Will Jussie Smollett Be Charged With Mail Fraud!?

While investigators are already looking into where the "threatening letter" Jussie Smollett received originated, one aspect of it hasn't been pointed out yet. The  letter, that did not get the attention Smollett had hoped thus causing him to escalate the hoax with a physical assault, was a potential act of mail fraud!!

It's now being reported that Osundairo brothers are saying Smollett mailed a letter to himself, which was delivered at the 'Empire' set. On the surface when news of a letter was made public one assumed an addressed envelope, possibly with a stamp, containing the letter, dropped off where mail is delivered at the set. The story then goes Smollett and a 'Empire' producer were concerned from the appearance of the envelope proceeded to open it wearing gloves and were exposed to a white powder, which turned out to be crushed aspirin.

 The problem for Jussie aside from just sending a threatening letter, is he put the letter in the US mail system where it was postmarked. Crazy people leave threatening letters for themselves or others, for whatever their intentions, all the time, but the moment you use the federal mail system you're playing with a whole new set of rules that includes A LOT of jail time!

"There are two elements in mail fraud: (1) having devised or intending to devise a scheme to defraud (or to perform specified fraudulent acts), and (2) use of the mail for the purpose of executing, or attempting to execute, the scheme (or specified fraudulent acts)." "Whoever, having devised or intending to devise any scheme or artifice to defraud, or for obtaining money or property by means of false or fraudulent pretenses, representations, or promises, or to sell, dispose of, loan, exchange, alter, give away, distribute, sup......"

Smollett devised a scheme to defraud the public, media, Fox Entertainment, Hollywood and whomever else for whatever his end goal was with the letter, be it for more attention, to trash Pres Trump and his supporters or whatever. Granted one will interpret the law that there has to be a targeted specific victim, where some will claim there are none, but Smollett has in fact attempted to defraud the Chicago PD. He sent himself fake mail that would force the Chicago PD to investigate. CPD are the victims because they have spent time and money investigating a hoax!

This guy is potentially looking at 20 years in federal prison all because he hates Trump, and wanted to allegedly save his job (Fox Entertainment denies his job was ever in jeopardy,  but now because of this hoax he's being written off). Smollett's hate for Pres Trump and his supporters shows the lengths unhinged violent leftist will go through over their paranoia! They'll do anything to make POTUS and his supporters look bad with no regard for the violence that could have unfolded, even to the degree of what many claimed a potential race war!

Imagine what leftists will do if they ever get the power they had when obama was president? These people are dangerous, do not take this lightly, they must be POLITICALLY exterminated from ever holding public office. Those carrying out hoaxes and fake hate crimes like Smollett MUST face heavy fines and jail time, no slaps on the wrist "time served" type sentencing.

MSNBC Pushes Claim "Empire" Star's Attackers Wore MAGA Hats

First things first, no one should have to fear being attacked for their political beliefs, race or their sexual preferences. Those responsible for the brutal attack on "Empire" star Jussie Smollett should have the book thrown at them. That said it is absolutely irresponsible for ANYONE in the media, especially after the two clustf*cks in one week over the Covington students and Buzzfeed's fiction, to jump to conclusions and point fingers of blame.

MSNBC couldn't contain themselves with their obsession to blame Trump supporters wearing MAGA hats for Smollett's attack. To date there is NO PROOF of this but because of his color and being homosexual well it had to be those evil Trump supporters in their KKK red hats!

The Chicago PD issued a statement saying making no indication the perps were wearing MAGA hats, but that didn't seem to matter to MSNBC race and homophobia hustlers.



Again the media screwed up twice jumping on story with no facts and here we go again. This is why they are rightfully deemed the Enemy of the People.

NOW should it turn out the perps were radical far right Trump supporters then they should have the book thrown at them, but let's blame everyone who supports Trump for the horrendous actions of a few. 4 Racist Black Thugs Arrested for Kidnapping and Torturing Mentally Disabled White Man

By now you've heard about or seen the video about a young mentally disabled white man in Chicago being tortured on Facebook Live by 4 clearly racist thugs. Police are investigating this horrific event and have four suspects in custody.

The hate these "people" monsters have to cut this young mans scalp, drop ashes on his wound and make him drink toilet water is a result of what we've seen from radical leftists groups like Black Lives Matter. BLM and others have advocated violence against police and white people, invoked 'f*ck the police' and 'f*ck Trump' that is demonstrated in the videos. One of these monsters can even be heard saying "let's put him out of his misery" but the girl filming was against it because they can't do that "online".

After being held captive for approx 24-48 hours the young man was found wandering the street wearing only a pair of shorts. If this isn't a hate crime then what it?! These 4 monsters, all adults, better be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, NO PLEA DEALS.

As of now with the news breaking late there is no word from the obama admin. Let's see how quick his majesty or his Atty Gen will jump to action and promise justice for this young man.

Jewish Community Center Gunman ID’d As Former KKK Leader, Reportedly Yelled ‘Heil Hitler’
OVERLAND PARK, Kan. (CBS St. Louis/AP) — The man accused of killing three people in attacks at a Jewish community center and Jewish retirement complex near Kansas City is a well-known white supremacist and former Ku Klux Klan leader who was once the subject of a nationwide manhunt.

Frazier Glenn Cross, of Aurora, Mo., was booked into Johnson County jail on a preliminary charge of first-degree murder after the attacks Sunday in Overland Park.

KCTV reports that Cross was yelling “Heil Hitler” while being taken into custody.

At a news conference, Overland Park police Chief John Douglass declined to publicly identify the man suspected in the attacks. But an official at the Olathe jail, speaking on the condition of anonymity because he wasn’t authorized to discuss the case, identified the suspect as 73-year-old Frazier Glenn Cross, of Aurora, Mo.

“Today is a sad and very tragic day,” Douglass said at the news conference. “As you might imagine we are only three hours into this investigation. There’s a lot of innuendo and a lot of assertions going around. There is really very little hardcore information.”

According to police, the attacks happened within minutes of one another. At around 1 p.m. a gunman shot two people in the parking lot behind the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City. He then drove a few blocks away to a Jewish retirement community, Village Shalom, and gunned down a woman or girl there, Douglass said. Officers arrested him in an elementary school parking lot a short time later.

“I kind of just couldn’t help but think of Sandy Hook just looking at these really young children,” a witness told CBS News. “I was really scared.”...more
