Dem Rep Eric Swalwell of California, who has played a direct role in the 3+ year witch hunt/ coup d'état against President Trump has sent a tweet out that can only be interpreted as an admission of defeat. Just hours after Trump's impeachment legal team completed day 1 of defending the President with actual facts that completely destroy the democrats and entire Left's narrative, the disgraced Congressman in an act of desperation is begging for "audio recording or other evidence of Donald Trump's corruption".

Eric Swalwell Says the House is on the Road to Impeaching Trump

Eric Swalwell continues living in denial, unwilling to accept Saint Mueller failed to deliver evidence to destroy Donald Trump. The gun-grabbing presidential candidate is obsessed with charging Pres Trump with obstruction even though that too was never proven by the Mueller DOSSIER. He says the House is on the road to impeaching and dismantling Trump, but it's all talk at this point..

To this day not one democrat has stated unequivocally the crimes Pres Trump allegedly committed to justify being impeached. Collusion as you know is not a crime, so even if it was proven, which Mueller FAILED to do, it's not a crime. Also keep in mind Clinton and co did far more than what was alleged against Trump, so if he was to go down so would all of those on the left charging him with crimes. But again they never name an actual statute, unlike Hillary who at the least violated 18 US Code § 793(f) Gathering, transmitting or losing defense information. The same argument can be made about charges of obstruction. Swalwell and co keep saying POTUS obstructed but what is the exact crime, firing Comey? That's within his plenary powers per Article II. Talking about firing Mueller? Trump has done A LOT of talking, but since when is talking about something a crime?

This IS the problem, and it isn't just on these issues. Almost every claim the dems make are quite open ended or outright lies. Again collusion was treated like a federal crime, but there NO statutes on the books criminalizing it. They said it's illegal for Trump to bus illegal aliens to sanctuary cities. Where is the law that states that, because obama did it, yours truly was at the July 2014 protest that made national news in Murrieta, CA over illegals getting bused in. Illegals are being dumped in cities all across the US no one seems to be citing this mysterious law over those are they!?

He maintains the fantasy the Russians helped Donald Trump win the election, yet to this day not one piece of evidence has ever been produced of a vote changed from Clinton to Hillary. Here's the thing on that: Donald Trump is one of the biggest names out there prior to running for office. He has had his run-ins with politicians, like Jerry Nadler, in the past. Don't you think if he had done anything shady over the last 40+ years someone would've said something by now? Don't you think if there was anything out of the norm with his finances/ taxes the IRS, same agency which has sent SWAT teams after people over a few hundred dollars, would've kicked his door down seizing all his records followed with a perp walk?

Swalwell Vows to Enact New Zealand & Australian Gun Control, Arrest Those Who Don't Comply

'Second Amendment is not an absolute right...' the hell it isn't! What part of "..shall not be infringed" does Rep Eric Swalwell, who announced his candidacy for the 2020 Presidential election, and the democrat party not understand? Sorry but the truth is the Founders intended the citizens, after fighting the largest military in the world outgunned most of the time, to be as well armed as the govt! So if the Founders were here today they would argue:

Swalwell vowed to bring New Zealand and Australian style gun control to America. In a nutshell he wants to ban "military style assault weapons", "weapons of war" (whatever in the hell they are) where anyone who doesn't comply with his fascistic policies will end up in jail. He talks buybacks (probably $100/weapon) but what they really are is forced confiscation. The Australian forced confiscation and whatever insanity being done in New Zealand will not work in America. We have over 300M people here, and it's estimated 100M are in possession of 3-400M weapons and billions of rounds of ammunition. There is no way this clown is going to disarm that many people.

Who made this man arbiter of what people can and cannot own? Armalite Rifles are the most widely used rifles in the US. There are millions of them in the hands of law-abiding gun owners. He and the gun grabbers want to take them off the streets over claims they're high-powered and most deadly but there are other weapons that are far more deadly, which goes to show his lack of understanding the types of weapons in circulation. What happens when all the AR's are off the streets and then the next thing used prevalently are larger caliber semi-autos? He'll call for those to be banned too, because in reality "Mr We Got Nukes" wants ALL semi-autos out of Americans hands.

Swalwell doesn't even have his facts straight on the matter. AR's are rarely used in most shootings. Those he cites and few others are about it (NO, those heinous events are not being trivialized, but people should know those types of shootings ARE not happening on a daily occurrence). Most gun crimes are committed with semi-auto handguns, frankly it was surprising to see Jake Tapper correct him on this.

We already have background checks, he is conflating buying from a gun store/ gun show dealer with buying from a private party (friend/neighbor/family member). Swalwell is being deceptive here, clearly pushing Moms Demand, Brady Campaign propaganda.

Also what's he going to do about everyone who has access to milling machines, drills and routers? Is he going to have his storm troopers inspecting unannounced to see who is and isn't manufacturing their own weapons??

What you have here is a man who is clueless of the facts and laws, has no chance winning A primary. What Swalwell is most likely doing is getting his name out there for speaking jobs, book deals, and a job with the next democrat administration should the win in 2020.
