Following his absurd tweet Howard Dean appeared on MSDNC to double down that hate speech (re Ann Coulter) is not protected by the First Amendment.

Oh the liberal mind how selective it is when it comes to the Constitution. Sorry to tell you Howie but all speech, even the most offensive speech is protected under the First Amendment. Cite all the SCOTUS rulings you want (btw when did he become a legal scholar?) it's not going to change the fundamental issue that people have a right to speak freely. My God how scary it is that Dean believes this and ran for POTUS. And who determines what is and isn't hate speech? Howard Dean Dismisses Role of Islam in French Terror Attack: Not Muslim Extremists

Leave it to a progressive like fmr Gov Howard Dean to dismiss radical islams role in the French terror attack. The terrorists heard saying allahu akbar and the prophet is avenged have no weight to radicals like Dean.

At this point terrorists could be dressed up in 14th century islamic garb be carrying the Koran in one hand and saber in the other killing people in the name of allah screaming allahu akbar and progs like Dean will still say they are not muslim extremists! To be this dismissive when it is so blatantly obvious is dangerous. It will only empower islamic radicals to do more because radicals like Dean will never call them out. Why is the fmr gov so quick to dismiss islams role in this attack? Whether it is him, regime members or the media many are quick to plant seed of doubt or give islamic radicals an escape hatch. They do it out of fear because they know if they speak out of line they might be next. So a clown like Dean thinks that if he doesn't condemn the death cult he will be safe, when in reality he doesn't understand if jihadis ever have the opportunity they take his head off!

No one is taking anyones voting rights away! Dean as always is LYING through his teeth to maintain efforts by the left to keep voter ID laws from being passed. You will never hear a progressive makes these claims where there is anyone present to challenge them. All those people in attendance have IDs which are required for them to buy alcohol, cigarettes, rent/buy their home, get on plane, drive a car and the list goes on and on. You need an ID to do just about anything in the US yet lunatics like Dean never cry foul or racism over any of them. It is clear they do not want voters being required to have ID because they need their minions to keep them in power by voting multiple times. The SNC has written the book on voter fraud and they will do anything it takes to stop voter ID laws.

It is quite comical for a closet communist telling the republicans to go live in another country like Russia when we all know he and the SNC would be at home! Hey Howie the US IS NOT your country, because you and the progs HATE everything about it!
