What we have known since it's inception over 2 years ago is officially over (at least for those who are sane). Atty Gen Bill Barr held a presser prior to the release of the Mueller Report to make it clear there was no collusion (not a crime) by Pres Trump, his admin or ANY American. So certain individuals claims of having evidence of collusion are outright lies, and everything you've heard from the democrat party controlled media is the equivalent of fiction.
There was NO actionable evidence of obstruction by the President either. Just because one fires someone (Comey's firing was perfectly legal) or speaks to those within their circle in private their frustration and desire to stop this nonsense is not grounds for obstruction. The alleged 10 instances of obstruction, are just that - alleged, nothing actionable, BUT that will not stop the Left from going after Trump.
What Barr did confirm was the Russians attempt to subvert and divide this nation, and based on the Left's reaction they have been successful. To the very second you're reading this the conspiracy theories and denial remains, so much so House Judiciary Chair Jerry Nadler is summoning Mueller to testify before Congress to explain himself. Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein is the key player in the silent coup against Pres Trump at the Justice Dept who has been able to skate through without being held accountable. From FISA abuses to Mueller's illegal appointment (a crime must be committed for Special Counsel to be appointed and launch and investigation) to never appearing before Congress to explain himself. All roads of the coup lead back to Rosenstein, he was the one who convinced for AG Sessions to recuse himself from just about everything, literally his entire job, while he worked with Deep State operatives to remove Trump from office.

Under the Vacancies Act the President is permitted to appoint an officer to an Executive Branch position on a temporary basis holding said position for no more than 90 days WITHOUT Senate confirmation.
This FACT needs to be made clear so people can understand why ACTING Atty Gen Matt Whitaker chooses to answer the questions from Sheila Jackson Lee. If she had a sliver of a clue she would not be asking him question demanding a "Yes or No" answer, in the spirit of Sen Kamala Harris, with the hopes of entrapping him.

Who will replace Sessions? POTUS should NOT select a sitting member of the House or the Senate. Wow Judge Pirro went ballistic on Atty General Jeff Sessions, expressing the anger many Americans feel towards the AG over how he is doing nothing while the President is being treated like a criminal for doing his job.
Many of Pirro's critics will whine that she is just shilling for Trump, but she lays out a damning case over Sessions' incompetence ever since taking office under false pretenses. There was no reason for him to recuse himself and he should have let POTUS know before accepting the job. After all we've learned to date he should reverse as there was no reason for him to "stay out of it", other than shutting it! If you have been following everything the has been going on or even half, you know Jeff Sessions has turned out to be the biggest disappointment of all of Pres Trump's Cabinet appointments. He should've said he was deceived by his own people and because of that he is firing X, Y and Z. The Attorney General is the key player in something this massive but our AG is MIA! Every day something new hits the wire about this scandal people are asking "Where's Jeff Sessions"?
No one knows but one this is clear, because he neutralized himself listening to one of the conspirators, has got to go! Jeff Sessions is a WORTHLESS AG who should resign or be fired ASAP.
Lastly, and for the record, yours truly WARNED about Sessions, as well as other Congressional leaders being plucked away, for a Cabinet position. What did we get? An AG who is WORTHLESS, his Senate seat, held by GOP for decades, has been lost to a radical democrat and soft coup launched against the sitting POTUS! Jeff has to go.
Jim Jordan justifiably grilled Attorney General Jeff Sessions at the House Judiciary hearing over why there hasn't been any action from the DOJ with regards to Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation and the highly questionable actions of the Clinton campaign funding the anti-Trump dossier. Sessions suggested there has to be sufficient evidence, "factual basis", to appoint a special counsel where Jordan then fired back making the case as clear as day an investigation from the DOJ or special counsel is warranted.
There is something going on we are not privy to for Sessions to do a 180° from being the guy who use to bring the thunder down but now is guarded, not pro-active even appears to cower to dems.
The Clinton campaign has potentially violated election law, colluded with the Russians that equated to actual monetary payoffs in an attempt to steal the election, Clinton and her husband have jeopardized national security from the email scandal to dealing with the Russians selling off uranium rights. This isn't a right or left issue, or one defending their "team". The Clinton's have only 1 team and that is themselves, dems should realize that, and understand they too were screwed over!
Sessions better have an investigation going on the Clinton's or should resign.
It is time for Jeff Sessions to resign, or be fired, when Pres Trump gets back to the US. The Senator who had us all believing he was "Mr Law and Order" for years has turned out to be one of the biggest disappoints, if not failures. For the record, yours truly was and remains the only one who warned about current Congress members being appointed to cabinet positions, asking "Who will replace _?". Not only did we lose a decent Senator, we now have an ineffective/ impotent AG, AND to make matters worse his Senate seat appears to be on its way to being taken over by the democrats because of the Roy Moore fiasco.
Judge Napolitano is correct, there is no reason for Sessions to appoint a new special counsel, or appoint others on any other issues, he needs to do the job he was hired to do and stop cowering the bullies in the democrat party. His predecessors (Lynch & Holder) didn't recuse themselves from every single scandal we saw in the obama regime, yet Sessions takes a step back on almost anything even remotely tied to Russia, Russia, Russia.
Jeff Sessions fooled us he would run the DOJ by the letter of the law, to bring justice to the land. He fooled us in the same way the GOP fooled us they would repeal obamacare. Everyday he remains AG, he does more damage to the Trump admin through non-action. Sessions has done nothing about clear violations of federal laws.
- Hillary Clinton should be under full criminal investigation for violating federal laws with regards to her emails, Uranium One and then some.
- Comey, Mueller, Rosenstein and several other lackey's should be under federal investigation for the roles they've played in Uranium One, and the email scandal.
- CA Gov Brown, and many other sanctuary city/ state leaders should have been arrested for outright violating federal immigration laws aiding and abetting illegal aliens.
Fmr Congressman Jason Chaffetz dropped a bomb on Justice With Judge Jeanine when he was asked why there were no prosecutions from any of the major scandals during the obama admin.
Chaffetz told Pirro, "I could tell you that while I was in Congress and the Chairman of the Oversight Committee I did go over and visit with Attorney General Sessions and it was one of the most frustrating discussions I had! Because whether it was the IRS, Fast and Furious, the email scandal, that we went through, I did not see the Attorney General willing to just let Lady Justice administer justice."
As Pirro is clearly taken aback and agitated to hear what his answer, she asked again where Chaffetz went more into detail demonstrating the AG has no interest in pursuing "any major cases" from the obama admin.
Pirro: "Did he [Sessions] say is presenting anything to a grand jury, yes or no?"
Chaffetz: "No, he basically let me know that he wasn't going to pursue on the major cases."
Jeff Sessions was a great Senator, but he has no intention of paneling a grand jury on any of the major scandals we've witnessed over the last 8 years. Sessions lack of taking action to this day on many issues has made it abundantly clear he is an ineffective AG.
It is time for President Trump to cut Jeff Sessions loose. He is not the man who would uphold law and order as we believed. Sessions has fooled us just as the GOP fooled us all for years that they wanted to repeal obamacare, move on immigration and other issues.
Pres Trump needs to purge his admin of almost everyone at this point who came from the swamp. He is an outsider he needs to find solid, stable outsiders like himself, with some integrity to run this govt because we cannot trust any of these people. We just saw the nonsense with Tom Price, and now this bombshell about Sessions.
The democrats have such contempt for Pres Trump they continued to push the Trump-Russia narrative even though it has been proven a lie. These people are so desperate they ignore other issues Sen Tom Cotton gladly pointed out as he destroyed them during the Sessions Hearing.
Nothing is getting done with regards to healthcare, tax reform, job creation, border security and national defense because all of DC's time is being spent on these lies of collusion and obstruction. It's infuriating how dems blasted the GOP wasting time and money for running hearings and investigations into outright obama admin corruption but demand the same for this lie they've cooked up.
Make no mistake about it the democrat party is a modern day Confederacy, they are actively engaged in a coup against Pres Trump.
Tucker Carlson did a good job taking down liberal immigration attorney Patrick Young, but he dropped ball. Like a typical liberal, Young was conflating illegal immigrants with immigrants as he pathetically tried to justify his opposition to the tactics Atty Gen Sessions is using to stop MS-13. The left has been actively normalizing the two as one in the same in their never-ending quest to "legalize" illegal aliens. The left routinely whines and demands illegals be identified as "undocumented immigrants", meanwhile these people like Americans are becoming criminal statistics at the hands of MS-13, which should be deemed a terror organization.
Americans do not have a problem with legal immigrants, we have a problem with illegal immigrants.. aliens. Atty Gen Sessions and even Pres Trump have been clear they are going after criminal illegal aliens, esp MS-13. This nonsense that illegals in the US won't report crimes because of the crackdown on criminal illegals, as Tucker states, unproven.
With the trafficking of drugs, weapons and God only knows what and who else, MS-13 is as much a national security threat as other groups. Young's position that the DOJ should back off from cracking down on rounding up criminal illegals because it will cause legal and non-criminal illegal aliens to not report crimes to the police is insane. It doesn't matter who you are, if you're aware of criminal activity you have a civic duty (legal or illegal in the US) to report it.
