Federal Judge, Appointed By AND Who Donated to Obama, Blocks Border Wall Plan

US Ca District Court Judge Haywood Gilliam, appointed by obama in 2014, has issued an order temporarily blocking the Trump admin from using federal DOD funds to build the border wall.

Federal Judges cannot step in on issues of national security which is what the building the border wall is about. If we listen to our "friends" on the Left who say otherwise then that would mean federal judges acting on behalf of Leftists filing suits in opposition could step-in anytime they wanted to stop (any) POTUS and Congress from using military force. In other words if some tree-hugger doesn't want us to bomb one of our enemies they could take it to court to stop the govt. That is in effect what is happening here with judges issuing rulings to stop the Trump admin because activists who are not happy about the border wall being built. This order will be over-turned like many other rulings against the admin because like it or not the President possesses plenary powers on issues of national security, be it on who can or cannot enter the US via 8 US Code § 1182(f), or 10 US Code § 284(b(7) that allows fencing to be erected to combat drug trafficking, which is one of the many reasons Trump has to build the wall.

On top of this judge stretching his authority to rule on issues of national security he has a clear conflict of interest, again by being appointed by obama, but Gilliam "donated $6,900 to Barack Obama’s debut campaign for president and $14,500 to his reelection campaign, according to federal election records. The same records also indicate he contributed $4,500 to the Democratic National Committee in 2012 and, between 2012 and 2015, sent $3,100 to the Covington Burling LLP PAC, which supports candidates from both parties. His contributions totaled $29,000." ~ Washington Examiner.

Democrats deliberately shop judges before they bring challenges to the admin to stack the odds in their favor. These judges have demonstrated they put politics ahead of the law should be required to, wait for it, recuse themselves. Democrats love demanding republican judges, attorneys, govt officials to recuse themselves from controversial matters, the same tactic should be employed by attorneys who have to defends the Trump admins policies - NO obama appointed judges.

Every single time a federal judge gets in the way of this administration from doing its job they turn out to be activists who were obama or Clinton admin appointees. This site explicitly warned voters in 2012 to vote for Romney over obama on the very issue of obama stacking the courts with judicial activists/ loyalists. This is a shining example of how elections have consequences. While you may feel good about yourself sitting home election day over principles, you need to understand you've allowed the Left to gain another foothold on this country.

Obama Appointed Federal Judge BLOCKED Trump's Asylum Seeker Policy

Judge Richard Seeborg, appointed by obama in 2009, issued an injunction blocking Pres Trump's immigration policy requiring asylum seekers to return to Mexico while they wait for their case to be heard. That means more illegals will be released into the US, because DHS is overwhelmed, theres nowhere to put them, who will never show up for their hearings and Seeborg KNOWS THIS regardless of what he says .

The injunction goes into effect April 12th and there is something even more troubling than it being an obama judge behind it. Conservative Review's Daniel Horowitz tweeted out that Seeborg admits his order "is a violation of judicial power"!

This is what democrat appointed judges do, they act as political activists aiding the socialist party and protecting messiah obama's "legacy". Seeborg is also the same judge who ruled against the citizenship question for the 2020 census.

Socialists have done everything possible to interfere and/ or stop Pres Trump from keeping illegals out of the US. They want them here because they know this invasion will inevitably leas to a crash of multiple systems within the US, all of which is by design as discussed here.

For 3rd Time a Fed Judge, Obama Loyalist, Blocks Trump's Travel Ban (Video)

Hours before Pres Trump's revised travel ban was to take effect Hawaiian federal Judge, obama appointee/ loyalist, Derrick Watson blocked it for the THIRD TIME! "The judge, appointed by former President Barack Obama, said the new restrictions ignore a federal appeals court ruling that found President Donald Trump's previous ban exceeds the scope of his authority. The latest version 'plainly discriminates based on nationality in the manner that the 9th Circuit has found antithetical to ... the founding principles of this nation,' Watson wrote."

Discrimination, if it were true, is irrelevant. As pointed out on this site in Dec 2015, federal law 8 US Code § 1182 grants POTUS the plenary powers to restrict "the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

In other words, POTUS can restrict the entry of anyone into the US for any reason he or she wants! 

NEWSFLASH, anyone who is not a US citizen does not have the right to come to the US anytime they want!


The travel ban is legal, the Supreme Court, upheld the ban in June 2017, yet this obstructionist continues to meddle with issues of national security. Watson is a defining example as to why we not only need term limits for Congress but also the Judiciary branch, from SCOTUS to local courts. We have far too many judges performing a role of political activist rather than upholding the laws on the books. Frankly, no one cares how anyone feels on these issues, the law rules supreme.

Let this be another lesson America that elections have consequences. Watson was appointed after obama won his second term. Do you remember the 2012 election how many of us begged you to vote for Mitt Romney, admitting he wasn't the best choice, but warned about the dangers obama posed to the judicial appointments? 3 million of you chose to stay home election day, knowing well obama was stacking the courts. WE TOLD YOU SO! This is what happens when you act like a child "I dont like either choice, I'm not gonna vote!" Uh huh good this is what get. How many of you that sat home election day are throwing a fit over Watson's interference with this nations security? Shame on each and every one of you.

Clinton Appointed Federal Judge Blocks Texas' Ban on Sanctuary Cities (Vid&Aud)

San Antonio, TX federal judge Orlando Garcia, appointed by Bill Clinton, blocked Texas from enforcing a ban on sanctuary cities. The state legislature passed the law yet 1 federal judge overrides them, putting state/ national security at risk. As Mark Levin argues we not only need Term Limits for Congress and SCOTUS but also for federal judges. After a President is gone their radical legacy continues on through rogue federal judges who are political activists.

Sanctuary cities are lawless zones, they put citizens in danger. Those who favor and support them care more about illegal aliens than US citizens. They are magnets for criminals and more importantly terrorists!

San Antonio judge blocks Texas’ sanctuary cities law

A federal judge halted most of Texas’ ban on sanctuary cities Wednesday — two days before the law was to take effect.

City of San Antonio officials who were challenging the law claimed victory while state leaders vowed to appeal the ruling, but it remained unclear Wednesday night what impact it would have on a San Antonio Police Department policy preventing officers from asking about immigration status. City staff and lawyers working on the case said they would have more information Thursday.

In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia halted penalties for officials who endorse policies in violation of Senate Bill 4, saying it likely violates the First Amendment. SB 4 allows the attorney general to fine or remove from office local officials who “adopt, enforce, or endorse a policy under which the entity or department prohibits or materially limits the enforcement of immigration laws.” The law also creates penalties for local officials who block police from asking about immigration status.

In his ruling, Garcia wrote that although police can ask about immigration status of a person “under a lawful detention or under an arrest,” as described in the law, there’s very little police can do after that.

“If for example, during a lawful stop an officer obtains information that the detained individual is undocumented, the officer may not arrest the individual or prolong the detention on this basis,” Garcia wrote. “However, under SB 4, officers are permitted — again, not required — to share this information with ICE, or other appropriate federal agencies, or law enforcement entities.”...more

Obama Appointed Fed Judge Defying Supreme Court Ruling on Travel Ban Must Be Impeached

Hawaii federal judge Derrick Watson, appointed by obama in his second term, has once again acted against Pres Trump and taking things to a new level by now defying the Supreme Court ruling on the Travel Ban. Watson has "ruled" pretty much all family members are exempt from the ban/ restriction. Keep in mind this Executive Order is an attempt to get a handle on who is coming into the US, to shore up the vetting process that Watson has now blown apart.. AGAIN.

This man is putting US national security in jeopardy. Terrorists are not grown in a test tube, they are in fact grand parents, grand children, brother & sister in-laws, cousins etc that Watson has ordered are permitted to enter the US.

Congress granted POTUS the plenary power to take action on issues of national security. Watson is violating the balance of power over his political views and feelings. Since when does a federal judge have a say on issues of national security? WHEN we get hit he and all the other radical progressives who have done everything possible to stop this President will have blood on their hands.

There is but one solution in dealing with judicial activists like Derrick Watson > impeachment. The American people must put pressure on Congress to take action in filing articles of impeachment against this rogue dangerous judge. If they fail to act, to set a precedent, stopping judicial activism more of this abuse of power will come from others. Congress's failure to act will ensure they will be run out of office because the American people have had it with them

PS: Now have you learned a lesson that elections have consequences? Watson was appointed at the beginning of obama's second term. People, including yours truly, warned people during the 2012 election about obama stacking the courts with radical leftists judges and he had to be stopped. We begged voters to consider the courts but they didn't listen. Judge Pirro used two examples of how far the left has gone to change the rules to continue ramming their agenda and destruction of America, as we know it, through.

First Pirro ripped into federal judge Derrick Watson who issued a temporary restraining order against Pres Trump's Executive Order travel ban. Watson claims people who are not citizens, let alone ever stepping foot on US soil, have/ are entitled to 1st Amendment rights, invoking the Establish Clause as a basis for his ruling. These leftist judges are completely out of control, engaged in a judicial coup undermining Trump's presidency that Pirro believes should be impeached! Political opinion and feelings are irrelevant, rulings should be based on the Constitution nothing else.

POTUS has explicit plenary authority in the name of national security to stop ANYONE from entering the US. Furthermore immigrants DO NOT have a right to come to America! There is some twisted myth floating around everyone has Constitutional rights and can come to America if they want. NO THEY CAN'T anyone suggesting otherwise is lying! How is a state, Hawaii, who has never taken in any refugees all of a sudden is impacted by the TEMPORARY travel ban? Watson is lying, doing the bidding of the radical left and his good good FRIEND, who happened to appoint him to the bench, barack obama!

Speaking of lying, Pirro called out fmr DNC interim chair Donna Brazile for blatantly lying on national tv after claiming she never handed off debate questions to the Clinton Camp. Brazile finally came clean in a piece she did for Time but the damage is done. The judge called what Donna did "demonic", especially since she shamefully used her Christian faith to be an honest person. No one in the leftist media has condemned Brazile either, all this is is another example of the institutionalized evil we see on display by the left.

Leftists are rewriting the laws and changing journalistic ethics to suit them. Meanwhile, as Pirro cites in her open, the left is demonizing all of us for sticking to our principles. We have to stay the course as she argues, not giving in to the attacks. What they are doing right now is Alinsky 101 on a massive scale. Do not back down no matter what they do or say. The left is wrong when it comes to the travel ban and what is and isn't news.

Judge Pirro Blasts Fed Judge and Anti-Trump "Protesters" For Acting Lawless

Pirro put on her judges robe to explain facts to a rogue federal judge and the anti-trump movement who are both acting above the law!

First she addressed Judge Robart who issued temporary restraining order on Pres Trump's executive order to stop entry of aliens from 7 hot spots, that the left didn't have a problem when obama issued a travel ban. Whether liberals like it or not, as Pirro states, "no one has the right to enter" the US. Under US Title Code 8 1182(f) the Pres of the US has the power to restrict anyone entry into the US. POTUS is acting within his legal authority in the interest of national security that this liberal activist judge has completely dismissed. Robart is in fact saying "come on in from wherever you're from, to hell with the President"! (FYI Robart is a Bush appointee who sides with Black Lives Matter domestic terrorist organization). This judges ruling will no doubt be overturned but the problem is how many threats will enter the US during this temporary restraining order. One of the reasons Trump issued it out of the blue with no warning was to not give terrorists window to get into the US. Judge Robart has now opened that window!

After blasting Robart, Pirro blasted away on the "protesters", really rioters (..domestic terrorists), who trashed UC Berkeley and other locations explaining to them they do not have the right to set fires and destroy property because their "tender snowflake" feelings have been hurt.

The Judge like many Americans is concerned over the rise in violence and anarchy coming from, who else, the left. This never-ending meltdown over Trump's election is going to escalate because leaders on the left are doing nothing to calm it down. As a matter of fact in many cases they encourage it, as FL Congresswoman Val Demings called the UC Berkeley riot a "beautiful sight"!

Judge Napolitano: DOJ Lied and Lied About Lying to Fed Judge on Executive Amnesty

There is no other way for Judge Napolitano to explain what the obama DOJ did, to Federal District Judge Andrew Hanen, than to say 'they lied, and they lied about lying.' The regimes attorneys have "intentionally" lied when arguing obama's executive amnesty:

"Justice Department attorneys misled the court about when the Department of Homeland Security would begin implementing President Obama's executive order granting "deferred action" to illegal immigrants whose children are citizens. In doing so, they tricked the 26 states who filed a lawsuit into "foregoing a request for a temporary restraining order," according to the judge.

The facts of the deception are not in doubt, Hanen emphasized. "[DOJ] has now admitted making statements that clearly did not match the facts," he said in the May 19 opinion, first noted by the National Law Journal. "It has admitted that the lawyers who made these statements had knowledge of the truth when they made these misstatements ... This court would be remiss if it left such unseemly and unprofessional conduct unaddressed."" ~ WE

The DOJ more or less LIED 100K times because 100K illegal aliens were given a temporary pass when the DOJ said they weren't! Another example confirming this country is a Banana Republic (it will be in stone when Clinton is set free for violating the Espionage Act). The Judge threw the book at the DOJ, Atty Gen Lynch and he ordered these SOB's to mandatory ethics classes but that won't change a thing, this country needs a good old-fashioned purge...
