Senator's Rant Tells You All You Need to Know Where ALL Dems Stand on Constitution

Sen Mazie Hirono as you would expect was not happy over the Senate voting down having more impeachment witnesses which was more or less the final nail in the dems current attempt to remove President Trump from office. As she carried on saying it was not a fair trial without witnesses etc Hirono ranted that she believes Trump thinks he's a king now, who can do anything he wants and bully leaders.

It wasn't until the end of her rant where she showed her, and the democrat party's, true colors as to where they stand on the Constitution. Hirono said “I don't care what kind of nice, little, legal, Constitutional defenses that they came up with. All in my view in bad faith.” That's right America, due process, running a hearing by the rules is all in bad faith, as she trivialized the Constitution. How many times did you hear Hirono and the dems talk about how this impeachment was about upholding the rule of law, and defending the Constitution? Trump's defense team did just that and the dems don't like it. Wanna know why? These people truly despise our founding doctrine, if given the opportunity they would take a match and gasoline to it

Because things didn't go their way dems reveal their true hate, while whining the trial is a sham, rigged, the acquittal doesn't count etc. Now they become more dangerous, and will amp up their following. That is why they must be removed from power this November election.

Unhinged Democrats Say Acquittal Doesn't Count

Democrats are not happy over how their impeachment trial went. They are all saying the same exact talking points that it was not a real trial, because there weren't any witnesses, and an acquittal doesn't count!

The House impeachment hearings (equiv to a grand jury) had 18 witnesses, all chosen by the democrats which resulted in the House dems voting in favor of articles of impeachment (aka indictments). At the Senate trial 192 clips of testimony from 13 witnesses was introduced along with 28,000 documents! The Senate (aka jury) heard all they needed to hear from the prosecutors (aka House Impeachment Managers) who voted today they don't need any more witnesses, documents or testimony.

As for the acquittal, they're right and wrong. Dems are right an acquittal doesn't count because there were no CRIMINAL CHARGES against Pres Trump! How can you have a trial without a crime!? They're wrong because they got their shot to take out Donald Trump and failed. They had more than enough time to investigate him, hell they say a word about the $40M Mueller investigation because it produced NOTHING! Let's not forget after House dems voted to impeach Nancy Pelosi sat on the articles for a month, a month they could have continued their witch hunt and call anyone they wanted to testify.

Remember always when you see these clips, this is all campaign propaganda NOT FOR YOU but to win over uninformed voters who won't have a clue about the specifics. That's all this is about, getting those votes to take over the Senate while holding onto the House, so dems can impeach Trump and Pence in 2021!

Pelosi: Trump "Will Not Be Acquitted"

House SPOKESWOMAN Nancy Pelosi fielded questions today in her weekly briefing telling the DNC party's propaganda members Pres Trump "will NOT be acquitted. You cannot be acquitted if you don't have a trial, and you don't have a trial if you don't have witnesses and documentation."

You see how they set the GOP up all the time,with these absolute declarations? If you do anything they don't like it's a cover-up and you're complicit. There's no Senate trial unless you have witnesses and documentation. Mind you this is not a conventional trial, it's conducted by the Senate. Pelosi of course obscures that by suggesting it's like any other trial when she speaks of Chief Justice John Roberts role.

For the record, the Chief Justice has no say on Senate impeachment trial procedures, for all intents and purposes he acts as a referee, the Senate can override him. Say it again... the Senate can override the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court in a Senate impeachment trial. Nancy would know this if she read the Constitution to see under Article I, Section 3, Clause 6: Trial of Impeachment "The Senate shall have the sole Power to try all Impeachments. When sitting for that Purpose, they shall be on Oath or Affirmation. When the President of the United States is tried, the Chief Justice shall preside: And no Person shall be convicted without the Concurrence of two thirds of the Members present."

Here's a good explanation, for those wondering, what the role is of the Chief Justice is in an impeachment trial:
"A good many discussions of the upcoming Senate proceeding have understandably, but incorrectly, inferred two things from the presence of a judge in the presiding officer’s seat: first, that having a judge preside implies that the process will be akin to a conventional judicial trial, and second, that the chief justice’s role will be akin to that of a judge in such a trial. Neither inference is supported by the constitutional text.

Impeachment trials of presidents may excite more public interest than impeachment trials of other “civil officers,” but they are no different in constitutional form. The standard of impeachable conduct is the same – “treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors” – as is the two-thirds threshold for conviction. The chief justice is inserted into presidential impeachments only to resolve the conflict of interest. His presence in the chair does not make the proceeding more “judicial” in character, nor is he accorded more “judicial” authority than the vice president or president pro tempore (meaning “president for a time”) of the Senate would possess in cases involving other officials. But in every case, this apparent authority is subject to the critical limitation that the presiding officer may only act in accordance with the will of the Senate.

What Pelosi and the democrat confederacy are doing is creating 2020 campaign propaganda. They KNOW Pres Trump will not be removed from office, they want to put doubt among uninformed voters and convince them to vote out the GOP. While unspoken, dems know Trump will in all likeliness win re-election because their candidates are incredibly weak. They want to hold their power in the House and win the Senate, so they can impeach Trump again as many have already vowed, but this time around by holding both houses they will be able to remove both Trump and Pence! It sounds crazy but that is their goal, Maxine Waters said they would go after Pence too!

Schiff 2005: John Bolton Had a “Lack of Credibility”

Adam Schiff who ran the House Intel Cmte's impeachment hearing chose not to subpoena John Bolton to testify. Now that the trial is in front of the Senate, Schiff and co are demanding more witnesses including Bolton, because they didn't do their jobs in the House. They screwed up and want the Senate to finish doing their deep-sea fishing expedition to try to find anything to remove Pres Trump from office.

If John Bolton is such an important witness then why did Schiff say he had a "lack of credibility" in 2005?

Keep in mind this is the same John Bolton who told Judge Napolitano in 2010 he would lie "to protect American national security, I would do it." Keep in mind his lies would be based on what he thinks, so if he THINKS Trump is a national security risk would he lie!? Angry employees who got fired and burned by their employer tend to not tell the truth...

Bolton has wrecked his own credibility and integrity with the release of his manuscript at the 11th hour; this was no leak or accident, it was planned. No one is buying this, it's the same game that was played against Judge Kavanaugh.

Schiff knows he screwed this all up not calling the witnesses dems wanted to use. "Well it would take too long in the courts, which is why we have to impeach Trump now" is what you'll hear. For the record the courts haven't dragged challenges to Trump out, they jump at the opportunity to screw him over, especially on issues of immigration!

This coup d'état is on it's final days, what you're seeing is last ditch effort to save face, create campaign propaganda to attack GOP senators up for re-election. If dems can't impeach and remove Trump they'll try to hold power in the House and take the Senate to force him AND Pence out in 2021.

ABC's Stephanopoulos Gives "Kill" Gesture to Cut Away From Trump Impeachment Atty

One of Pres Trump's impeachment attorneys, Jay Sekulow, was giving the press tough love the democrats really have nothing during an impeachment trial break. ABC's in house Clinton LACKEY George Stephanopoulos couldn't handle the truth and signs to the control room with his hand across his throat (slit the throat/ "kill" gesture) to cut away from Sekulow.

You see America these violent unhinged Leftists DO NOT WANT the truth out in any way, shape or form. They have a job to push a narrative, the truth as they see it, and cannot allow any info, THE FACTS, from getting out to those who are uneducated, uninformed and unengaged but vote. You have to keep this in mind at all times, that this impeachment and all the media coverage is not for those of you in-the-know, it's for the people who don't know anything except what they hear. People who are too busy to know what's going on in their country and vote based on what they hear. So if they hear it enough (a lie told over and over again) it must be true especially because it's coming from The News.

"Well the President must have done something very bad, the House of Representatives impeached him! And then they held a trial in the Senate, but those partisan republicans stuck with him even though The News said there's evidence against Trump."

That is how A LOT of Americans think, by people who do not know a damn thing about what is going on. They don't know about the transcript, or all the people who testified that they know nothing, their testimony is based on what they heard and think. Schiff Lays Groundwork For Dems to Challenge 2020 Election Results

It's already been clearly established by democrats, in their own words that going through the courts takes too long, that the purpose for their rush to impeach Pres Trump is to prevent him from being on the 2020 election ballot. But should they fail to convince the Senate to remove Trump from power they do have a Plan B: challenge the election results.

Here is Adam Schiff more or less spelling both objectives out in his impeachment trial speech, many in the GOP had already had enough of with it's repetitiveness and whining over Russia Russia Russia.....

Make no mistake about it the democrats will challenge the election results if Pres Trump wins re-election. They will claim election meddling/ interference, voter/ballot tampering, Russian interference and we can also be sure they'll make up some new things no one can even think of right now! Democrats will make the 2000 Bush v Gore election challenge look like child's play.

Don't assume Pres Trump has already won, or will win in a landslide. Why? Because GOP voters are incredibly LAZY, as such talk creates complacency where they'll think "Trump has this locked up, I don't need to vote." Yes there are people out there that think this way. Take a look at California, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, and especially Virginia all now under democrat control with citizens rights being bulldozed over, high taxes and living costs, illegals being treated like first class citizens. These states, and many others on their way, have come under democrat control because GOP voters were lazy not getting out to vote opening the door for dems to take over. If that isn't enough of a warning then take it from Pres Trump himself....

Sen Paul Warns Senate GOP Will Block Trump Witness Requests But Allow Dems!

Sen rand Paul is convinced the Biden's are corrupt but he has a bigger concern with some of the members of the Senate GOP! He warns there are republicans who are not going to grant Pres Trump's witness requests while allowing those the democrats want to testify.

Senators Alexander, Collins, Gardner, Murkowski, Romney and other NeverTrump sleepers have all been vocal over their concerns with the Presidents conduct, Mitch McConnell's response to dems demands etc. These are the people we have to worry about not only blocking witnesses but also voting in favor of impeaching Trump.

Pressure needs to be put on them to stand with the President because he has committed no crimes. The two Articles of Impeachment filed against him are not crimes; there are no criminal statutes on the books for Obstruction of Congress or Abuse of Power. The $40+M Mueller wasted investigating Trump, none of the findings (lack of) were even included in the House impeachment hearings. These people know this, if they do what Paul warns, their constituents aka YOU must get active and give them hell.
