Fmr Trump Counsel Ordered to Testify by Obama Appointed Fed Judge

US District Court Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, appointed by barack hussein milhous benito obama in 2013*, has ordered fmr Trump counsel Don McGahn to must testify before the House Judiciary Cmte. In her opinion Jackson ruled that McGahn is not immune from testifying as the DOJ and Pres Trump's admin argued.

Eric Holder and other obama regime members were protected under Executive Privilege, which was not invoked for McGahn but it can be. Why that wasn't done in the beginning is unknown, although Trump did allow McGahn to testify in the Mueller investigation to show the admins transparency.

What is troublesome is we have another federal judge overriding the Executive Branch to set new precedent. Jackson claims in her opinion there are no kings, but her actions and those of many other federal judges says otherwise. The democrats are constantly running to, mostly, obama appointed judges to override Trump's orders, the majority are orders invoking laws on the books. If anyone is acting like a king, queen it is Jackson and Co constantly going against the admin.

Obama Appointed Federal Judge BLOCKED Trump's Asylum Seeker Policy

Judge Richard Seeborg, appointed by obama in 2009, issued an injunction blocking Pres Trump's immigration policy requiring asylum seekers to return to Mexico while they wait for their case to be heard. That means more illegals will be released into the US, because DHS is overwhelmed, theres nowhere to put them, who will never show up for their hearings and Seeborg KNOWS THIS regardless of what he says .

The injunction goes into effect April 12th and there is something even more troubling than it being an obama judge behind it. Conservative Review's Daniel Horowitz tweeted out that Seeborg admits his order "is a violation of judicial power"!

This is what democrat appointed judges do, they act as political activists aiding the socialist party and protecting messiah obama's "legacy". Seeborg is also the same judge who ruled against the citizenship question for the 2020 census.

Socialists have done everything possible to interfere and/ or stop Pres Trump from keeping illegals out of the US. They want them here because they know this invasion will inevitably leas to a crash of multiple systems within the US, all of which is by design as discussed here.


This site WARNED voters in 2012 the court should be your motivation to get out and vote, but people ignored it and 3mil of you stayed home. Granted Seeborg was appointed in 2009, many other radical political activist judges were appointed in obama's second term. Elections have consequences, keep that in mind as we get closer to 2020.

Obama Appointed Judge Bars Trump Admin's Restrictions on Asylum Seekers

Well now big shocker how Judge Jon Tigar, of the Ninth Circuit Court, appointed by obama in 2012 has issued a ruling barring Pres Trump's restrictions on asylum seekers. Are you starting to get it as to why elections have consequences?! While Trump has done a good job erasing obama's "legacy", that was nothing but Executive Orders since he could not get Congressional support on his agenda, his judicial appointments will keep his radical ideology going.

Yes, there are checks and balances for our system of govt to prevent abuse of power and the rise of a dictatorship/authoritarian govt. However, there are laws in place that grant the President plenary powers on issues of national security. NO court, no judge, no whiny politician can just step in and say no you can't when the law is clear.

This obama appointee, like others, ruled the President can't changing the law over the qualifications for one applying for asylum, pointing out Congress has to be the ones to make the changes to the law. Fine, but the President can pull the plug on "the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate," per 8 US Code § 1182 (f) – Inadmissible aliens. So while this may seem like a victory for the left who do not care about national security they are forcing the admin to take more drastic measures they will not be able to fight in court.

Take note this is the same law that the admin invoked to implement the legal Travel Ban the left lied about calling it a muslim ban and had a hissy fit over.

It is sickening how these progressive judges are putting political activism ahead of national security. DHS announced there are at least 500 criminals within the migrant invasion, they know of. How many more criminals, terrorists, are hidden within the massive group!? We have diseases not seen in the US showing up now, that no doubt came from illegal aliens. These leftists care more about illegals than Americans Trump is trying to protect. Maybe when the 2020 election rolls around those who sat home in 2018 will remember this and get out to vote.
