Pres of Media Research Ctr Slams Trump as 'Shameless Self-Promoter' & For Invoking His Uncle the Founder of NRO

Brent Bozell set the record straight about his uncle and NRO founder William F Buckley would NOT be backing a Trump candidacy.

"I would ask Donald Trump to stop invoking William F Buckley at this moment. I take this very personally, my uncle would never, never support his candidacy. He would never get behind this outrage and for Donald Trump to tap into that vein is offensive and I wish he would cut it out!"

Now for those having doubts on Buckley here are his own words laying out the case against Trump from waaaay back in the time before Apr/May 2000:

Look for the narcissist. The most obvious target in today’s lineup is, of course, Donald Trump. When he looks at a glass, he is mesmerized by its reflection. If Donald Trump were shaped a little differently, he would compete for Miss America. But whatever the depths of self-enchantment, the demagogue has to say something. So what does Trump say? That he is a successful businessman and that that is what America needs in the Oval Office. There is some plausibility in this, though not much. The greatest deeds of American Presidents — midwifing the new republic; freeing the slaves; harnessing the energies and vision needed to win the Cold War — had little to do with a bottom line.

I implore people to stop jumping on the Trump train until you have vetted him properly from real sources not sites that will tell you what you want to hear. You all screamed and ranted that no one was vetting obama, now there is a drive to do that to Trump and everyone including yours truly is being attacked viciously. Why? Why is that okay? Anyone who speaks out against him is called every name in the book, insulted to no end, trashed, called a traitor and oddly part of the establishment? Many of you have no clue what you're talking about throwing words and ID's around you've only heard!

The very establishment we hate that HATES Cruz and Trump are now running to Trump?! This makes absolutely no sense, other than a pack of elitists trying to find a way to hold onto their power. Bozell makes it clear because the GOPe knows Cruz can't be bought. The GOPe believes they can control Trump, unlike Cruz, because Trump PROMISES to be this "great negotiator". That's not Bozell or me saying it, Donald says it all the time. You can bet the last penny to your name the king makers in DC are plotting how they will manipulate him and get their people into his administration (if he wins) to maintain status quo. Look at the names of people coming out to back him Hatch, McCain, Dole etc all HUGE PROGRESSIVE RINOs that you all condemned one time or another.

Look it took Reagan 30 years to be the conservative he became. There's NO WAY Trump made the same conversion in just over 2-3 years! There are serious questions about his loyalty and true positions on serious issues. Furthermore and probably the most important issue being overlooked this election cycle everyone needs to think very hard on: 2-4 Supreme Court Justices will most likely be replaced by the next President. We're already one vote away from losing the Second Amendment, who do you want as POTUS to make those appointments?

Please stop the infighting, stop thinking based off your emotions and use your heads we cannot afford another disaster presidency...

Are Trump Supporters Actually Listening to His "Great" Speeches? We're Repeating 2008 Obama Mania

It's time for some tough love for those backing Trump. When The Donald speaks many times he is saying a lot of nothing only touching on hot buttons that drive emotion but lack comprehension from those who react to his speeches. This should sound familiar because we saw it in 2008 and 2012 with those who blindly pledged allegiance and devotion to obama. Those who will be voting on the republican ticket with open minds if you actually listen and attempt to comprehend what Trump is saying you'll realize he is saying nothing of substance as explained here...

This next video is a perfect example of Trump's typical incoherent speech he gives almost daily. Waaaay back in July 2015 (I know its a crime to use anything in the past) Trump was giving a speech in South Carolina, see if you can follow along...

This is complete and total babble. Donald does this ALL THE TIME. Pull up any speech or interview he gives and you will hear him making similar incoherent rants followed with thunderous applause and cheering! Are you people listening?

What the hell is that?

Trump people seriously is this you? Is this what you wanted after years thundering away for someone who is competent and would defend the Constitution, rule of law, with strong conservative principles? How do you go from those wants to someone who speaks incoherently and was a staunch dem supporter who all of a sudden flipped sides(which is fine)? But what was the pivot point? What made him turn besides having " had enough"?

In 2008/'12 I said obama is nothing but a master of propaganda and the best snake oil salesman you'll ever meet. Trump is a salesman make no mistake about it and is as much a snake oil salesmen to the extreme right as obama was for the extreme left. Trump supporters are the same as obama's too!

Just yesterday (Jan 17) I encountered what I am accustomed to with obama supporters but now it's Trump supporters. While attending the Costa Mesa Crossroads of the West Gun Show I got into heated debate with a Trump supporter while visiting a Ted Cruz support table. The woman came right up and started in with the birtherism. I asked if she could cite where in the US Constitution it states both parents have to be US citizens and one has to be born on US soil. Her answer "Yes it's in there I read it look it up." I asked again where and the next answer will throw you for a loop she said...

"... under the Second Amendment."😳

Myself and Cruz representative couldn't believe what we were hearing. At that point I got out my smart device to pull up the Constitution while the Cruz rep corrected her. As I'm looking up Article 2 Section 1 Clause 5 the typical obama/ Trump supporting nastiness came out. This woman attacked me personally, asking if I was a American, a citizen etc. I then show her what the LAW says, she continued with the attacks, carrying on where I repeatedly asked 'show me the law that says that'. Her next answer...

"... in the 4th Amendment."

My blood pressure spiked and I nor the Cruz rep said a word. I then started reading 4A and as you would expect the vicious vile attacks continued trashing me, Cruz while praising Trump to where I literally had to walk away because I did not want to make a scene!

This insanity from those claiming to be conservative is what we have to deal with now? Not vitriol from libs defending Hillary, her crimes and lies, or Sanders call for outright socialism. No. Those of us who have been on the front lines for the last 8+ years have to battle within our own ranks. We have to now defend against an incoherent progressive infiltrator and his supporters who will more than likely destroy this election handing it to Hillary Clinton.

"Trump can win". Ok maybe since this is 2008 repeating itself, but it will be no different than what we have now. You want to get rid of an abusive POTUS and replace him with a guy who has promised to use the same abuse of powers to do what he wants because they will be better "making America great again"!? NO!

Let's be clear:
Hope and Change = Make America Great Again

True conservatives and TEA Party supporters DO NOT want any type of authoritarian in power especially one who cannot speak coherently, carrying on like a petulant child insulting and attacking anyone who is not in lockstep with him. Gee that sure sounds familiar doesn't it?! Far too many people are allowing their hate for obama to cloud their judgement and abandon their call for a true conservative candidate. This is exactly what happened with obama, we're repeating the 2008 obama mania. People hated Bush so much they flocked to obama because they loved the rhetoric. They DIDN'T LISTEN or COMPREHEND to what obama was saying where now many regret voting for him or properly vetting him.

Meanwhile those of us in the middle who have a clue, understand whats going on are left in limbo because we have no true leaders stepping forward to say "hey wait this guy (Trump) isn't who he appears to be". We are under constant assault from obamabots and now Trumpians for standing our ground holding strong to conservative and TEA Party principles and values.

Trump supporters your guy is not who he appears to be, he's telling you what you want to hear just like obama did to get elected. No one would listen to me in '08 please don't make the same mistake again. This country cannot handle another disastrous presidency.
