DHS IG Admits Its Unprepared For a Pandemic Outbreak

So heres a good question to ask what happened to the millions appropriated to DHS year after to be prepared for pandemic? The equipment and antiviral drugs purchased shelf life only lasts so long, where are they spending the rest of the money? Every single department in this govt is out of control, completely mismanaged. When a pandemic hits this country a lot of people are going to die because the people charged with preparing for it are too busy taking trips, funding pet projects and filling their pockets!
