orchestrated the govt shutdown took a victory lap after the Senate failed to pass the continuing resolution (CR). In typical fashion he put the blame on the GOP suggesting the majority they hold should've had the votes to pass the CR. What he left out was the CR requires 60 votes, where there are only 51 republicans in the Senate. At least 9 democrats would have had to vote for the CR but the democrats stopped it because they think granting amnesty to illegal aliens supersedes the funding for the US military, veterans, Children’s Health Insurance Program(CHIP), and American citizens in general.

The democrats have made it official, Americans are a second class citizens to illegal aliens. There was no need to do this, as there is plenty of time to deal with DACA. Aside from its deadline in March, the recent district court ruling actually extended that deadline! This CR was more or less about funding the basics but democrats led by Schumer wanted to add immigration to it, as he states, to it causing discourse.

The dems have in fact thrown gasoline on a fire over the division that already exists in this country. While it's not a surprise to see Jim Acosta get schooled there is a larger issue at play here. Acosta represents all of the corrupt media pushing lies to blame the GOP for the soon to be govt shutdown. Name the network, they were all using the same exact language "The GOP has majority in the House, Senate and has the White House, how can a shutdown occur?" The key fact they leave out is, as OMB Dir Mulvaney points out, in order to pass the continuing resolution (CR) you must have 60 votes in the Senate.

Ok so let's have math class for those who don't get it:
There are 51 Republicans(R) and 49 Democrats(D) in the Senate.
You need 60 votes to pass CR.
To get to 60 at least 9 Democrats would have to vote with Republicans:
51(R) + 9(D) = 60!

That said how is it the govt shutdown (which is a nothing burger, scare tactics by the Left and media) is the GOP's fault? The democrats are holding funding to the military, CHIP and other agencies hostage to get amnesty for illegal aliens (aka DREAMers). The GOP should welcome the shutdown because democrats are running to cameras making it clear they are acting out over DACA which is not a funding issue and furthermore, read this loud and clear, THEY HAVE NO BILL to vote on! There is no DACA bill!

Btw today is Friday, the govt always shuts down around 4-5pm until 8-9am the following Monday! The govt shuts down everyday at 4-5pm and reopens the following morning 8-9am! The govt also shuts down on federal holidays.. we're all still here and frankly if it wasn't for the media and their countdown clocks no one would know otherwise if it happened! Life will go on and as Mulvaney points out in this presser, all the agencies have reserve funds they will tap to keep the doors and lights open unlike obama who dramatized weaponized it by having barricades put up at outdoor monuments and the like.

Well the cat is out of the bag, and now we know why democrats have been screaming from rooftops that something must be done about DACA immediately. It turns out the democrats are holding the nation's business hostage to force immigration reform in order to get amnesty for 3,600,000 NOT 800K DREAMers aka ILLEGAL ALIENS aka undocumented democrat voters!

Do you know what 3.6M new democrat voters would do to the US? All you need to do is look at California. It's demographics have literally been changed where more Representatives have been added as a result of population increases, no thanks to the droves of illegals flooding in (Trump admin is currently seeking to add citizenship question to Census to curb this). The state is literally under permanent one party rule, where citizens are being "terrorized" by the state legislature forcing socialist policies, high taxes, tons of restriction to the degree of now having to pay for plastic bags, and last but not least its systematic destruction of Second Amendment rights. As argued by this site, CA IS the testing grounds/ laboratory for how far the Left can go. They've proven they can take over a state completely and want to apply the same to the nation. 3.6M new voters will turn states that are already borderline Red (Arizona, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina and potentially Texas(libs are moving there in droves from West coast)) Blue! Don't say it can't happen because it already happened to CA, a state who had Reagan as governor and elected him to the White House, and Colorado too!

Let the democrats shut the govt down over DACA. It will put them on official record they care more about ILLEGAL ALIENS than YOU, your family, friends and all American citizens and military!

One last thing, it is an absolute disgrace how the GOP holds a majority in the House, Senate and White House yet continues to be manhandled by the democrat party.  As long as the GOP maintains this do-nothing course they're on, they're going to get an ass-kicking in Nov and then there is going to be real trouble on the horizon.

This smaller group of DREAMers is in the spotlight because President Trump terminated DACA in September, saying it was an illegal overreach of executive authority that can only come from Congress, which is negotiating with Trump on a compromise immigration plan.

While many politicians use DREAMer and DACA interchangeably, the terms are "not a distinction without a difference," said House Minority Whip Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md.

Rep DeSantis: Democrats Care More About Illegal Immigrants Than Military

Rep Ron DeSantis dropped a nice truth bomb over this insane debate over illegal immigration. It is absurd that funding for the military and other programs are being held hostage by the democrat party in exchange for amnesty! DeSantis should've have really said democrats care more about illegal aliens than Americans. This fact needs to really set in with people because there are not enough people making it clear. All we hear day in and day out, outside of the Trump attacks, from the media, democrat politicians and pundits is undocumented immigrants this, DACA that, illegal immigrants this, DREAMers are US citizens etc. It's insulting really and infuriating really.

Democrats only care about illegals because they want votes. I've beaten it to death here but will continue to say it, democrats know changing the demographics will lead to one party rule. They did in California which is now under permanent one party rule that has destroyed the state, which now leads the country for high poverty. They control everything CA, have high taxes, high cost of living are extremely anti-Second Amendment while giving illegal aliens and radical unhinged Leftists free reign to do as the please. DNC Vice Chair Ellison Says Dems Must Support Clean DREAM Act or They're on Their Own

Keith Ellison, DNC Vice Chair, made it official for anyone running on democrat ticket that the DNC has a litmus test where candidates must support a clean DREAM Act or they're on their own! Why must they support DACA? Votes. All DREAMers, illegals and other "immigrants" mean to the Left are votes to stay in power. Dems don't care about you America, all they care about is money, power and control. They want this new pool of voters so they can control every aspect of your life and get one step closer to one party rule.

Dems know all they have to do is change the demographics and wait it out to become the ruling power.
