Sanctuary cities/ states are nothing but lawless zones enabled by progressives looking to increase population counts to increase Congressional representation, which also means more govt funding if the right people get elected... for power. Ted Nugent called into the Joe "Pags" Pagliarulo Show to discuss the outright misinformation being peddled by the Parkland ACTIVISTS attacking the NRA, gun owners and the Second Amendment. The interview is getting a lot of attention because Nugent, who is known for making controversial statements, said the activists (This site will no longer refer to them as "kids", "students" etc**) were soulless.
Now context matters, here are the highlights of the interview where you can see there is logic to Nugent's rage!

Many progressives, of course, have their panties in a wad over Nugent's "soulless" comments, but he is right. The activists have sold themselves to the gun grabbing lobby as they push one lie and attack on law-abiding Americans after another. They are blatantly dismissing facts for a bigger agenda that wasn't even discussed at their rally - school safety. No mention of added security measures and procedures just bashing of the NRA, gun owners and the evil black ArmaLite assault weapons. Challenge them on anything you hate and want them dead. Primary purpose of the US Census is to have head count on the number of people living in a given area so citizens have proper representation in Congress.
First things first the citizenship question being challenged by the Left was REMOVED by obama for the 2010 census. The decision made was to in fact reinstate what has always been part of the questionnaire since 1965.
Why would obama remove it? Does that really need to be asked? It's obvious at the time he wanted to increase his power in Congress and afterwords to ensure his legacy carries on.

California by its size has far too much Congressional power, so it's no wonder they are concerned over the potential of losing House seats. The state has more or less put out an open call to illegals to flood the state. With an increase in population, driven by illegals, districts must get redrawn and or added. Conveniently the state under one party rule creatively creates said districts based on past elections to increase the chance of creating a democratic district which in turn means a another D vote in Congress. This is all about power and control. The democrats do not care about the damage they're doing to this country.

R. Daryl Fisher, a candidate for Sheriff in Buncombe county, NC was speaking to a group on the issue of gun control, breaking down policies he's in favor of and willing to enforce if elected. The list he goes through sounds like it came right from a Bloomberg/ Soros funded gun control group... and it did because this was at a monthly Moms Demand Action meeting on March 7th.
Now first things first, there is a deceptive 32 second clip, that has practically gone viral, taking Fisher's words out of context. The comments/ headline suggests he's in favor of killing people to take their guns if they didn't surrender them should a gun ban become law or gun confiscation is ordered. This is categorically untrue, here's what he said:
"Well I'm gonna tell you now don't buy into the scare tactics, don't believe the scare tactics because you've heard people say 'you'll have to pry my guns for my cold dead hands' .. Ok, when you pass away we'll come get it. I dunno I'm just saying.. Joking, just a little there.
Now the government cannot take a firearm that was legally purchased. Based on the laws today, if somebody purchases the firearm legally, if we were able to pass a law tomorrow banning that firearm or banning that high capacity magazine, or banning mechanisms there is case law that states we cannot enforce what happened yesterday on a law passed today. That's called an ex post facto law, it's unconstitutional."
With that out of the way here are the Leftist gun control policies Fisher supports:
- Age to purchase any firearm raised to 21
There is no data supporting this move many localities, states and businesses are adopting. The majority of mass shootings have been executed by those 21 and over, with the exception of the Parkland shooting; which was easily preventable had the system many want to give more power to simply acted. If politicians want to go this route fine, but that also means the age to vote, register for the draft/ enlist in the military, age of consent/ adulthood MUST be raised to 21 too!
- Ban all "high capacity" magazines in handguns and long-guns
What is "high capacity"? Who determined 10 is enough for one to defend themselves? Some small caliber weapons allow 12-15+ rounds fit into a grip sized magazine. Hollywood has created the illusion all it takes is one shot in a gunfight, followed by people being thrown back through doors, glass or plaster walls after being shot. Doesn't work that way. As the Left loves to point out following police shootings, it takes many shots sometimes to bring someone down. Also not everyone under stress and their adrenaline pumping at a high levels are perfect shots. Our troops are proof of that, using many round in gunfights overseas!
- Banning the sale of ANY mechanism that will allow a weapon to fire in succession
This is by far one of the most deceptive and dangerous talking points being thrown around. It's intended public target is the evil bump stock, but as Fisher at least admits that ALL gun control activists leave out is this can more or less include just about ANYTHING. Who determines acceptable fire rate? What is too fast? And after they ban the devices what will they do about ones own finger!? Bump firing can be accomplished with just about anything including a belt-loop.. will that be banned as it would be a device/ mechanism that increases the rate of fire in conjunction with ones finder!!? A semi-automatic gun will fire as fast as the trigger can be pulled. This provision would not only target those evil black ArmaLite rifles [see "**FYI"] but also semi-auto shotguns and handguns!! If they ban the semi-autos they might as well ban revolvers too, here's why!
- While he apparently supports concealed carry and ensuring people are properly trained he wants to see the issuance be yearly vs every 5 years!?
This would cause a backlog in applications and the process, not surprising it will result in a nice revenue stream for the county but in fact a "TAX" to law-abiding gun owners. You can be sure the standards for the issuing of permits will be much harder. In CA it's next to impossible to get a concealed carry permit because the Sheriffs decide, and ones cause for self protection especially those who have had actual threats to their lives have been denied!

Wow could he be any more vague? All guns can be used by the military, but Fisher is most likely talking about the ArmaLite rifle. To be clear this weapon is inferior and would not be used by the military. The US Army in fact made requests for changes to be made to the weapon when it was presented to them. It is how the M-16 came about, to what is now most commonly used today, the M4. The ArmaLite rifle will fail under sustained fire in 3-5 minutes, yet because it looks like a military weapon Leftists want it banned.
- When asked about Australian style gun buy back [it was mandatory aka confiscation] Fisher said he wants to institute gun buyback programs.
This soundsreasonable but, where is he getting the money to do this? Maybe they'll use money seized from drug crimes (asset forfeiture) but we know what will happen, no doubt the taxpayer will be expected to foot the bill for said program. This is typical of Leftists, they want to do everything to make the world great, they just don't have the money to do it. Don't worry they love taxing people, or maybe residents Buncombe Cty might find themselves paying large fines often for the most minor offenses, like going 26 in a 25 Mph zone! This is a tactic many communities use to raise money, police are out in force, at every corner picking people off for the dumbest things.
This is not the ideal candidate Americans want to enforcing the law, especially one supported by a radical Leftist group like Moms Demands, backed by Bloomberg. Law enforcement officials know they can't be everywhere at once, people are in fact first responders, yet Fisher more or less systematically wants to see citizens disarmed. Those mechanism bans he talks about should scare the hell out of people too. Democrats never go small, and keep in mind Parkland student Delaney Tarr made it clear what Leftists true intentions are for gun control.

Today was one of those days those who are well informed on gun rights, weapons and the details of the Parkland shooting most likely experienced a spike in their blood pressure. For hours the media covered the rally while anti-gun activists pushed nonsense on social media. Frankly, today had to be one of the worst days I've ever seen with so many lies and misinformation being spewed.
The day was filled with endless finger pointing at the NRA, gun rights activists, the GOP and Pres Trump. Lie after lie was told about weapons and the Second Amendment. Uninformed children and adults were practically regurgitating the same lies, ex "people don't need machine guns", "they didn't have these weapons in the 18th century" etc.
Not one member of the NRA has committed a school/ mass shooting. Gun Rights activists are the most peaceful, law-abiding Americans you will ever come by. The GOP, not all, are sticking to the rule of law, vs passing legislation over how one feels. Pres Trump has nothing to do with any of this, he doesn't have a magic pen like obama had, which was illegal, to make law on his own. People can't buy machine guns, they have been banned for decades. Semi-automatic weapons have been around since BEFORE the Constitution was written.

These kids and their gun grabbing handlers are asking for a real fight.
It's not conspiracy theory anymore, what many have been experiencing the last couple of years is now surfacing on a wide scale over the censorship and suppression of those who are conservative and pro-gun. Unfortunately Leftists control the top social media and tech companies who have taken it upon themselves to no longer do business or provide a platform for conservatives they disagree with, gun related businesses and individuals. These companies think cutting off those with differing opinions and the gun industry will put an end to political dissent, gun violence and mass killings. The Left does not want their opposition to have a voice thinking people will just give up, move along and eventually conform to their ideology. With respect to gun violence and mass shootings, both have existed the internet. Frankly, mass shootings have been going on since the 18th century!
If YouTube, Facebook, Citibank et al continue on this course what will they ban next? People never think about the slippery slope, today it conservatives tomorrow will it be independents and then people with no party affiliation? When it comes to violence today is guns will knives, tools (because they can be used to make weapons, chemistry 101 (video to make bombs exist) be next? What about self-defense? People have been killed by another with their bare hands, will these tech giants ban self-defense videos and content. Will Citi and whomever follows their lead refuse to allow transactions with self-defense courses?? Don't say it can't happen because 2-3 years ago, hell a year ago the restrictions and outright boycotts we're witnessing today we talked down and trivialized.
These companies are out of control thinking they can dictate public policy. We have an inalienable, inherent right to self-defense and expression. If these companies are going to suppress political dissent, gun related content or business then they must do it for others listed above, otherwise they are hypocrites; not that they care.
The best we can hope from the newest purge against our civil rights is someone or a group gets together to start a new platform to compete directly with these companies that offers a true space for free speech and commerce. In the short-term they can all expect a boycott of some sort coming their way as Delta, Dick's Sporting Goods and a few others are experiencing.

Not one word came out of his mouth about the epic failures committed by the Broward Sheriff's Dept and FBI over the Parkland school shooting which could have been stopped. Instead this child, this victim being used by the Left claimed "They [NRA] could have blood from children splattered all over their faces and they wouldn’t take action, because they all still see these dollar signs.”

The NRA doesn't make money from gun sales. Many gun owners responsible for record gun sales since 2009 are not members. In a vote of 256-167 the House passed $1.3 trillion omnibus spending bill that now goes to the Senate and if passed to Pres Trump to be signed. The 2232 page bill released LATE March 21st was voted on by the same people who campaigned they would not vote on bills they didn't read, let alone wasteful spending! Keep in mind it would take 72 hours for the average adult to read it nonstop; no breaks to eat, stretch whatever.

The suspect in the Austin, TX package bombings is dead. Information is mixed suggesting there were shots fired where the suspect allegedly killed himself, using one of his own bombs, when police were attempting to make an arrest!

The Left controlling the top three social media platforms, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, have started a war with conservatives. All three have been slowly clamping down on content they deem offensive.
Yours truly for years has been warning about Facebook shutting down conservatives which is now in full effect. Many larger sites are now wondering why their content is not reaching their followers. This of course is Mark Zuckerberg's plan to silence dissent because it played such a massive role with the 2016 election.
Twitter has been at it for sometime as well, where it became so obvious they blamed a recent act, #TwitterLockout, on a technical glitch, but users know better. Many complain about the inability to retweet and share content, others suspended for no reason.
YouTube has been at it as well, cutting off ads to many content providers, oddly most are conservative in nature. This has had detrimental effect on those who were actually making a living posting vids forcing them to ask for donations via Patreon or other services to stay afloat. But now the company has taken a new step to more or less shut down.. purge all gun related channels and content.

Someone posting a how-to video on setting-up and running a reloading press is actually useful and educational. Yours truly reloads, and these types of videos are quite valuable for the hobbyist who is not reloading 1000's of rounds weekly. Frankly, it's literally a matter of life and death, but YouTube doesn't care. They think such information from reloading to assembling an ArmaLite rifle, to a review on a new grip, magazine, sight etc is responsible for mass shootings and could help criminals, evil doers and/ or terrorists, so they want to pull all the content. This of course has content creators, reviewers, and folks like yours truly scrambling to save as many vids as possible before the dreaded message appears that a video has been deleted.
This is just another example of Leftists pushing their anti-gun agenda to the maximum. They're going after retailers, sponsors, individuals, entire organizations (NRA) and now those who post videos on how to fix a weapon, or what they think of a new gadget.
The First Amendment protects all speech including that which is offensive, but when posting said content on someone else's platform that freedom is out the window. This is why the very content you're reading is on this site vs on Facebook or some other platform. I OWN this site, I can do and say what I want and not worry about some admin being offended by my honest opinion and deleting this op!
These social media companies are private they can make any rule they want. When they lose viewers and revenue over these purges we're witnessing they'll have to answer to their stockholders. That's the key in dealing with them, is crushing them financially. But America doesn't have the will to go that far otherwise STR Tactic #15 Corporate Squeeze would've gone viral. Boycotts do work the problem is people on the Right do not have the will to do what the Left does and punish those working against them!

What we have now with Facebook, Twitter and YouTube purging conservatives is a massive example of putting all our eggs into one basket. Sadly super rich Leftists run all the big social media platforms while the super rich on the Right hoard their money, offer pats on the back and well wishes vs bankrolling new projects and ideas that offer an alternative (like the one I have to go after all three).
Who knows maybe these three will finally come under federal oversight like radio and television did when they became far too influential on American politics and social issues. NY democrat congressman Tom Suozzi took a question from a woman attending a town hall March 12th stating he didn't know if there is a time limit for POTUS to follow a mandate from Congress. He then volunteered another option if the President of the United States were to ignore the system of Checks and Balances and the Courts etc by saying
“It’s really a matter of putting public pressure on the president, and making it public, which is hard to break through the news cycle with all the different things. And it's probably about going to the courts as well. This is where the Second Amendment comes in, quite frankly, because you know, what if the president was to ignore the courts? What would you do? What would we do?”
Following that response from Suozzi another attendee asks (what sounds like), “What does the Second say to do?” This in itself is scary. We have Americans electing people to office who don't even know their basic rights. They're relying on those they have been convinced to lead them on his/ her interpretation of said rights!
Souzzi answers, “The Second Amendment is the right to bear arms,” and then quickly moves onto another question.
Now if you paid close attention and comprehended what Suozzi said here you should be in shock, not because he has more or less suggested an armed insurrection against Trump! For the first time we have a democrat admitting the true intentions of the Second Amendment is in fact to throw off a tyrannical govt and not for hunting!

To set the record straight, McCabe's firing was not by Donald Trump, he had nothing to do with Andy getting canned! McCabe was fired by the DOJ based on the information provided by the Inspector General and a result of review by the FBI's ethics department, The Office of Professional Responsibility.
Rewind 2 mos ago, FBI Dir Wray viewed the FISA memo, before it was released, and within 24 hours he suspended McCabe. He was put on what is called a terminal leave, where all the sick, vacation and other paid time off accrued, but not used, was used up until now when McCabe expected to retire but instead was fired. There is far more information Wray, Sessions and others have access to vs obama's loyalists who are all throwing a tantrum.

Former FBI Assistant Director Chris Swecker told Fox News he expects the anticipated DOJ Inspector General report, from Michael Horowitz, will have 'pure TNT' that will rattle the Bureau.
“The behavior if it’s manifested in the action with your thumb on the scale of a particular investigation, one way or the other, the that’s borderline criminal behavior, manipulating an investigation. I think this IG report is going to be particularly impactful, more so than any of these useless congressional investigations. I think you’re going to see some pure TNT come out in this IG report.”
According to Swecker fmr FBI Dep Dir Andrew McCabe could looking at more than just being fired, as he points out street agents have been fired for far less. The information coming out must be TNT because whatever that has been learned to date was enough for Dir Wray to suspend McCabe and now news this week Sessions is considering firing him right before his retirement kicks in!
Those working in the FBI are all human, all have political opinions but they know they are held to a higher standard and know to keep their opinions out of the job. McCabe and company willfully engaged in activity to undermine the President of the United States, they should be happy if all they get is fired and losing their pension.

The federal govt reserves the power to make law on issues of immigration and national security NOT the states. This appointment/ hiring of Mateo is a direct violation of 8 US Code § 1324a - Unlawful employment of aliens.
The US had a civil war over states rebelling against the govt. Will we have another is unlikely, BUT the President needs to set precedent by demanding his AG, Jeff Sessions, issue arrest warrants for leaders blatantly violating federal law, otherwise lawlessness by state leaders, obama set in motion, will be rampant in America.
Remember what starts in CA spreads like a virus to other states. Frankly, many Americans would not object to seeing the National Guard marched into Sacramento to restore law and order as they did in the South in the 1950's-60's.

The CA teacher/ reserve police officer should have:
1) Held the weapon away from students, pointing it down
2) Release magazine
3) "Rack" the slide 2-3 times to clear & eject any round that may be in the chamber
4) Leave slide locked back, breach open
5) Visually verify chamber is clear before proceeding with the demonstration.
Frankly he should be terminated for being so careless.

Jeff Flake thinks John Kasich, Ben Sasse or some governors should challenge Pres Trump in 2020 but not himself! Flake isn't running for reelection not because of the electorate or republicans moving away from conservative values, he isn't running, nor has the balls to run against Trump (for now), because he DOES NOT HAVE the values he claims is missing from the party.
Flake sides with the democrats on many issues from gun control to the Iran nuke deal and especially immigration. He used convenient language with Tapper when he should have said he was in favor of amnesty! Flake refuses to see the policies POTUS stands for is what the voters want, not the BS liberal progressive agenda he and many calling themselves republicans are pushing. Maxine "Low IQ" Waters was in denial following the House Intel Committee's announcement they were ending the investigation into Trump-Russia because there is NO evidence of collusion. She believes special counsel Robert Mueller will "connect the dots" to "prove collusion", along with alleged acts of obstruction, so they (not sure who) can move to impeach Pres Trump.
There are no dots to connect, no acts of obstruction of justice either. As explained on this site countless times, collusion is not a crime and POTUS is acting within his plenary powers when he has fired individuals or taken other action. Waters is blatantly deceiving viewers and her supporters to cover for her failures in public office for over 25 years. This is nothing but a PR stunt she's pushing to gain voter support and raise funds on empty promises of impeachment, to get her through the midterms.
To date no evidence has been presented of collusion nor has she produced the federal statutes stating it is a crime.
It's not news for anyone to hear how corrupt the Clinton's are. Giving a speech in India, the worst candidate in US election history and unindicted felon, told attendees she lost because white women are listening to the men in their lives (husband, boss, son) telling them how to vote! The excuse wasn't done as she went back to blaming Comey, suggesting she had the election won up until when he released the letter to Congress October 28th, 2016.
