he was "consistent with his inconsistencies" and they didn't think they needed to disclose anything that would help Officer Goodson's case.
Oh Marilyn Mosby you must be so proud of yourself! You deserve to be sued for malicious prosecution and at this point be disbarred for this biased witch hunt you launched against these officers to appease the mob that tore that city apart.
Once again Baltimore leadership is caught lying confirming what we knew for the last 2+ months that the stand down order was in fact ordered. The Commissioner and Mayor as Megyn Kelly Reports lied in the aftermath of the riots that said order was not given where officers who came forward were called liars.
This is so typical of liberals in power. They make a bad call, deny it after it causes chaos, blame everyone else for the chaos and then when the truth comes out they make excuses. Excuses that fall under the "we did it for your security" or in this case "to protect officers and citizens as they prioritized life over property".
So will Commissioner Batts and Mayor Rawlings-Blake apologize to everyone they demonized from Fox's Leland Vitter to the officers who came forward? Pfft don't hold your breath.
One thing we can conclude from this is how imperative it is to remove democrats from power. Almost every city and state in the US that has major crime, poverty and is socially/ racially divided has been under democrat control for years or even decades! Wake and rise up America free yourself from the chains the power elite have had wrapped around your neck. Yea sure "some people need to get hurt", but he stops short of condoning violence. Shabazz does this because he is engaged in political activism running Black Lawyers for Justice trying to give the impression he's reputable. Frankly what he did was take a page from Putin; he took the uniform off and put a suit on but he is still as dangerous as he was when he was running the New Black PUSSY Cats.

A real Attorney General would investigate all players in what happened in Baltimore not just the police. Lynch's announcement is political, it's not an act of finding justice for Constitutional and civil rights violations. If this were true Lynch would have included the victims of the looting, rioting and arson! What you have here is Lynch continuing obama's radical divisive agenda. What is unfolding right now with the police across the country from them being scrutinized by this regime to their militarization is all by design. Gray was If you are a habitual criminal and cops knew his MO so they had probable cause to initiate an investigation if not an arrest. That said the story of him making eye contact with police and running now makes sense. He was in an area he was known to sell drugs, they saw him making some kind of exchange as this cop alleges to Hannity, and Gray chose to run. Based on his previous history they had every right to apprehend him. With that said this report along with Gray's history State Atty Marilyn Mosby misled the public, that's strike #1.
Word to the wise.... If you're not guilty you have nothing to worry about. Yes we have had instances of abuse by police to just grab anyone and if it's a general case of harassment either way call the ACLU or NAACP to sue the police!
Leaders, attorneys, retired police etc have all said keep a cool head face the police don't run, don't fight them, don't try to take their weapons and fight them in court. The same applies if you're a victim of discrimination fight the bad cops in court; especially now with so many high profile cases you're bound to find someone to represent you.

These charges were rushed and what did we learn today from Mosby? No facts were released, no grand jury and not even an autopsy report but a condemnation from her against anyone who does leak information. FYI leaks are done 9 times out of 10 to get the truth out because someone of authority is usually suppressing it. Those in power will suppress facts because they know if released it will ruin their agenda! The charges made against these officers are not going to hold in court. Criminal defense attorneys are already speaking out criticizing the charges made against these officers. 2nd Degree Murder for not putting a seat-belt on a prisoner?! Seriously!? And that policy was changed after the Gray incident. Correct me if I'm wrong but didn't investigators have more "evidence" on Ofc Darren Wilson who was later acquitted... by the obama/ Holder DOJ?!
This is going to end bad in a few months if and when the officers are acquitted. Then again one has to wonder if they will even get a fair trial at this point. She will not be able to hide behind Sharpton from her order for law enforcement to stand down against protesters to "let them loot, it's just property". Just like a good soldier Al Sharpton took over acting like a bodyguard and PR rep doing his best to shoo Vittert away.
It's not surprising the mayor skipped out on the press conference that never happened. I think Americans would like to see her explain why she has ordered her bodyguards/ cops to protect her from reporters but told law enforcement to stand down as their city was looted and burned! The mayor is in contact with high ranking DNC officials on what to do to salvage this mess. Oh didn't you know? Rawlings-Blake is secretary of the DNC, it's suggested she is in line to run for Sen Barbara Mikulski seat and it was reported she is in regular contact with the White House's Valerie Jarrett.
Sharpton's presence along with Malik Zulu Shabazz, the Nation of Islam and other radicals will agitate those they have preyed on for years to rise up since things have quieted down. They are the ones playing with matches in Baltimore while they douse American cities in gasoline with their racism! We will be lucky if this stays peaceful with so many radicals in position to profit off of violence.

Baltimore you need to start triage right now by calling for Rawlings-Blake's immediate resignation. This did not have to happen, she incited, even encouraged riots no matter how she tries to spin it. A god chunk of the destruction is due to her poor leadership.

All the insurance companies who will be hit with claims for the damage suffered by rioters should file a class action lawsuit against Mayor Rawlings-Blake and another against the city. The destruction and loss of property insurers will be on the hook for could have been limited or stopped all together if she did her job. The money lost should come directly out of her pocket and the city, since the police are "employees of Baltimore. What she did defines dereliction of duty and Stephanie just incriminated herself.
Big expensive lawsuits is the only way for people to get the hint this garbage has to come to an end. Baltimore has become Ferguson 2.0 following the death of Freddie Gray who died after injuries sustained while in police custody. The "No Justice No Peace" crowd wasted no time taking to the streets and creating havoc. Racial tension continues to be at dangerous levels in America hitting a new peak in Baltimore, but you wouldn't know it by the lack of national media coverage. Thanks to YouTube and Twitter we can see what is unfolding because the national media as a whole couldn't careless. They are more concerned covering Hillary Clinton's newest scandal or demonizing the next victim of the Gaystapo for not wanting to bake a cake than the violence and social/racial collapse happening in our cities.

James and those who attended the White House Correspondents' Dinner it matters when not one major network carried coverage of a city being ripped apart. It matters because 36K+ Americans who were also out for a good time like you, watching Baltimore Orioles vs Boston Red Sox, were on lock down at Camden Yards, and told they could not leave stadium.
We know WHCD attendees have smartphones and were well aware of what was going on but Saturday night demonstrated why we the people loathe the majority of them. Granted reporters like Rosen do a good job reporting on stories others have ignored, the issue people have is the absolute lack of concern by any of the networks.
No remote team was sent out to cover the trouble in Baltimore that got worse as night fell. These are the same networks that dispatched multiple teams to Ferguson without hesitation, or sent teams to hot spots around the world but blatantly ignored riots 30 min away!
Yes it's a local story but so are the countless others the national media has jumped on to be the first to cover for a national audience. That didn't happen because partying was clearly more important...
