Rosenstein Folded Like a Wet Paper Bag at Senate Judiciary Hearing

Fmr Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein was grilled today in the Senate Judiciary Cmte where he more or less admitted he was rubber-stamping whatever was put in front of him by obama/clinton loyalists. Everything you have been hearing about the President being spied on and set-up was confirmed today.

First and foremost Rosenstein admits if he knew then what he knows now he wouldn't have signed off on the applications, including the withholding of exculpatory evidence, and that the Steele Dossier was trash. Everything revealed in the Horowitz report was the basis the Deep State used to go after the Trump campaign but there was no actual evidence, yet the Deep State carried on with this guy signing off on their soft coup!

This guy, like Clapper, knows he's in trouble so he'll roll on his own, especially Comey where he says he didn't rubber-stamp the FBI FISA applications, but he signed off on them...

Rosenstein splitting hairs on "candor" and "lying" when it comes to McCabe.

Constitutional scholar Jonathan Turley's analysis of Rosenstein's testimony shows how much of a tool he was for the Deep State:

Rosenstein insists that the information in appointing Mueller was based on that incomplete information at the time. He admitted that by August 2017 when he signed off on the Mueller investigation there was no evidence at all of collusion with the Russians.

Grassley just said Rosenstein misled him and the public on the Flynn case. Rosenstein insisted that he did not know about the exculpatory evidence on Flynn and "that was news to me." Rosenstein also said that he supports Durham investigating the dossier matter.

It's abundantly clear regardless of his testimony that Rosenstein was in fact a rubber-stamp to go after Trump and all the others who were spied on. He says he's accountable, blames the process and can't name who to hold responsible. You see that's a hydra.. there are so many heads to this beast you can't find one to cutoff to stop it. So what are we supposed to do? All the tension in this country, everyone is at each others throat and we have govt officials running rogue at this point. You still think the US isn't a banana republic?

One can only hope Pres Trump starts declassifying everything and naming names, BURN IT ALL DOWN if need be at this point.

Bartiromo Calls Sen Graham Out For Doing Nothing After Vowing to Hold Deep State Hearings

Sen Lindsey Graham promised well over a year ago, when he became the Senate Judiciary Cmte Chairman, that he would hold hearings to get to the bottom of the Russian investigation hoax, which was really a coup d'état against Pres Trump. Maria Bartiromo called him out on his promise that to this day Graham has done absolutely nothing, not one hearing after everything we've learned about the FISA abuses, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Andy McCabe, the dems and Hillary PAYING for the Steele Dossier (which was nothing but Russian disinformation to trigger Russia Russia Russia), and Gen Flynn being set up.

And what was Lindsey's excuse? I'm not going to interfere with an ongoing investigation period.

None of that seemed to bother the democrats with their hearings, that became a weekly/monthly event while the FBI and Mueller were doing their thing. As a matter of fact Andy McCabe, a star member of the Deep State, for example LIED during a hearing but it had no affect on the ongoing investigation against Trump.

Why not bring Deep State coup conspirators in to testify, they might open the door to more criminal activity? Because Graham has no interest in bringing justice to this country and President Trump. Remember DC is one big happy family, these guys bash each other on the clock but hang out after hours they're all friends who put on a show for all of us.

If Graham was serious he would have held hearings by now. Watch you'll see after Gen Flynn is exonerated he'll come up with another excuse, probably over the sure to come multiple civil lawsuits the General will fileksing the same excuse.

John McCain may be dead, but he still has his claws in Graham who for a short period of time was showing a spine.

US Atty Durham & AG Barr Issue Statements On IG Report Conclusions

US Atty John Durham and Atty Gen Bill Barr were quick to issue statements in response to Michael Horowitz's long awaited IG report on FISA abuses.

Barr had already been "on record" a week ago that he disagreed with the reports conclusions. The AG makes it clear there was clear an unjustifiable intrusion launched against Trump and that "...the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects a clear abuse of the FISA process."

Statement by Attorney General William P. Barr on the Inspector General's Report of the Review of Four FISA Applications and Other Aspects of the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane Investigation

Attorney General William P. Barr issued the following statement:

"Nothing is more important than the credibility and integrity of the FBI and the Department of Justice. That is why we must hold our investigators and prosecutors to the highest ethical and professional standards. The Inspector General’s investigation has provided critical transparency and accountability, and his work is a credit to the Department of Justice. I would like to thank the Inspector General and his team.

The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken. It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory. Nevertheless, the investigation and surveillance was pushed forward for the duration of the campaign and deep into President Trump’s administration. In the rush to obtain and maintain FISA surveillance of Trump campaign associates, FBI officials misled the FISA court, omitted critical exculpatory facts from their filings, and suppressed or ignored information negating the reliability of their principal source. The Inspector General found the explanations given for these actions unsatisfactory. While most of the misconduct identified by the Inspector General was committed in 2016 and 2017 by a small group of now-former FBI officials, the malfeasance and misfeasance detailed in the Inspector General’s report reflects a clear abuse of the FISA process.

FISA is an essential tool for the protection of the safety of the American people. The Department of Justice and the FBI are committed to taking whatever steps are necessary to rectify the abuses that occurred and to ensure the integrity of the FISA process going forward.

No one is more dismayed about the handling of these FISA applications than Director Wray. I have full confidence in Director Wray and his team at the FBI, as well as the thousands of dedicated line agents who work tirelessly to protect our country. I thank the Director for the comprehensive set of proposed reforms he is announcing today, and I look forward to working with him to implement these and any other appropriate measures.

With respect to DOJ personnel discussed in the report, the Department will follow all appropriate processes and procedures, including as to any potential disciplinary action.""

Durhams response was more of a surprise as it's not general practice for one investigation/ investigator to weigh in on another. We saw this with the Mueller investigation after false statements were made that a response had to be issued to set things straight. Durham wanted to make it clear there is a lot more going on and it should be noted the IG's scope was narrow not to mention not having the power to convene a grand jury, nor prosecute.

“I have the utmost respect for the mission of the Office of Inspector General and the comprehensive work that went into the report prepared by Mr. Horowitz and his staff. However, our investigation is not limited to developing information from within component parts of the Justice Department. Our investigation has included developing information from other persons and entities, both in the U.S. and outside of the U.S. Based on the evidence collected to date, and while our investigation is ongoing, last month we advised the Inspector General that we do not agree with some of the report’s conclusions as to predication and how the FBI case was opened.”


Those taking a victory lap on the Left might want to wait before they again make fools of themselves.

That said both Barr and Durham need to speed things up as time is not on their side. We cannot have them delivering their findings in the summer or even as an October Surprise. Voters won't care and more importantly those engaged in criminal activity could get away should by some freak act of nature Trump loses in 2020. While it's unlikely we must assume the slightest chance Trump could lose, if that happens all these investigations will be squashed under a new democrat admin and the guilty will be cut loose. Now do you see why time matters?!

Barr and Durham need to start naming names, indicting those engaged in the coup d'état, holding hearings/ trials soon by the Spring, with the big fish going down by the Summer! You do not want to be going into the Fall with nothing happening the dems will use it as a big told you so.

Joe diGenova drops BOMBSHELL: Deputy AG Rosenstein Under Investigation (Video)

Fmr US Atty Joe diGenova dropped a bombshell on Hannity, saying Deputy Attorney Gen Rod Rosenstein is under investigation "for things that involve the FISA warrants". One can only imagine what that may be, but it's safe to say the FISA's that were obtained to go after Trump and his people were clearly done so using questionable means like that Sarah Carter opened the segment with!

As argued here many times Rosenstein has all the motive in the world to help Mueller since the two have been implemented with the Uranium One scandal by Rep Gohmert:

The upper echelon of the DOJ is as corrupt as it comes. What you're hearing is more evidence of an outright soft coup taking place against President Trump. It is as Joe says, "so dangerous to the country that this could be going on,... What you are reading in the New York Times editorial is subversion that someone thinks that they can thwart an election." There are individuals, no doubt obama/ clinton loyalists working within the Trump admin actively engaged in subversion, sedition and let's throw rebellion in too! If this isn't a soft coup then what is?

For those who remain complacent, blowing off primary elections, doubting they'll vote in the midterms, do you now understand why you cannot think this way. The democrats, Leftists, loyalists are banking on you sitting home. All their eggs are going into this election to put the dems in majority power in both houses so they can impeach Trump. It cannot be allowed, YOU MUST VOTE THIS ELECTION and get as many people as possible to vote GOP sending POTUS reinforcements he needs otherwise this country will be torn apart when dems regain power. They must be stopped they must face an electoral extermination, anything less is unacceptable.

Trump is doing what he promised, it will all be left if YOU drop the ball that's in your court this November.
