Sec Pompeo is making headlines today stating he has Hillary Clinton's emails and is working as fast as possible to get them released before the election, following Pres Trump's phone-in appearance on Maria Bartiromo’s show expressing he is not happy with the State Dept holding up their release. Granted there is personnel, means and methods that need to be protected but it shouldn’t take this long. "Hillary isn't running, who cares?" Well there could very well be documents that will again prove she was behind the Russia Russia Russia hoax and hopefully implement those in the obama regime who conspired with her namely Joe Biden! Also, to this very second that you're reading this the democrats continue to push Russia narrative that Trump is allowing election interference by them and remains Putin's puppet. So releasing the emails does matter if they can provide additional info to his innocence and Clinton and the obama regimes guilt. If HARRIS/biden win in Nov any and all investigations into the democrats coup against Trump, all the other crimes they've engaged in currently under investigation (admittedly poorly handled by Barr, but more on that later) by the Trump admin will be trashed. If you want to see these people brought to justice then you must vote IN-PERSON for Trump/Pence and GOP down the ballot Nov 3rd.

John Kerry Says Iran Won't Enter Talks With US Until Trump Is Out As Sec Pompeo Blasts Him For Interference 📺

First things first, the Iran nuclear agreement is not and was never legally binding. It is NOT a treaty, the Iranians didn't even sign this deal our allies, France, Germany, Britain, with Russia and China are choosing to abide even after reports surfaced they were violating the deal! That said Kerry is LYING at the end of the clip over the strength of the deal, if it were the Iranians wouldn't still be moving ahead with their nuclear development. Also, the Iranians claim their interest in nuclear development if for energy purposes, but to this day no one has explained what a nation rich in oil and other natural resources needs with nuclear power

John Kerry has admitted he has been talking with the Iranians, he despises Trump so it is any wonder that they wouldn't come to any talks so long as Trump is in office!? Regardless of intentions, Kerry a private citizen,is interfering with govt foreign policy. He may deny it, but it would seem whatever he is up to is to set himself up for a 2020 presidential run, who knows what he's telling and promising the Iranians. What are reason/ motive could he have to be talking to them?

Sec of State Pompeo as expected blasted Kerry for acting "unseemly and unprecedented" and that he is "actively undermining US policy as a former secretary of state is literally unheard of."

While Pompeo wouldn't say whether or not Kerry is breaking the law, Logan Act, it's pretty evident to armchair attorneys especially since democrats went after Gen Flynn under the same law for doing his job when he was Trump's advisor! If anything we have clear example of two sets of rules - one for democrats and one for republicans.

Don't get your hopes up for any charges to be brought on Kerry under the Logan Act nor for registering as a foreign agent so long as Jeff Sessions is head of the DOJ ceding all power to Rod Rosenstein who has been running the agency since Sessions took the job.

Congressmen Confirm Two Iranian Nuke "Side Deals" Being Kept From Congress

The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) has struck two secret side deals with the Iranians on their nuclear program which are being kept from Congress. Sen Cotton suggests the White House is aware of this but hasn't released the documents to Congress, who was under the belief they had everything to begin their 60 day review.

White House aides are denying there are any side deals with Iran!

The American people have a right to see everything in this nuclear agreement and if information is being withheld then there is no reason ANYONE in Congress should vote in favor of it. This deal needs to be treated like a treaty and it must be killed immeditely.



IAEA Tells Congressmen of Two Secret Side Deals to Iran Agreement That Won’t Be Shared with Congress

Senator Tom Cotton (R., Ark.) and Congressmen Mike Pompeo (R., Kan.) issued a press release yesterday on a startling discovery they made during a July 17 meeting with International Atomic Energy Agency officials in Vienna: There are two secret side deals to the nuclear agreement with Iran that will not be shared with other nations, with Congress, or with the U.S. public.

One of these side deals concerns inspection of the Parchin military base, where Iran reportedly has conducted explosive testing related to nuclear-warhead development. The Iranian government has refused to allow the IAEA to visit this site. Over the last several years, Iran has taken steps to clean up evidence of weapons-related activity at Parchin.

The other secret side deal concerns how the IAEA and Iran will resolve outstanding issues on possible military dimensions (PMDs) of Iran’s nuclear program. In late 2013, Iran agreed to resolve IAEA questions about nuclear weapons-related work in twelve areas. Iran only answered questions in one of these areas and rejected the rest as based on forgeries and fabrications.

Former Department of Energy official William Tobey explained in a July 15 Wall Street Journal op-ed why it is crucial that Iran resolve the PMD issue.
