UN Human Rights Cmte Rules "Climate Refugees CANNOT Be Sent Home"

The United Nations Human Rights Committee has ruled govts cannot return refugees to their country of origin if they're claiming asylum from the threat of climate crisis! Apparently the UN has ruled climate change is real and anyone seeking asylum is now immune from deportation. To make matters even more absurd the UNHRC also state that an asylum seeker doesn't have to prove that "they would face immediate harm, if deported back to their home countries"!? They could just say it and that would be all good.... The Left is surely jumping for joy over this ruling because it validates their lie told over and over again that climate change is real and provides a loophole for illegals to stay in countries they're invading.

As Time notes the ruling is not binding,

"Climate refugees cannot be sent home, the U.N. Human Rights Committee ruled in a landmark judgment.

'The decision sets a global precedent,' Kate Schuetze, Amnesty International’s Pacific Researcher said Monday, in response to the news. 'It says a state will be in breach of its human rights obligations if it returns someone to a country where – due to the climate crisis – their life is at risk, or in danger of cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment triggered.'

While the judgment is not binding, it does emphasize that countries have a legal responsibility to protect people whose lives are threatened by the climate crisis."

...but you know that won't stop liberals demands for compliance.

Progressive and UN groups already aiding caravans telling illegal aliens to say their refugees to gain access to the US, so you can be sure they'll advise invoking climate change into their plea, citing this UN ruling even though it's not binding.

The United States answers to no one, and no UN ruling is going to override the US Constitution, when it jeopardizes national security because of what some people think might happen to the climate based on junk BIASED science. This is but another reason why the UN is a joke and no longer serves it's intended purpose.

The UN General Assembly voted 128-9 in condemnation of the US acknowledging Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. Exactly who do any of the leaders of these countries think they are to tell another nation where it can or cannot have it's capital, let alone where the US can place an embassy!? They show no respect for America while having their hands out waiting for the next influx of US dollars to keep their global scam running.

These 128 countries have in fact voted to have US financial aid cut off. The American people thank all of them for giving us this early Christmas gift, because unlike past US leaders we now have a President who doesn't care about one's feelings. There is no reason for the the US to remain in the UN, it's original purpose has been forgotten, the organization is ineffective for the most part. If Benghazi were a true criminal case today she would be charged as a co-conspirator! Some will argue she didn't know and only did what she was told by the Jarrett obama admin. Yea well I've seen plenty episodes of Cops to see that the law doesn't care in most instances what the other person present during the conduct of a crime knows or doesn't know!

Rice comments on how thousands of documents have been handed over by the admin but we know with the IRS scandal how easily the "most transparent admin" will hide the truth. The IRS scandal proves this corrupt admin will take every opportunity to bury the truth even if that means doctoring documents! Imagine if ALL the documents and the truth comes out on Benghazi?! Most of it is out there you just have to put the puzzle pieces together or get a document/ email that will make the connection. This admin is desperate to hide their involvement with arming Al Qaeda in the middle east. It is why they left Chris Stevens and anyone with him for dead in Benghazi. Believe it or not all the hearings and back and forth we have witnessed is the desired result of this admin. They prefer it over having Stevens sit before House and Senate committees explaining what he was doing out of a CIA outpost in Benghazi. Does it make any sense that the Brits and Red Cross got out but the US Ambassador stayed put at an unsecure location, not even having an armored vehicle at said location to make a last minute getaway!? A real journalist would have challenged Rice on pushing lies and the gun running orchestrated by this admin to our enemies which is an act of treason.
