Biden Supports Sanctuary Cities, No Deportations of ANYONE in His First 100 Days, Amnesty for 11M Undocumented

Joe Biden who has been considered a moderate democrat changed all of that during his debate with Bernie Sanders when he was asked two questions on illegal immigration. His position on sanctuary cities and deportations shows he supports the lawlessness we're witnessing from some mayors, state legislators and governors, and a willingness as the potential next President of the USA to allow criminal illegal aliens to enter and live in our communities.

When asked about sanctuary cities and whether "undocumented illegals"* should be turned over to ICE, Biden unequivocally said 'No'

On the question of deportations, Biden told the American people in his first 100 days in office NO ONE will be deported and he will push a bill to give amnesty to the 11M "undocumented immigrants" already in the US...

First off that means there will be a mad rush of illegals from all over the world to get into the US. The border patrol will be overwhelmed and we will have repeats of the border being rushed as it was in 2018...

This also means criminal illegal aliens, who have committed rape, sexual assault, theft, murder etc etc, who entered the US or have been here but haven't committed any crimes in Biden's first 100 days gets to stay! Also if this thing with the coronavirus doesn't die out the US could also get a large number of potentially sick people entering the country spreading the infection.

Biden and the democrats do not care about national security on the issue of illegal immigration. When they look at illegal aliens all they see are future democrat voters. This primary election and how dems have handled things, with their candidates and the treatment towards the President and his supporters, has caused many democrats to #WalkAway. They need illegals to change the country's demographics to gain more Congressional seats (this is how they "vote" right now; CA is the model for what they will do nationwide) with the hopes they'll be granted full amnesty thus becoming new democrat voters.

With this virus going on and its effects on the economy, healthcare system etc Pres Trump is now in the political career fight of his life. Trump BROKE Pelosi in SOTU Speech

President Trump has clearly broken Nancy Pelosi from beginning to end of his State of the Union (SOTU) speech.

The first hit came as Trump entered the House and presented copies of his speech to VP Pence and Pelosi, who put her hand out to shake his and Trump RIGHTFULLY turned away.

Trump was justified blowing her off over how this woman has worked tirelessly to have him removed from office. She talks down to him all the time, doesn't give him any credit for the accomplishments of his admin.

Case in point, as Trump talked about sanctuary cities (SC's) cutting illegal alien criminals loose, which is true because they're sanctuaries for illegal aliens, who when released committed more crimes because why not. The confederate House SPOKESWOMAN shook her head saying to herself "not true". We have countless stories from these SC's about illegal alien criminals jailed for DUI, theft etc being released committing same crimes if not worse taking the life of a US citizen. How is that not true!?

Mayors of major cities, from Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, Denver, Miami, New York, Baltimore etc, are vowing they will not assist ICE with sweeping raids to deport illegal aliens who have been ordered to be removed by immigration judges. This isn't a door to door search, ordered by evil, racist Trump. These illegal aliens have had their day in court where the judges have ruled for their deportation, but the illegals have refused to leave thus the planned deportation raids.

ICE is doing it's job to protect the country, yet these mayors (and other leaders) are choosing to take sides. Granted Pres Trump has ordered the sweep delayed for 2 weeks, ...

If these mayors continue to rebel against the Trump admin putting feelings ahead of the rule of law, then it is time to take action against them via the Attorney General. Keep in mind these are the same mayors who will say NO ONE IS ABOVE THE LAW when they go after POTUS over how he is governing, yet here they are acting above the law. AG Barr should make a clear televised statement listing and making clear the federal laws these mayors are defying, hinting it would be in their best interest to start complying. If the mayors remain defiant the AG should begin arresting them. All it would take is for one of them to get locked up to set precedent that NO ONE is above the law! Before an arrest is made it should be preceded with a statement by federal agents of the laws the mayor is violating so as to remove any suggestion they will be a martyr (this is key). AG Sessions announced a lawsuit against the state of California for being in violation of federal immigration law. Not surprising CA leaders, from Jerry Brown, AG Becerra, Oakland Mayor Schaaf to members of Congress, remained defiant making it abundantly clear they care MORE about illegal aliens than US citizens.

We had a civil war over states being defiant to the govt and US Constitution. Federal law (10th Amend) supersedes state laws, especially on issues of immigration, which is a national security issue. Pelosi Invokes Race Card Following WH Immigration Proposal, Praises Sanctuary Cities

When democrats like Nancy Pelosi have nothing left to say in defense of their argument like clockwork they always resort to the race card. Cutting back on immigration is not racist, won't "make American white again". Trump is open to anyone entering the US, “I want them to come in from everywhere, everywhere,” as long as they have something to offer America.

Once upon a time the US immigration system was based on a merit system. People like my father, who came here from Italy, had to have something to offer the country. My mothers father had to sponsor my father, that he would have a place to live, a job, would contribute and not be a burden to Americans. This kind of system protects a country because if you allow a bunch of unskilled, uneducated people to enter they will be dependent on the govt to survive.

Democrats want this dependency, they want people of low skill and education to be brought into the US in droves because they are potential voters for the DNC. That's all democrats see in minority immigrants, a voter who they can pander (LIE) to, to stay in power indefinitely. Don't believe it, have you read some of the headlines coming out of California?! The state is lost using this exact strategy.

DHS Chief Confirms DOJ Reviewing Laws to Criminally Charge Sanctuary City Leaders

DHS Chief Kirstjen Nielsen was asked by Sen Harris, and confirmed to the Senate Judiciary Committee, at her request “The Department of Justice is reviewing what avenues may be available" to charge leaders of sanctuary cities criminally.

Kamala Harris clearly appeared agitated to learn this but shouldn't be surprised. She literally read the code, she knows crimes are being committed, citing it in her questioning, which is one of many sanctuary city leaders are clearly violating. Mayors, city council, police chiefs, state governors and attorney generals engaged in protecting illegal aliens need to be locked up. The law is the law, it's clear as day, you cannot aid and harbor illegal aliens. DHS/ DOJ needs to start making arrests starting with high profile sanctuary city leaders.

Here's how it should play out: Attorney General Jeff Session (comes out of his hole) makes a statement on national tv spelling out all the laws (some listed below) being violated. He orders any and all sanctuary city/ state leaders to cease and desist, begin following federal immigration laws or they will be arrested within 30-60 days. He notes in the presser a letter with all the information he is giving in the presser, along with every single law being violated, will be delivered to every single governor, attorney general, everyone in any state govt capacity (all the way down to police chiefs town mayors and councils). Those who continue to violate the law, aid and harbor illegal aliens will be be visited by US Marshals, taken into custody and formally charged. These people need to understand they are not above the law. So if you make an example out of someone like CA Gov Jerry Brown the message will be loud and clear the games are over.

The US is a nation of law and order, the lawlessness obama put into motion almost all liberal leaders are enacting is over, arrests MUST be made. Federal law supersedes feelings but more importantly state laws and the immigration law is clear. You aid, harbor, employ, provide false documents etc to illegals you go to jail!

Obama Appointed Federal Judge Permanently Blocks Trump's Sanctuary City Order (Video)

Obama bundler and federal judge appointee William H Orrick III for the second time has permanently blocked the Trump admins order to cut federal funding to sanctuary cities. Orrick seems to think he can pick and choose what federal laws to enforce or not.

Orrick invokes the 10th Amendment in his decision ignoring the fact that when the federal law supersedes state law especially on issues of national security. Now if there was no federal immigration law in place, Orrick would have an argument, but that's not the case here. He like most judges appointed by obama are out of control, trying to continue obama's destructive legacy. Maybe Congress impeaching this rogue lawless judge might send the message that federal immigration laws must be followed and are not optional. Judge permanently blocks Trump sanctuary cities order

A federal judge has permanently blocked President Donald Trump's executive order to cut funding from cities that limit cooperation with U.S. immigration authorities.

U.S. District Court Judge William Orrick issued the ruling on Monday in lawsuits brought by two California counties, San Francisco and Santa Clara. Orrick said Trump cannot set new conditions on spending approved by Congress.

The judge had previously put a temporary hold on the executive order targeting so-called sanctuary cities. The Trump administration has appealed that decision to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.

The Trump administration has also moved to withhold one particular law enforcement grant from sanctuary cities, prompting a new round of lawsuits.

City of San Antonio officials who were challenging the law claimed victory while state leaders vowed to appeal the ruling, but it remained unclear Wednesday night what impact it would have on a San Antonio Police Department policy preventing officers from asking about immigration status. City staff and lawyers working on the case said they would have more information Thursday.

In his ruling, U.S. District Judge Orlando Garcia halted penalties for officials who endorse policies in violation of Senate Bill 4, saying it likely violates the First Amendment. SB 4 allows the attorney general to fine or remove from office local officials who “adopt, enforce, or endorse a policy under which the entity or department prohibits or materially limits the enforcement of immigration laws.” The law also creates penalties for local officials who block police from asking about immigration status.

In his ruling, Garcia wrote that although police can ask about immigration status of a person “under a lawful detention or under an arrest,” as described in the law, there’s very little police can do after that.

“If for example, during a lawful stop an officer obtains information that the detained individual is undocumented, the officer may not arrest the individual or prolong the detention on this basis,” Garcia wrote. “However, under SB 4, officers are permitted — again, not required — to share this information with ICE, or other appropriate federal agencies, or law enforcement entities.”...more

Tucker Destroys Sanctuary City Supporter

Tucker Carlson battled Jose Aristimuno, fmr DNC Deputy Press Secretary, who supports sanctuary cities over the impact they're having providing refuge to hardened criminals like Sergio Martinez. Martinez, a meth head, has been deported 20 times only to return again and sexually assault a 65 year old woman.

Aristimuno had the audacity to claim sanctuary cities are some of the safest places in the US. That statement is false since we have Martinez raping women. That example alone is enough to shut him down but he continues only to have Tucker counter, making it clear there is no evidence to make such a claim. How can a lawless city be safe?

Pro-sanctuary city leaders and law enforcement are in fact aiding and harboring criminals, while putting American citizens in danger. These cities are in full violation of immigration law yet nothing is being done to stop them.

In response to Aristimuno arguing illegal aliens should not be identified as such, why? These individuals do not have legal status to be in the US, thus they are here illegally. These individuals were not born nor are not native to America, thus they are alien. When you combine the two you get illegal aliens. Furthermore, these people are NOT undocumented immigrants. To call them that is beyond insulting as it suggests these people are legally in America but there was a mix up with there immigration papers, they forgot them or the dog ate them. This is a deceptive act by the left to convince the uninformed illegals are here legally. And one last thing Leftists are deliberately conflating legal immigrants with illegal immigrants in debate. This again is to confuse and convince the uninformed to push for open borders and "comprehensive immigration" The only reason Leftists want illegals in the US is with the hopes of getting them legalized so they can vote. Democrats know they're losing support, they want this untapped pool of potential voters so they can have one party rule.

The House of Representatives successfully voted in favor of the Sanctuary Cities and Kate's Law bills today. These bills if passed in the Senate and become law will add another line of defense against illegal immigration, but unfortunately we had several Republicans who dissented.

How anyone could vote against these laws is baffling because it means they are in fact enabling lawlessness in America. While we expect this from the democrats, but it's inexcusable from Republicans many of which campaign about stopping illegal immigration and sanctuary cities.

DHS Sec Gets Into Heated Debate With DISRESPECTFUL CA Senator Over Sanctuary Cities

DHS Sec John Kelly deserves a medal for putting up with CA dem Senator Kamala Harris during questioning about fed funds being cut off from sanctuary cities today. This "woman" constantly interrupted the Sec from getting a full sentence out in answering her questions. You can see Kelly is getting tired of it as he leaned back in his chair and then even asked her if she will you let him answer only to have this monster tell him no if he doesn't give her the answer she wants!

Cities catering to illegal aliens should have their funds cut off. It sucks law enforcement loses money as a result but what is the govt to do? We cannot have states going rogue offering safe harbor, which is against the law, to illegal aliens. You do know Mexicans and Guatemalans aren't the only illegals in America?! Sanctuary Cities being lawless are also safe zones for terrorists to hide! You'll never hear Harris talk about that, she will fight tooth and nail to aid illegal aliens at the federal level as she did when she was CA's AG.

Texas Democrat Doesn't Deny He Threatened Fellow Lawmaker, Tries To Justify Actions

Texas DEMOCRAT State Rep Alfonso "Poncho" Nevárez did not deny he threatened Rep Matt Rinaldi on the House floor claiming he was provoked. Apparently for a law abiding State Rep, like Rinaldi, to call ICE over illegal aliens present in the gallery is justification to have his life threatened. That is what it all comes down to America. A democrat did not like a republican calling the feds on illegal aliens in the gallery, which led to a heated confrontation we never thought we would see between elected leaders on US soil since the 1850's.

Take note Poncho is not apologetic nor shows any remorse for threatening the life of another public servant. This is a big deal and for whatever reason everyone is blowing it off; it sets a dangerous precedent. This fight is a warning sign of things to come, just as it was in 1856 when Preston Brooks beat Charles Sumner literally within an inch of his life and before you knew it the US fell into civil war. Make no mistake about it the US is in a COLD civil war, that will quickly warm up. The battle over illegal immigration, the root of this fight between Rinaldi and the dems, is getting as hot as slavery. Fights and violence all initiated by the left since election day will not stop. Tension between leaders will grow, and as I've warned when you see leaders in the US Capitol come to blows on the Senate or House floor get ready for SHTF!

Illegal Immigrants Are Getting Special Treatment For Crimes

Here's another story you won't see the news entertainment media covering over how state prosecutors are taking it easy on illegal immigrants who commit crimes! Why? Illegals are not being charged for serious crimes they commit so they won't get picked up by ICE and deported.

Democrat strongholds aka sanctuary cities are clearly committing these atrocities that only puts Americans safety in jeopardy, as Judicial Watch's President Tom Fitton explains. This is just one more reason the govt needs to cut federal funds but also crackdown on sanctuary cities and those enabling illegal aliens.

Liberals care more about illegal aliens than US citizens because they represent the future of the party. In CA their experiment has resulted in great success changing the states demographics which has led to one party rule. The same is taking place in AZ, which will most likely turn blue by 2020, with other states to follow.

Yes repubs have majority controlling the House, Senate and White House, but that will not stop democrats. They are now willfully violating federal immigration law with sanctuary cities and this practice of going easy on illegals. Even though Trump is President, illegals are still entering heading to these states and cities who will protect them... but won't protect you!

The only way this changes is for Attorney General Sessions to start arresting leaders, but don't hold your breath.

May Day is a day celebrated by socialists, communists for workers rights, but as time has passed since it's inception, commies have expanded it to apparently include and advocate for "immigrants" rights too! For the second time now Tucker Carlson has allowed a radical leftist, commie, come onto his show and conflate immigrants with illegal immigrants as one in the same. There is clearly a concerted effort by the left to push this narrative and normalize illegal/ undocumented immigrants as immigrants.

American do not have a problem with immigrant workers, we have a problem with illegal immigrants.. illegal aliens. We have a problem with illegal aliens because they are driving wages down, taking jobs away from Americans, draining the social entitlement system etc... you know the drill. Steven Choi is arguing to get illegals all the same rights as legal immigrants, again by conflating the two.

This nonsense and systematic destruction of America has to be stopped. Illegals do not have, nor are entitled to the rights Choi and all the commies marching today are advocating for.
