Obama is correct ISIS is a spinoff of al Qaeda (they are the same really) but then he leaves the fact that they have been around long before George W Bush was President (apprx 1988 even further if you go to root of radical islam which is Wahhabism). Leaving facts like that out is expected from this charlatan, great divider and master of blaming others for his failures. He will NEVER take responsibility for the carnage he has created on a global scale, it will always be George W Bush's fault.

Never mind countless military commanders advised the emperor not to do a complete withdrawal from Iraq because of what would grow once the US left. Well here we are years later and like clock work a radical terrorist organization is not only bigger but bolder than that it spawned from. The battle against ISIS is not going to be won on the battlefield but in "classrooms, workplaces, houses of worship, community centers, urban street corners in the perceptions and the thoughts of individuals and the ways in which those perceptions are created. It will be determined by our success in creating prosperity that is widely shared...". Through prosperity, growing economies and GDP those denied fair chance will have the same opportunities and won't go on mass killing sprees in the name of their religion!

Yes, you heard correctly Lurch is making the argument that if the world is on an equal playing field economically where everyone has a fair chance to prosper ISIS will stop killing people. You see they are all just upset that they don't have a "piece of the pie". So maybe if we help them economically they won't rape, kill, behead, destroy historical/ ancient tombs, artifacts, churches etc. Their motive has nothing to do with what is written in the koran, no no its all about economic justice and equality! This idea which one can only conclude is the Kerry/ obama new foreign policy in dealing with blood thirsty islamic extremists is pure insanity, which will result in more people getting killed. ISIS doesn't want jobs, they don't want economic prosperity, they do not want Mc Mansions, a yacht, Lamborghini, Mercedes, Louis Vuitton bags, 5 carat diamonds, Rolex watches or dressed in Armani.
