It's safe to assume the nighttime hosts on Fox are not fond of the daytime progressive host. A while back Shep Smith trashed the nighttime lineup, acting high mighty while he seeks out guests, like Judge Napolitano, who will tell him what he wants to hear.

On 9/24 Judge Nap gave his BIASED opinion during Smith's 3pm show that was questioned later that night by Tucker Carlson who had Joe 'Luca Brasi' diGenova on for clarification. As you'll see in the clip that breaks it all down Joe had choice words for Judge Nap. The following day 9/25 Smith had a segment dedicated to defending Judge Nap while condemning the treatment he received the previous night from Carlson and diGenova. Smith even ran through a list of legal experts who agree with Napolitano's analysis that Tucker felt compelled to address, inviting Joe back on to respond and it went as you would expect...

For the record Smith has NEVER had any legal expert on to give him alternative opinion than what he wants to hear. He always has Judge Napolitano on, who has a chip on his shoulder always critical of Pres Trump, ever since he didn't get the judicial appointment (supposedly to SCOTUS). You will never see Joe diGenova, his wife Victoria Toensing or even Mark Levin as a legal guest for the 3pm hour. Smith is as biased to the Left as they come. Fmr US Attorney: IG Found All Four FISA Warrants Were Illegal

Fmr US Attorney Joe diGenova told WMAL, in his weekly radio call-in, that the "Inspector General has found that all four FISA warrants were illegal..." Which means Jim Comey, Rod Rosenstein and the others lied or were incredibly incompetent to not verify these warrants before signing off to spy on the Trump admin. But let's be honest they knew what they were doing because they wanted to 'get Trump'.

"...they were based on false information supplied to the FISA Court. Michael Horowitz has concluded that all four FISA warrants were illegal from the get-go."

AG Barr appointed US Atty John Durham to investigate the Deep State actors who engaged in this clear attempt of a soft coup.

For those who are not keeping close score, all you need to know is everything Trump has been accused of the DNC, Hillary Clinton, Clapper, Comey, Brennan and other Deep State actors along with special interests groups, with the help of the media, actually did! Fmr US Prosecutor Joe diGenova and his wife Victoria Toensing appeared on The Hill TV, with Buck Sexton and Krystal Ball, to discuss what else the Mueller Report. Ball pushed whether or not a sitting President can be indicted questioning AG Bill Barr integrity suggesting he was lying between what was said in the Mueller DOSSIER vs what was said in his press conference. That was enough for diGenova who proceeded to rip into Ball for more or less calling Barr, someone he has known for over 30 years, a liar. Take note during the exchange she does what every progressive does, sits there with a big smile and then denying what we all heard.

This is what the radical left does, they take peoples words out of context, or leave things out, to in fact create a lie to be told over and over again until it becomes "true" on ANYTHING. Comey is, as diGenova describes, a cult of personality among himself, with some kind of self righteousness running through him that he can do no wrong.

After today's testimony, where Comey exonerated Clinton aide, Huma Abedin, under the same nonsense he did for Clinton that there was no criminal intent handing onto 6,000 emails that she then forwarded to her pervert (ex)husband (Anthony Weiner), Pres Trump should fire Comey!
