AOC Wants to Get Rid of Dept Homeland Security

The "Speaker" of the House Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said, in an interview with The New Yorker Radio, that she would eliminate Dept Homeland Security (DHS), because it controls ICE - which she and the new socialist party have already said they want abolished. The only way you get rid of ICE is to shutdown DHS!

“I think so. I think we need to undo a lot of the egregious, a lot of the egregious mistakes that the Bush administration did. I feel like we are, at a very, it’s a very qualified and supported position, at least in terms of evidence, and in terms of being able to make the argument that we never should of created DHS in the early 2000s."

Current immigration policies are her motivation to shut down ICE/ DHS. They keep the bad hombres out, or find those who are in the US, bringing them to justice if not deporting their miserable asses. But AOC, nor her party, wants to see that happen. They want illegals to freely enter the US, including the criminals, and have free reign to do whatever they hell they want. She couldn't careless about violations of Americans civil liberties under Patriot Act etc that are tethered to DHS. She hates that illegals are held accountable and people are screened coming into this country.

Forget all that, what this CHILD wants is an open border and lawlessness by whoever comes into this country. AOC, Omar, Tlaib, Pressley and the rest bowing down to them care more about illegals than US citizens. They don't care who gets hurt so long as the people the pander to are pampered!

Leftist Says Foreigners Should Be Allowed to VOTE in US Elections 📺

Leftist Cathy Areu had no problem appearing on national television telling the world she is all in favor of allowing non-citizens to vote in US elections.

There's no way to sugarcoat it Areu is insane. She epitomizes the thoughts, feelings and political agenda of the MAJORITY on the Left who are scared to say what she says. This woman is all for open borders, letting anyone and everyone vote in our elections that nooo foreign entity or enemy of the US would ever take advantage of and pervert... naaaaa, never.

This kind of talk should scare the hell out of people and motivate them to support conservative candidates for public office. You can't sit home during special or general elections, and like Pres Trump warned last month and again today complacency is not an option.

CA Defies Federal Immigration Laws, Appoints Illegal Alien to State Office 📺

The US Dept of Justice remains silent as the State of California continues to break one federal immigration law after another. Gov Brown, Lt Gov Newsom, State AG Becerra, Kevin De Leon* and countless CA leaders are fully engaged in acts of rebellion-insurrection and sedition by violating immigration laws.

The federal govt reserves the power to make law on issues of immigration and national security NOT the states. Yet CA has once again spat in the face of the DOJ, Pres Trump and the American people by appointing an illegal alien, attorney and illegal alien rights activist, Lizbeth Mateo, to the California Student Opportunity and Access Program Project Grant Advisory Committee. This appointment/ hiring of Mateo is a direct violation of 8 US Code § 1324a - Unlawful employment of aliens.

The US had a civil war over states rebelling against the govt. Will we have another is unlikely, BUT the President needs to set precedent by demanding his AG, Jeff Sessions, issue arrest warrants for leaders blatantly violating federal law, otherwise lawlessness by state leaders, obama set in motion, will be rampant in America.

Remember what starts in CA spreads like a virus to other states. Frankly, many Americans would not object to seeing the National Guard marched into Sacramento to restore law and order as they did in the South in the 1950's-60's.

And make no mistake about it, US citizens in California are in fact 3rd class citizens behind illegal aliens and radical, violent, unhinged Leftists, both more or less given free reign to do what they want.

Side note: We must set the record straight as many news outlets insist on identifying illegal aliens as "undocumented immigrants". There's no such thing, it's a myth created by progressives no different than those opposed to gun rights saying "assault weapon". Anyone using this term are being beyond deceptive as the it suggests one has some form of legal status to be in US but their papers are tied up in red tape, have been lost or the dog ate them! "Undocumented immigrants" is PC nonsense that should be called out and corrected immediately, these people are illegal aliens.

Acting ICE Director Tom Homan is calling out the rogue leaders of California, who are more or less harboring violent criminals, putting Americans in danger by violating federal immigration laws. Sanctuary cities are magnets for criminal illegal aliens who not only terrorize American citizens but also the immigrant community they hide in.

Homan reads a letter from Sheriffs, in both clips, who condemn the actions of Gov Brown and co, but one has to wonder what are they waiting for? Sheriffs and their deputies swore an oath to their community and this country, they have a duty to protect and arrest anyone putting the people in danger. They should arrest everyone from Mayor Schaaf to Jerry Brown if Jeff Sessions doesn't have the balls to do it!

How many more American Dreamers like Kate Steinle and Jamiel Shaw Jr have to die because of rogue, out of control democrats acting above the law? Homan stating 'people are going to die' isn't politicizing the situation or fearmongering, it's fact. People will die trying to enter here, and people will die as a result of the criminal illegal aliens who enter the US. Anyone who enables sanctuary cities from elected leaders to those who elected them have blood on their hands.

God forbid ICE agents or other immigration officials get assaulted or killed because of these illegal actions by Brown, DeLeon and their ilk, there will be hell to pay. Rosie O'Donnell Needs to Be Charged For Bribery

Rosie O'Donnell was engaged in clear acts of bribery, on Twitter to sitting US Senators with the goal of stopping the passing of tax reform, who should be charged for violating 18 US Code § 201.



Take note the law states, "Whoever—
(1) directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official or person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or promises any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any other person or entity, with intent—
(A) to influence any official act; or..."  That is exactly what O'Donnell was engaged in, by making a simple, very public offer for $2 million cash to vote against the tax reform bill!

The evidence and O'Donnell's intentions are clear and indisputable. There is no excuse, playing the "well she's a comedian" card will not fly.

If O'Donnell is not charged she will be another example proving the US is a Banana Republic, with 2 sets of rules; one for elites who live lawless lives, the other for we the peons who go to jail for doing what elites do.

The Justice Dept needs to act to regain the trust of the American people, but with Jeff Sessions at the helm you can be sure he will find a way out or even recuse himself. And that is the real problem. The lawlessness coming from elites, from DC to Hollywood, has to stop. If anyone of us were publicly offer bribes to elected officials we would be carted away in handcuffs. When elites offer bribes it's shrugged, if not laughed off.

 

Pirro Calls for DOJ and FBI to be Purged - Video

Couldn't agree more with Judge Pirro tonight that the DOJ and FBI need to be "cleansed". The information and people being exposed engaged in corruption and lawlessness is staggering. Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, Bruce Ohr, Jim Comey and Bob Mueller have put government, party and let's be honest Hillary Clinton ahead of Country.

But there is a problem in dealing with these people, these agents of the Deep State. That problem, Pirro does not even address, is the man all of these people report to, the head of the DOJ, Jeff Sessions. As long as Sessions is running the DOJ all of these silent coup conspirators will continue the corruption and lawlessness we're witnessing. The AG is not the "Mr Law and Order" we were led to believe. He is completely incompetent and impotent at this point everyday he remains silent over the injustice... outright witch hunt playing out against the President of the United States. "He recused himself".. SO WHAT! His recusal is not.. NOT legally binding. With the way things are playing out he should say to hell with it, full criminal investigation are being launched into all of these people. if at the least for obstruction of justice in the Clinton email investigation.

Someone must have a heart to heart with Pres Trump explaining everything to him where he calls Sessions in to take action or resign immediately. This witch hunt, this coup is unprecedented and must be stopped with a complete purge of the DOJ/ FBI. As Pirro argues they all need to be put in handcuffs for what they are doing, and frankly it's amazing Trump has been this tame over what they're doing to him, his staff and family. If we can't trust these people this country is just about lost.

It's just about time for pitchforks and torches America.

The House of Representatives successfully voted in favor of the Sanctuary Cities and Kate's Law bills today. These bills if passed in the Senate and become law will add another line of defense against illegal immigration, but unfortunately we had several Republicans who dissented.

How anyone could vote against these laws is baffling because it means they are in fact enabling lawlessness in America. While we expect this from the democrats, but it's inexcusable from Republicans many of which campaign about stopping illegal immigration and sanctuary cities.

AG Sessions Announces Crackdown on Sanctuary Cities

Attorney General Sessions held a presser announcing the lawlessness with sanctuary cities must end. While the new AG should be applauded for taking this stand, the problem will not end through idle threats. Federal funds MUST be cut off immediately, not a month 2,3 or 6 from now. More importantly a strong precedent must be set. Make no mistake about it, governors, mayors, elected leaders and law enforcement officials who endorse/ support/ create sanctuary cities are in fact breaking federal laws.

The DOJ must deploy US Marshall's to ARREST governors, mayors, elected leaders and law enforcement officials who ignore the law. (No democrats, leftists, and illegal alien supporters, those arrested are not martyrs, they are criminals!) The only way other cities/states will get the message this lawlessness is over is to literally start locking people up.

If the AG is not prepared to start arresting people like Jerry Brown, San Francisco's mayor, city council and police chief, and others like them across the country then he should consider resigning.

Sen Sessions: Obama Rushing Executive Amnesty Through Before Anything Can Be Done To Stop It
