  Joe Biden is incapable of speaking off the cuff. We've seen one example after another that he is mentally incapacitated, confusing where he is, who is talkgin to or about. We have seen videos of him asking to move the prompter up, and here is more proof during an interview with Telemundo who is getting help from!! Pay close attention when he speaks with Jose Diaz-Balart he's looking right at him, then he turns to the left to "watch" a video where a viwer asks a question. That image is not real, the video of the girl was edited in post-production, the audio and translation are real but what's really on that screen is Biden's response! It's simple Picture-in-Pitcure feature every studio to amatuer vid producers including yours truly can use in video editing software. As Biden answers he's not looking at Jorge, he is looking to his left at the monitor set up to fool viewers that he is adressing the girl BUT he messes up and says 'okay I lost that line' as his eyes open wide, like any of us would reading somethign and losing our place! "Line" as in the line on the prompter with his answer he just read off! This is wrong, and now we know why the media isn't complaining from the lack of interviews or taking questions after he gives a speech. They have to be in on it, or be on a predetermined list! Dem Congressman Gutiérrez Pushing For Illegal Alien Amnesty Wants Paul Ryan for Speaker of the House

No big surprise certified socialist Rep Luis Gutierrez is in favor of Rep Paul Ryan becoming Speaker of the House. Ryan has not entered the Speaker race, claiming he's not interested but Boehner is asking him and it's reported Paul will think it over the weekend and discuss with his family. Well whats there to think about? He already lost his soul like many other former TEA Party favorites. Why would such a thing be said about Ryan? Well most sites never paid much attention to Ryan after losing the 2012 election, but STR did, and not too soon after the election Paul Ryan was hard at work, WITH Gutierrez, on illegal alien amnesty!

Why else do you think Luuiis Guutiieerrrez is in favor of Ryan being Speaker?! Everything this little troll charges against the GOP is what the dems are doing. They are the ones taking the US back to the Dark Ages! Luuiis didn't go to DC to govern. He like the majority of progressives went to DC to dictate their agenda and destroy whats left of the US.
