Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is the key player in the silent coup against Pres Trump at the Justice Dept who has been able to skate through without being held accountable. From FISA abuses to Mueller's illegal appointment (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed and launch and investigation) to never appearing before Congress to explain himself. All roads of the coup lead back to Rosenstein, he was the one who convinced for AG Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything, literally his entire job, while he worked with Deep State operatives to remove Trump from office.

This criminal must be brought up by the Congress of the US for impeachment."

Jeff Session's has tendered his resignation as Attorney General at Pres Trump's request! This is good news for the administration and American's as Sessions has sat idly by while crimes continued to be committed by Deep State actors, laws broken, and unindicted felons remain free and clear due to his clear incompetence.
Sessions is by far the biggest disappointment to come out of Trump's presidency. He should have never accepted the position knowing he would recuse himself from the democrat cooked up Russian conspiracy, where he ceded his power as AG to Rod Rosenstein, who is knee-deep in the Uranium One scandal, among others. The question we need to ask is will Rosenstein be ousted now that Sessions is out? Will Mueller investigation witch hunt finally come under control and completed seeing that nothing has really come of it except wasting taxpayers dollars and trashing POTUS?
Who will replace Sessions? POTUS should NOT select a sitting member of the House or the Senate. We saw how badly that turned out with Sessions becoming AG, where we not only got a LOUSY AG, but his Senate seat was lost to the democrats. Trump cannot afford this to happen again, he must select someone on the outside.

Fmr US Atty Joe diGenova dropped a bombshell on Hannity, saying Deputy Attorney Gen Rod Rosenstein is under investigation "for things that involve the FISA warrants". One can only imagine what that may be, but it's safe to say the FISA's that were obtained to go after Trump and his people were clearly done so using questionable means like that Sarah Carter opened the segment with!
The upper echelon of the DOJ is as corrupt as it comes. What you're hearing is more evidence of an outright soft coup taking place against President Trump. Is calling Atty General Jeff Sessions 'worthless' harsh? NO. Sessions is MIA, afraid to speak publicly because of what the BULLIES of the Left (will deal with them soon in another post) will say and do because "he recused himself, he can't get involved", as if recusal is some type of oath sworn in blood. When one recuses themselves it's nothing more than a promise, an act of goodwill, giving your word you won't get involved in something because of your past interests or involvement. Sessions did nothing wrong when he met with the Russians acting within his capacity of a US Senator, and it was something arranged at the time by the obama regime. During the 2016 campaign he was at function where the Russians were attending too, but there was no formal meeting, nothing behind closed doors. Yet, regardless of all of this and any other conspiracy the Left concocts Rosenstein convinced the new AG in 2017 he should recuse himself and ever since then it's been, to a degree, chaos.
If Jeff Sessions was the fire breather, the man of Law and Order he portrayed himself to be (featured and praised many times on this very site) he should have taken action regardless of this recusal. At the least he should have answered multiple requests by Congressmen to appoint a second special investigator, yet nothing.
If he was the man we thought he was he should have come to the cameras by now saying he did give his word to recuse himself but circumstances have changed, there is far too much deception within the upper echelon of the DOJ/ FBI. He should've said he was deceived by his own people and because of that he is firing X, Y and Z. Tingles is quite excited over the prospect the Pres may speak with special counsel Mueller with the hopes he will get tripped up and say something incriminating. During his Trump Watch segment Tingles suggested two issues POTUS will have to explain himself over waiting to fire Mike Flynn and his asking Comey to go easy on Flynn.....
- The alleged delay in firing Flynn is not an impeachable offense.. its not any offense really. When the truth was out that Flynn lied to VP Pence he was cut loose.
- The second allegation POTUS asked fmr FBI Dir Comey to go easy on Flynn is not impeachable offense, nor obstruction of justice. If anything it was a clear hint of "we know the guy was in the wrong, but look he served this country well, don't crucify him over something so stupid". Stupid because Flynn acted well within his role to contact foreign dignitaries, his failure was lying to the FBI about it! This is why you don't talk to the FBI kids; they got Flynn and Martha Stewart this way!

Obama's former Atty General Eric Holder took to Twitter to defend Robert Mueller's biased witch hunt against Pres Trump. Many in the GOP are calling for Mueller to resign as special counsel or be fired following Rod Rosenstein's testimony and the revelations over the anti-Trump investigators on his team.
Holder believing he is speaking for "the vast majority of the American people" threatened those calling for Mueller to go will not be tolerated. He then claimed all the attacks on Mueller are BS and politically driven!
Keep in mind this is the same guy who was found in contempt of Congress. The same guy who ran guns to Mexico, ending up in the hands of the drug cartels who have killed people including a US Border Agent to subvert and undermine the Second Amendment! That same guy is now threatening US Congressmen!
Frankly, IMO the GOP should call Holder's bluff and take action against Mueller. What's he going to do file a lawsuit?
