Fauci stated 'Crowding together, particularly when you're not wearing a mask, contributes to spreading the virus.' Jim Jordan had straight forward questions that needed to be answered by Deputy AG Rod Rosenstein unlike the softball questions and praise his democrat colleagues were lobbing. Apparently asking Rosenstein why has hasn't complied with Congressional requests was enough for the modern day democrat confederacy to show it's alive and well in the US Congress.

For most of the hearing Rosenstein gave a lot of non-answers blaming how the system works for delays in the turning over of documents, he wasn't there, he had no knowledge, or refused to answer questions on issues of national security because of ongoing investigation. Rosenstein sat in front of Congress smirking, smiling knowing he's stonewalling them at every opportunity. "Why would he do that", some ask? Because he is knee-deep in the corruption, at the least over his involvement with Uranium One.
Reps DeSantis, Gaetz, and Gowdy all hit him hard with questions and/ or damning statements that by the time it was Jordans turn, the Congressman spelled it out for the Deputy AG the House is about to vote to compel him to comply or face charges of contempt and impeachment!

GOP Reps Grill Deputy AG Rosenstein Over Anti-Trump Bias By Special Investigation - Video

Jim Jordan and Trey Gowdy grilled Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein over the clear bias and, many strongly argue corruption, going on in the Trump special investigation, led by Robert Mueller. In the wake of thousands of text messages being released by Peter Strzok as well as other info on members of Mueller's team, Rosenstein gave typical uninformative answers during the Judiciary hearing. He even tried to get out of answering some questions only to be snapped back as Jordan points out that the DOJ is under the committee's oversight!

Gowdy hit the AG with concerns over clear examples of conflicts of interest, yet Rosenstein didn't seem concerned. Why should he when he himself is as dirty as those already exposed!

Rosenstein commented he has total confidence in Mueller, citing his military history etc, but gave weak answers if not deflected on why so many Clinton/ obama loyalists are on his team. To date no crime has been committed, so the very existence of a special counsel is questioned. Mueller and co are trying to find a crime to pin on Trump. Couple that with everything Jordan, Gowdy and others laid out tell me again there isn't a silent coup taking place by Clinton/ obama/ GOPe loyalists!?

Rep Jordan Presses AG Sessions to Appoint Special Counsel

Jim Jordan justifiably grilled Attorney General Jeff Sessions at the House Judiciary hearing over why there hasn't been any action from the DOJ with regards to Uranium One and the Clinton Foundation and the highly questionable actions of the Clinton campaign funding the anti-Trump dossier. Sessions suggested there has to be sufficient evidence, "factual basis", to appoint a special counsel where Jordan then fired back making the case as clear as day an investigation from the DOJ or special counsel is warranted.

There is something going on we are not privy to for Sessions to do a 180° from being the guy who use to bring the thunder down but now is guarded, not pro-active even appears to cower to dems.

The Clinton campaign has potentially violated election law, colluded with the Russians that equated to actual monetary payoffs in an attempt to steal the election, Clinton and her husband have jeopardized national security from the email scandal to dealing with the Russians selling off uranium rights. This isn't a right or left issue, or one defending their "team". The Clinton's have only 1 team and that is themselves, dems should realize that, and understand they too were screwed over!

Democratic AGs sue Trump over ObamaCare subsidy cutoff

Congress never appropriated the money to go to insurers. Obama authorized the payments on his own, with his magic pen, as he did countless times issuing executive orders to "fix" obamacare; because it was created and written so poorly! By the way what he did is a federal crime because Congress controls the purse strings.

Per Article I Section 9 Clause 7 (Appropriations Clause)
"No Money shall be drawn from the Treasury, but in Consequence of Appropriations made by Law; and a regular Statement and Account of the Receipts and Expenditures of all public Money shall be published from time to time."

Approximately $10B per year was being stolen from the US Treasury and handed out to insurance companies, who are accomplices in said theft.

This wasn't Trump acting on his own, US District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer ruled in May 2016 this action was illegal and unconstitutional, which is no surprise as obama violated the law repeatedly.

Collyer "ruled the [obama] administration is violating a provision of the law by paying promised reimbursements to health insurers who provide coverage at reduced costs to low-income Americans. "Paying [those] reimbursements without an appropriation thus violates the Constitution... Congress is the only source for such an appropriation, and no public money can be spent without one." You'll never hear one democrat or any of their propaganda outlets making any of this clear. Instead they will rant and rave Trump is sabotaging obamacare, how unfair it is, Trump is hurting and doesn't want to help poor people, or he's breaking the law!!

Democrats don't care about the money being stolen, this is/ was a payoff to the insurers to back this POS law which clearly served as a power grab for the elite!

Rep Jordan Calls for House Judiciary Investigation Into Comey, Lynch

The Clinton email scandal coverup by the fmr FBI Director and Attorney General is the real story of collusion no one seems interested in looking into.

Rep Jim Jordan, one of the rebels in the House standing for the American people, is calling for a formal investigation into Jim Comey and Loretta Lynch. Both need to be hauled into Congress, if not a federal court, and start answering questions. At the time Comey was clearly covering for Clinton breaking multiple federal laws, documented on this site and others, after most likely being ordered by Loretta Lynch to cut Clinton loose before she and others were interviewed.

Lynch needs to explain why she gave Comey the order to call the investigation a "matter". She then must explain why she was using an alias email account, and what was discussed between herself and Bill Clinton in their infamous meeting. No doubt this was a clear act of quid pro quo where Lynch was probably offered a role in the Clinton administration had Hillary won.

People need to be brought up on federal charges and put in jail. Jordan and company have enough evidence as it is as Jordan quickly lays out in this vid. If these two do not show up the DOJ needs to step in, if not Jeff Sessions needs to resign.

This is not what the people of America want. Who told Congress to get involved with our healthcare in the first place? They should pass simple stand alone bills with regards to pre-existing conditions, allowing free-market where people in CA can buy insurance in NJ and a few others that were actually good in ACA. While the video has been removed the YouTube page for it still exists where stats can be viewed. In Oct 2012 I took a screenshot of the stats to show there was no activity on the vid until after the attack. I even included a political ad's stats to demonstrate what a vid that goes viral looks like after release.

There were no protests over this video that led to the attack, how could there be if no one watched it? Furthermore, Libya was in full civil war so who has the time let alone internet access to hop on YouTube and FIND this one video? But that's what Clinton and dems want you to believe even though the stats from the vid show NO ONE watched until AFTER the attack.

This is all a cover-up over Hillary and obama's failed foreign policy while running guns to the middle east through Stevens via Benghazi. There are plenty of stories on the web from Reuters, ABC News etc addressing the gun running.

Gruber Repeatedly Refuses to Tell Congress How Much Gov't Paid Him for Obamacare

This expert economist expects Congress and the American people to believe he doesn't know how much money he made off of the govt screwing us all!

Gruber had no intentions whatsoever of answering questions about his involvement in creating obamacare. Instead this elitist wanted to continue to play games applying his "Americans are stupid" philosophy to committee members.
