Chicago PD Supt & Mayor Irate Smollett Walks Over "Position of Influence and Power"

Jussie Smollett was cut loose today, having all charges dropped, his record expunged and the case sealed, after the hoax he tried to pull off blaming Trump supporters for racially driven attack. The evidence in the hands of the public is overwhelming, God only knows what Chicago PD was sitting on seeing that the Grand Jury indicted Smollett on a "sliver of evidence" collected. But, this is what happens when you have a State Attorney (Kim Foxx) who has DIRECT ties to the obama's and George Soros.

The Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson and Mayor Rahm Emanuel held a presser in response to today's decision where saying they're pissed off is an understatement...

Many of who have tracked Emanuel since his days of being obama's right hand man were taken back and cheering/ supporting him. It was actually shocking to hear the words coming out of his mouth because he sounded like a conservative.

Emanuel has this dead to rights, Smollett got off because of his elitist status. There is no justice in America when you have 2 sets of rules. One for elitists who can commit crimes, such as faking an attack claiming it was racially driven potentially fueling a race war, who walk scot-free and the other set of rules that would land ANY ONE OF US IN JAIL FOR DOING WHAT Smollett did! Oh and democrats the days of claiming "__ privilege" are over for you. Anyone who tries to pull that shit will be shut down with 2 words: Jussie Smollett.

Justice was slapped in the face today by a privileged Hollywood elitist. Jussie is walking free because he is wealthy, black, gay, a celebrity and leftist with ties to "important" people. This fiasco is another example of everything that is wrong in this country.

The Justice Dept needs to step in and prosecute Smollett at the least for mail fraud. Of course when.... IF that happens the media and leftists will come out of the woodwork to defend him claiming this is just the racist bigoted Trump dictatorship prosecuting an innocent man because he is gay and black.

'Empire' Star Practically Started a Race War For Higher Pay

Jussie Smollett is now behind bars thanks to good old fashioned police work as Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson laid out today while also condemning Hollywood, media and politicians who jumped head first to Smollett's defense. Why did Saint Subway* do it? In a nutshell, Smollett staged this entire attack, sending himself the threatening letter, paid the O brothers $3500 by check, the scratches and bruises self inflicted all because he wanted more pay on 'Empire'!!

Imagine for a minute had his planned attack gone the way he wanted where two men, Trump supporters, were caught on film attacking him. Two white men could've been sent to jail for nothing. You KNOW protests and violence would've erupted in Chicago and other cities against Pres Trump over all the "hate, racism and bigotry he is causing". Anyone wearing a red MAGA hat would be a target for an attack. Jussie manipulated lawmakers who were pushing new hate crime laws. A race war literally could have been ignited as some have warned, including civil rights activist Najee Ali.

All of this because Jussie wanted a few more bucks to act... professionally lie.

As for those who came to his defense, quite a long list with very big names, not one of them has retracted their statements of condemnation against the President and his supporters, nor apologized for jumping the gun.

One last thing, what Jussie did was in fact an act of racism towards white people.

This country is headed for an armed conflict, as this ASS just poured kerosene on the fire.

Criminal Charges Filed Against Smollett, Attorneys Vow "Aggressive Defense"

Saint Subway*, Jussie Smollett, has been officially criminally charged for the hoax attack he staged. Unlike the left those on the right are willing to grant him the presumption of innocence until all the evidence is produced, just as we've been doing since this story first hit.

His attorney's vow an aggressive defense suggesting the investigation has not been conducted fairly!

What Saint Subway has done is disgraceful and quite serious. If his "attack" had gone the way he hoped where there was actual video footage he would be as Fox News' Jesse Watters said 'a civil rights icon'. This could have led to riots coast-to-coast and as some have suggested a race war! Jussie should go to jail for what he did, the Chicago PD and the District Attorney should throw the book at him.

Saint Subway epitomizes how unhinged the left has become in the era of Trump. We've had one hoax after another, these people are driving this country to an armed conflict.

This Hollywood elitist is entitled to his day in court but the evidence made public so far is quite damning:

Smollett mailed himself a fake terroristic threat. It didn't work for the attention or whatever this Trump hater was seeking, so he escalated it to an attack that was poorly planned as none of the surrounding surveillance cameras caught the alleged attack by two "Trump supporters" who supposedly said 'this is MAGA Country'. Keep in mind we're to accept two white men were walking around in sub-zero temps late at night apparently on the hunt for this first gay black male actor they encounter. After the "attack" Smollett walked himself with a Subway sandwich, unscathed, into his apartment building with a noose around his neck where the building security didn't notice anything and he also claimed he was doused with bleach. Keep in mind at the time of his alleged attack with temperatures being sub-zero  bleach would freeze before ever exiting its container.

How can anyone possibly 'mount an aggressive defense'? All that's missing from this circus is a White Bronco chase!

Will Jussie Smollett Be Charged With Mail Fraud!?

While investigators are already looking into where the "threatening letter" Jussie Smollett received originated, one aspect of it hasn't been pointed out yet. The  letter, that did not get the attention Smollett had hoped thus causing him to escalate the hoax with a physical assault, was a potential act of mail fraud!!

It's now being reported that Osundairo brothers are saying Smollett mailed a letter to himself, which was delivered at the 'Empire' set. On the surface when news of a letter was made public one assumed an addressed envelope, possibly with a stamp, containing the letter, dropped off where mail is delivered at the set. The story then goes Smollett and a 'Empire' producer were concerned from the appearance of the envelope proceeded to open it wearing gloves and were exposed to a white powder, which turned out to be crushed aspirin.

 The problem for Jussie aside from just sending a threatening letter, is he put the letter in the US mail system where it was postmarked. Crazy people leave threatening letters for themselves or others, for whatever their intentions, all the time, but the moment you use the federal mail system you're playing with a whole new set of rules that includes A LOT of jail time!

Eilers & Harvey B. Silikovitz, Mail and Wire Fraud, 31 Am. Crim. L. Rev. 703, 704 (1994) (cases cited).

18 U.S. Code § 1341. Frauds and swindles
"Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, sup......"

Smollett devised a scheme to defraud the public, media, Fox Entertainment, Hollywood and whomever else for whatever his end goal was with the letter, be it for more attention, to trash Pres Trump and his supporters or whatever. Granted one will interpret the law that there has to be a targeted specific victim, where some will claim there are none, but Smollett has in fact attempted to defraud the Chicago PD. He sent himself fake mail that would force the Chicago PD to investigate. CPD are the victims because they have spent time and money investigating a hoax!

This guy is potentially looking at 20 years in federal prison all because he hates Trump, and wanted to allegedly save his job (Fox Entertainment denies his job was ever in jeopardy,  but now because of this hoax he's being written off). Smollett's hate for Pres Trump and his supporters shows the lengths unhinged violent leftist will go through over their paranoia! They'll do anything to make POTUS and his supporters look bad with no regard for the violence that could have unfolded, even to the degree of what many claimed a potential race war!

Imagine what leftists will do if they ever get the power they had when obama was president? These people are dangerous, do not take this lightly, they must be POLITICALLY exterminated from ever holding public office. Those carrying out hoaxes and fake hate crimes like Smollett MUST face heavy fines and jail time, no slaps on the wrist "time served" type sentencing.
