Rosenstein Folded Like a Wet Paper Bag at Senate Judiciary Hearing

Fmr Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was grilled today in the Senate Judiciary Cmte where he more or less admitted he was rubber-stamping whatever was put in front of him by obama/clinton loyalists. Everything you have been hearing about the President being spied on and set-up was confirmed today.

First and foremost Rosenstein admits if he knew then what he knows now he wouldn't have signed off on the applications, including the withholding of exculpatory evidence, and that the Steele Dossier was trash. Everything revealed in the Horowitz report was the basis the Deep State used to go after the Trump campaign but there was no actual evidence, yet the Deep State carried on with this guy signing off on their soft coup!

This guy, like Clapper, knows he's in trouble so he'll roll on his own, especially Comey where he says he didn't rubber-stamp the FBI FISA applications, but he signed off on them...

Rosenstein insists that the information in appointing Mueller was based on that incomplete information at the time. He admitted that by August 2017 when he signed off on the Mueller investigation there was no evidence at all of collusion with the Russians.

Grassley just said Rosenstein misled him and the public on the Flynn case. Rosenstein insisted that he did not know about the exculpatory evidence on Flynn and "that was news to me." Rosenstein also said that he supports Durham investigating the dossier matter.

It's abundantly clear regardless of his testimony that Rosenstein was in fact a rubber-stamp to go after Trump and all the others who were spied on. DOJ Drops Charges Against Michael Flynn

The disgraced DOJ (remaining remnants of the obama regime) has dropped all charges against fmr National Security Adviser and ret Gen Michael Flynn. Sen Lindsey Graham promised well over a year ago, when he became the Senate Judiciary Cmte Chairman, that he would hold hearings to get to the bottom of the Russian investigation hoax, which was really a coup d'état against Pres Trump. Maria Bartiromo called him out on his promise that to this day Graham has done absolutely nothing, not one hearing after everything we've learned about the FISA abuses, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andy McCabe, the dems and Hillary PAYING for the Steele Dossier (which was nothing but Russian disinformation to trigger Russia Russia Russia), and Gen Flynn being set up.

And what was Lindsey's excuse? I'm not going to interfere with an ongoing investigation period.

None of that seemed to bother the democrats with their hearings, that became a weekly/monthly event while the FBI and Mueller were doing their thing. As a matter of fact Andy McCabe, a star member of the Deep State, for example LIED during a hearing but it had no affect on the ongoing investigation against Trump.

Why not bring Deep State coup conspirators in to testify, they might open the door to more criminal activity? Because Graham has no interest in bringing justice to this country and President Trump. US Atty John Durham and Atty Gen Bill Barr were quick to issue statements in response to Michael Horowitz's long awaited IG report on FISA abuses.

Barr had already been "on record" a week ago that he disagreed with the reports conclusions. "Nothing is more important than the credibility and integrity of the FBI and the Department of Justice. That is why we must hold our investigators and prosecutors to the highest ethical and professional standards. The Inspector General’s investigation has provided critical transparency and accountability, and his work is a credit to the Department of Justice. I would like to thank the Inspector General and his team.

The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken. It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory. Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration. In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source. The Inspector General found the explanations given for these actions unsatisfactory. While most of the misconduct identified by the Inspector General was committed in 2016 and 2017 by a small group of now-former FBI officials, the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects a clear abuse of the FISA process.

FISA is an essential tool for the protection of the safety of the American people. The Department of Justice and the FBI are committed to taking whatever steps are necessary to rectify the abuses that occurred and to ensure the integrity of the FISA process going forward.

No one is more dismayed about the handling of these FISA applications than Director Wray. I have full confidence in Director Wray and his team at the FBI, as well as the thousands of dedicated line agents who work tirelessly to protect our country. Durhams response was more of a surprise as it's not general practice for one investigation/ investigator to weigh in on another. We saw this with the Mueller investigation after false statements were made that a response had to be issued to set things straight. Durham wanted to make it clear there is a lot more going on and it should be noted the IG's scope was narrow not to mention not having the power to convene a grand jury, nor prosecute.

That said both Barr and Durham need to speed things up as time is not on their side. We cannot have them delivering their findings in the summer or even as an October Surprise. Voters won't care and more importantly those engaged in criminal activity could get away should by some freak act of nature Trump loses in 2020. While it's unlikely we must assume the slightest chance Trump could lose, if that happens all these investigations will be squashed under a new democrat admin and the guilty will be cut loose. Byrne explains because of his previous work with the govt he was asked by the feds in what he thought was a law enforcement matter. He had no idea he was in fact being used in a game of political espionage against Hillary Clinton to gather info to "blackmail" her, as well as collecting intel against Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz and Donald Trump. The orders he was getting were coming from Peter Stzok an individual and also fmr FBI Dir Jim Comey, two people at the center of the Trump Witch Hunt. 

Byrne stated what he knows will rock DC and everyone will come after him to "grind me into dust". In a preemptive move for going public he resigned as CEO of Overstock where one can only conclude to protect the company and take away any leverage Deep State actors would have had on him. AG Barr Keeping Rod Rosenstein in Power -'Business as Usual at Deep State'

Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is the key player in the silent coup against Pres Trump at the Justice Dept who has been able to skate through without being held accountable. From FISA abuses to Mueller's illegal appointment (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed and launch and investigation) to never appearing before Congress to explain himself. There has been no criminal conspiracy between anyone connected to the Trump admin/ campaign and the Russians, no matter what Reps Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, Jerry Nadler and the rest of the confederate democrats say. Let's go a step further on that, as Dershowitz again makes it clear, collusion even if it did happen is not a crime. The left has nothing which is why they've tasked Mueller to entrap those tied to Trump (ie Manafort, Cohen, Flynn, Corsi etc) with the hopes they will roll on POTUS for some cooked of crime or a technicality.

It's only a matter of time until some document shows up pointing directly at Brennan who you know will not fall on his sword for obama, otherwise he wouldn't be out campaigning!

Maxine Waters Sics FBI Against Opponent Over Tweet!

Maxine Waters sicced the FBI against her opponent, Omar Navarro over a tweet he posted in December 2017 concerning a letter alleging Waters wants to bring Somali refugees to the US. Navarro states he did not create the letter and asked whether the letter was true or not. Now Navarro has to meet with the FBI and Capitol police over this blatant abuse of our justice system and a clear indicator someone like Maxine Waters has no business holding a seat of power in govt.

Waters could have simply replied to the tweet issuing a formal statement it's not true. Instead she files a complaint and now months later, RIGHT BEFORE an election, her opponent gets a call from the Justice Dept. Tell us again the DOJ/ FBI aren't corrupt and a shining example the US is a Banana Republic with two sets of rules!

Desperate Mueller Probe Now Examining President Trump's Tweets For Obstruction (Video)

When Bob Mueller was appointed by Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein it was to investigate Russian collusion. That mission has now expanded to anything for this Deep State sponsored witch hunt, or let's call it what it is a soft coup.

I used to be in B2B sales so I speak bullshit fluently. What this is really is the Mueller probe has NOTHING on Pres Trump. There's no Russian collusion (keep in mind collusion isn't a crime), obstruction of justice for firing Comey, or any shady illegal activity. Bob and his team of democrat investigators (aka Hillary supporters) are so desperate to find something to pin on Pres Trump they're now scraping the bottom of the pit, aka Trump's Twitter account, for acts of "obstruction". The hope here is to find something to give socialists in Congress to use in their midterm campaigns where should they regain majority power they'll be able to use to impeach Trump.

Rep Gowdy Lays Out Case Against Deep State During IG Hearing 📺

Trey Gowdy belongs in a court room prosecuting criminals as he demonstrates here going over the facts of the IG report laying out a devastating case against Lisa Page, Peter Strzok and the DOJ/FBI. There is no question about it the soft coup Deep State conspirators cut Hillary Clinton loose to do everything in their power to stop Trump. There is no doubt there is bias within the DOJ/FBI, just no smoking gun text memo or email of those involved blatantly saying it. Their actions and lack of anything pro-Trump/ anti-Hillary is all the proof people need.

Pirro Rips Deep State IG Report, Calls for Sessions to Get the Hell Out of Trump's Way 📺

Jeanine Pirro opened her show with a powerful monologue over the rogue Deep State who is clearly biased and tried to influence the 2016 election. The IG report concluded there is no bias yet all we see in it are examples of bias. No one is going to send a text or email literally spelling it out. As Mark Levin explained, after the release of the report, the lack of pro-Trump texts, emails or senior officials along with no anti-Hillary text, emails and senior officials is the proof of absolute bias!

We have govt officials who believe they know what's best for America, that you, the voter and TAX PAYERS, are incapable of choosing a president to lead the country. These people operate on delusions of grandeur and massive power trip to literally try to frame Donald Trump of "colluding" with Russia and obstruction when they are in fact the ones colluding and obstructing.

The long list of questions Pirro runs through demonstrate how poorly this 550 page was done. It makes you wonder if IG Horowitz was getting orders from someone on how to conduct his investigation! Noooo that couldn't happen could it?! Sure it could because the parties involved all have a lot to lose. Comey, Lynch, Clinton, Obama, Rosenstein etc all have been caught lying and jeopardizing national security. Sorry to tell you nothing is going to happen to any of them because the US IS a Banana Republic as Comey made clear in 2016 and Christopher Wray following the reports release.

As for AG Sessions, it is way past time for Jeff to get the hell out of the DOJ. POTUS should fire Rosenstein which will trigger Sessions resignation. Sessions Covers For Rosenstein Over Threatening to Subpoena Lawmakers 📺

Jeff Sessions is clearly hiding something to be covering for Rod Rosenstein who is known to have a temper and has been acting above the law, as if a govt unto himself. Sessions has shown ZERO loyalty towards his former Congressional colleagues who have OVERSIGHT and have been adamant the DOJ/ FBI is stonewalling them at every turn with their document requests in the Russia probe.

Those defending and making excuses for Sessions need to come out of denial at this point. He's no "sleeper agent" setting the Deep State up to bring them down. After this pathetic appearance with Tucker Carlson it's now clear Sessions is a card carrying member of the Deep State. Why? Ask Devin Nunes, Mark Meadows or Jim Jordan about how well the DOJ/ FBI is responding their requests! It's going so well they've drawn up a resolution for the House as a whole to vote on (will go nowhere) to compel the DOJ/ FBI to hand over all the documents they've been requesting.

Rosenstein is laughing at them all. If Pres Trump won't fire him, then Congress must impeach him which we would hope will trigger Sessions resignation.

Deputy AG Rosenstein Threatened to 'Subpoena' GOP-Led Committee 📺

If there was any doubt of the existence of the Deep State operating within the US govt, more specifically the DOJ, this report from Fox's Catherine Herridge should put it to rest.

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was apparently triggered so much so, by the House Intelligence Committee, he threatened to "'subpoena' emails, phone records and other documents from lawmakers and staff on a Republican-led House committee during a tense meeting earlier this year".

Once again none of this would be happening if we had a competent Attorney General, instead we're stuck with Jeff 'Mr Magoo' Sessions who is curled up in a ball, in a dark corner in his office waiting for Rod to give him instructions on what he can and cannot do. Why Pres Trump hasn't fired Rosenstein yet, which will trigger Sessions to resign, is beyond most conservatives. The DOJ is insanely corrupt at this point running above the law driving the witch hunt to remove Pres Trump from office. Rosenstein is well aware the DOJ is obligated to answer to the Congress, as they have oversight over the agency, yet Rosenstein runs the DOJ like a government unto itself. And why shouldn't he? He is in fact protecting himself and his pals who are in knee-deep with Uranium One scandal as well as everything related to Hillary and the DNC they are in fact trying to pin on Trump!

A second House committee staffer at the meeting backed up Patel’s account, writing: “Let me just add that watching the Deputy Attorney General launch a sustained personal attack against a congressional staffer in retaliation for vigorous oversight was astonishing and disheartening. ... Also, having the nation’s #1 (for these matters) law enforcement officer threaten to 'subpoena your calls and emails' was downright chilling.”

The committee staffer noted that Rosenstein’s comment could be interpreted as meaning the department would “vigorously defend a contempt action" -- which might be expected. But the staffer continued, "I also read it as a not-so-veiled threat to unleash the full prosecutorial power of the state against us.'” ~Fox News

It is time for Nunes, Meadows, Jordan and co to formally introduce articles of impeachment against Rod Rosenstein. This type of behavior is WHY Pres Trump was elected, because Americans are TIRED of the abuse of power, and elites living by a separate set of rules.

Rep Gaetz Ripped Into Paul Ryan, Says "Colleagues" Are Talking to Replace Him as Speaker 📺

FL Rep Matt Gaetz ripped into Paul Ryan over his siding with the Deep State, embedded in the FBI and DOJ, who are stonewalling Congress. When people and the President talk about draining the swamp, Ryan is at the top of the list over how he easily sides with his pals, like all talk and no action Trey Gowdy (He did a heck of job fooling people, he's only good for vid clips). Ryan supported Gowdy's claim there was no spying on Trump even though neither has seen all the evidence and rumor has it Trey is looking for a tv gig after he gets out of Congress, so do the math! Oh and let's not forget Paul's long-term scheme he started, after losing 2012 election, with Luis Gutierrez to get amnesty through...

Paul never wanted the Speaker job because he knew he would be exposed for taking positions that go against the party, conservatives and not fight for the people but instead for special interests. Ryan could order a special commission to blow this whole Russia-TrumpDNC-Clinton thing out of the water if he wanted to. Instead he does nothing, he doesn't even stand with Congressional committees who have oversight power over the very govt agencies refusing to produce documents and information they're entitled access to.

It's no wonder Gaetz says he "was hearing colleagues say, 'Well if Speaker Ryan won’t stand with us in this fight over the essentials of our democracy, not weaponizing the intelligence community against a presidential campaign, do we need to look at other choices?'" Ryan's name can be added to the long list of people getting in the way of getting to the bottom of corruption, spying and abuse of power used against Pres Trump. As stated here, Ryan (and McConnell) is a cancer to Pres Trump's presidency.

Those in Congress tired of Ryan's games should hold a vote of no confidence to oust him. Ryan is done in Congress this year anyway, in the few mos left we could get someone competent in as Speaker who can get things rolling as far as commission, possible impeachment of DOJ officials etc before the midterms and 2019.
