  Ted Cruz was given an opportunity to explain his attack on Americans, who were attending the J6 protest, for calling them terrorists during a Senate hearing on Tucker Carlson's show. The TX Senator claimed what he did was "sloppy and dumb," and that he was talking about those who engaged in violence and destroyed property, but Carlson wasn't having any of it and neither were viewers.
Cruz is not dumb, he's quite intelligent, if this explanation... excuse he attempted to give Carlson was true then why didn't he immediately correct or clarify himself during the hearing!? Exactly!

The guy F'd up badly and tonights performance only made things worse. Cruz is trying to dig himself out of quicksand.
The Learning lesson here is we need to stop putting certain politicians on a pedestal hold them accountable because the truth is the majority of them are an incredible disappointment. Also should point out many came to power from the TEA Party movement, and they all have gone past their shelf life as Dana Loesch pointed out on her show. Lin Wood Responds to Rỉttẹnhousẹ Claims in Tucker Interview

Tucker Carlson had an exclusive interview with Kylẹ Rỉttẹnhousẹ discussing the events in Kenosha in 2020 that would change his life, the trial and about his attorneys who represented him in the beginning, Lin Wood and John Pierce.
Rỉttẹnhousẹ had choice words for the two saying Wood and Pierce kept him in jail while raising $1M for his defense. He said they left him in jail for 87 days, he had no running water in his cell, they had him do interviews and Pierce told him he was in an “unorganized militia.”

Wood responded after being contacted by a "reporter" from the Daily Beast that Rỉttẹnhousẹ had seperate attorneys for criminal defense (Pierce and Richards), that he did not represent Rỉttẹnhousẹ in criminal matters. He explained what happened with the money that it was used for videos, attorneys, investigators etc. Wood also stated the family spokesman, David Hancock is a disgraced Navy SEAL, a CIA Asset with a Deep State agenda, and Kyle 'is being fed misinformation,' 'manipulated and used'!

Toady Sidney responded, to Carlson's tantrum, on Maria Bartiromo's Fox Business show... 'No, I didn’t get angry with the request to provide evidence. In fact, I sent an affidavit to Tucker that I had not even attached to a pleading yet to help him understand the situation, and I offered him another witness who could explain the mathematics and the statistical evidence far better than I can. I’m not really a numbers person. But he was very insulting, demanding, and rude, and I told him not to contact me again, in those terms.' Powell knows she cannot trust anyone with the information she has after the fight she was in to prove Gen Flynn's innocence. She KNOWS there are snakes everywhere in the media and govt, she... NO attorney is going to show their cards to a media hack before they get in court. It's absurd for Carlson to think he's entitled to this info before anyone else which would clearly compromise the case. It would more or less tip off whomever is behind the fraud what they have to bury or if they need to disappear. Carlson issued an empty apology Fri night, which sounded more like he was calling her bluff, "since she didn't give me what I want, I hope she's right otherwise I'll burn you when this is all over."   Carlson is doing what many on Fox have been doing, attacking the attorneys while ignoring the crime. If what she has is true, it will rock this country to its foundation - potentially triggering armed conflict! This is serious people, bigger than many actually realize, so the last thing this woman should do is reveal evidence to the untrusting media.

Tucker Mocks Shep Smith as Joe diGenova WRECKS Judge Nap

It's safe to assume the nighttime hosts on Fox are not fond of the daytime progressive host. A while back Shep Smith trashed the nighttime lineup, acting high mighty while he seeks out guests, like Judge Napolitano, who will tell him what he wants to hear.

On 9/24 Judge Nap gave his BIASED opinion during Smith's 3pm show that was questioned later that night by Tucker Carlson who had Joe 'Luca Brasi' diGenova on for clarification. As you'll see in the clip that breaks it all down Joe had choice words for Judge Nap. The following day 9/25 Smith had a segment dedicated to defending Judge Nap while condemning the treatment he received the previous night from Carlson and diGenova. Smith even ran through a list of legal experts who agree with Napolitano's analysis that Tucker felt compelled to address, inviting Joe back on to respond and it went as you would expect...

For the record Smith has NEVER had any legal expert on to give him alternative opinion than what he wants to hear. He always has Judge Napolitano on, who has a chip on his shoulder always critical of Pres Trump, ever since he didn't get the judicial appointment (supposedly to SCOTUS). You will never see Joe diGenova, his wife Victoria Toensing or even Mark Levin as a legal guest for the 3pm hour. Smith is as biased to the Left as they come. He is supposed to be doing a news show, yet he does opinion, like the opinions of the nighttime lineup he trashed! If you're wondering why Fox's news coverage has changed, where even POTUS has pointed it out, it's because of Smith!

Joe diGenova has a resume that is superior to Judge Napolitano's. "But Napolitano was a Judge!" Yep, but he never held any of the other positions diGenova held, and lets be brutally honest, judges are glorified attorneys.

Frankly Carlson and diGenova went east on both, especially Judge Nap who has been wrong one analysis after another, his track record in the age of Trump is atrocious! Environmentalist: Green New Deal Renewables CAN'T Save the Planet

Sandy Cortez is not the first person to come up with a green new deal proposal, to run the planet off of renewable energy. Michael Shellenberger, founder and president of Environmental Progress, appeared on Tucker Carlson Tonight explaining he was one of the original founders of a green new deal proposal between 2003-07 and was involved with the obama regime when they were making their green energy push.

The difference between Shellenberger and Cortez is he identified and accepts that solar and wind technology are unreliable as well as "the low energy density of sunlight and wind. And basically what we have been finding is that the lower the energy density of the fuel, in this case sunlight and wind, the bigger the environmental impact. You just have to use a lot more natural resources including land to generate very much electricity."

In other words the amount of wind and light is not enough to produce the necessary energy we need to get off of fossil fuels.

Solar panels and windmills would have to be everywhere destroying the very planet kooks like Sandy Cortez and her ilk want to protect with her Green New Deal proposal. Just a few years ago billionaire T Boone Pickens was all on-board with developing massive wind farms but dropped it over similar reasons of ecological impact and the energy needed would not be produced! It's a nice idea but it doesn't work, and Cortez's plan, let's be honest, will get people killed!

Shellenberger, is left but he's at least reasonable, grounded in a world of reality. Cortez on the other-hand lives on a different plane of existence, promising prosperity via a pot of gold or and a place the Easter Bunny could live in. This is what makes people like her dangerous because they base their opinions on feelings vs facts. Nuclear is far more safer, meeting our energy needs. Sandy doesn't care about that she knows her GND opens the door for wealth redistribution and complete control over the people.

Univision Anchor Claims US is Hostile Towards Invading Migrant Caravan 📺

Jorge Ramos battled Tucker Carlson defending the migrant caravan, which is really an invasion, going so far as to suggest the US is hostile toward the "refugees". One thing must be made clear these migrants are not refugees. The Left is using the same narrative that these people are escaping gang violence, poverty poor living conditions. The US has violence (gang, mass shootings, terrorism etc) communities deeply impoverished (Detroit, Chicago, Camden NJ etc) and plenty of Americans living in poor conditions - in other words there's no difference.  Also as Leftists like Ramos argue the "migrants" are escaping gang violence,  it should be noted the very gangs (MS-13) they're escaping from have already invaded the US!

Denying entry is not being hostile. Denying asylum to people trying to work the system is not hostile. Deporting people who enter illegally is not hostile. Ramos' demonization is typical talking point by the open border crowd to shame the US, but it won't work.

The US border should be sealed. No one should be permitted to enter unless they are in line to legally enter based on a merit system. The only refugees who should be granted asylum are the Christians who are being slaughtered in the middle east, or other groups who are literally being wiped out.

Attorney and ILLEGAL ALIEN Cesar Vargas was brought on to defend this action and as you expected the segment came off the rails.

Libby Schaaf is breaking federal law, two right off the top regardless of how she is trying to work the system to avoid getting arrested.

As an officer of city she is violating 8 US Code § 1327 Aiding or assisting certain aliens to enter and 8 US Code § 1324 Bringing Harboring Illegal Aliens and potentially an act of Rebellion or insurrection under 18 US Code § 2383. But in typical fashion Vargas didn't see a problem with it opening the segment stating, "What's the problem? Do we have a problem that a local city is protecting it's residents? A local city is pushing against the overbearing power of the federal government?" Whats the problem? As an officer of the court he knows what is wrong and frankly it's quite dangerous for an attorney to be this dismissive of federal immigration law! POTUS in fact has the power and authority to do everything Vargas claims he cannot do. Vargas then had the balls to tell Tucker Carlson, States can create their own rights, even when in direct violation of federal law!  This is what the Left does, they are creating this new dismissive breed of attorneys who are educated on case law NOT the Constitution, many who are proudly proclaiming they're illegal aliens!

First she attempts to dictate to Carlson how to conduct his show. She continues to dodge his questions and filibuster. Then she has the audacity to declare This plan [WH immigration proposal], what it does, is create a second-class citizen because it says that the Dreamers can become citizens themselves but they cannot sponsor their parents, they cannot sponsor their siblings." What arrogance to say "make me a citizen so I can then bring my parents, siblings and hell why not cousins, aunts, uncles and grandparents in!" Chain migration has to end, in cases like this. Arce admits she came to the US on a student visa that expired, but she at least took the initiative applied for and gained citizenship. She was an illegal alien, just because she became a citizen shouldn't open the door to her whole family. For all we know the family planned this out! At this point Jeff Sessions is complicit, he is allowing this to happen. Pres Trump must fire Sessions and surround himself with people like diGenova who isn't afraid to call it as he sees it, going so far as to say, "James Comey sold his soul to the Devil"! Trump NEEDS a wartime consigliare, who will go after Comey, McCabe, Strzok, Mueller etc AND Hillary Clinton. And don't think for one second the Clinton's and obama are in the dark about any of this. While I have no proof, the two of them have plenty of motives to do anything they can to get Trump out of office.

Pres Trump needs to tell Jeff Session to take control, start firing people while launching investigations into Mueller, McCabe, Weissmann and Comey. If not, Sessions should resign or be fired immediately, he is a complete and utter failure as Atty General.

The President has no protection right now with so many, on both sides, going after him. Honestly, until Sessions takes action or is fired there's not much Trump can do. Congress really has no legal authority. They can hold hearings and investigations, BUT the way that normally works when they're done they then make recommendations to the DOJ to actually go after people! The DOJ is obviously ineffective, leaving the President of the United States in limbo. These are truly treacherous, unprecedented times.

Remember, the attacks on him are attacks on every single American who voted for him. What do we do? Honestly I don't know, something like this really hasn't ever happened before. One thing is clear though, the time is coming for the American people to stand up against this massive machine that is insanely drunk with power. With regards to Magana's profuse use of "undocumented immigrant", it is beyond insulting for any law-abiding citizen to hear. When radical Leftists use this ID, undocumented immigrant, what they are doing is creating a false belief to the uninformed voting class that illegal aliens in the US are here "legally", where their papers are tied up in red tape, lost/ destroyed or the dog ate them. In reality these "undocumented immigrants", or even worse "asylum seekers" are properly identified as ILLEGAL ALIENS. Democrats will never stop their push to get as many illegals in the country because they know changing the voting demographics works. They pulled it off in California, with states like Arizona, N Carolina etc to follow.
