Nancy Pelosi fielded questions from the media and was incapable of giving a straight answer why bribery was not in the Articles of impeachment the dems filed against Pres Trump. As she mumbles an incoherent response we've come to expect, Pelosi claims the Articles they've filed against Trump "..are what they are. They're very powerful, they're very strong."

For those who might be in the dark dems filed 2 Articles:
1) Abuse of Power
2) Obstruction of Congress

There are NO LAWS on the books for these alleged heinous offenses Trump allegedly committed. Yours truly has politely requested Pelosi, Nadler and Schiff to provide the federal criminal statutes, but they've yet to respond. Also searched Cornell US Law database, nothing there either! In other words the dems made up the crimes because they had NO EVIDENCE to support quid pro quo, which became extortion and then after a focus group bribery. The only one guilty of Abuse of Power is the democrat party.

Trump is guilty of obstructing Congress, yes he's guilty of not cooperating with the dems attempt to frame him for something they and Hillary actually did! But again there's no law on the books, there is one however against one incriminating themselves but who cares about that pesky Bill of Rights, right!

Pelosi knows this impeachment is such a farce, especially for dems running for reelection in Trump won districts, she's not going to whip votes, "..this is a vote that people will have to come to their own conclusion on..". Don't worry she and her lackeys are probably threatening the others to vote with them or else, they're good at that.

After telling us for 3 years Trump was GUILTY of colluding with Russians, Pelosi and co dropped that and pivoted to claims quid pro quo with the Ukrainian President to allegedly investigate his election opponent (DNC has yet to choose said person) or he would withhold military aid, that the Ukraine wasn't even aware of. That narrative begins to falter so then we're told an extortion scheme and now it's bribery.

"Bribery" doesn't mean what Pelosi & co think it does in the Constitution. It's not about POTUS making requests to foreign leaders in the nations interest to expose corruption. It was about POTUS being bribed, go read the Founders words in the Federalist Papers or better yet listen to Mark Levin explain it...

Rosie O'Donnell Needs to Be Charged For Bribery

Rosie O'Donnell was engaged in clear acts of bribery, on Twitter to sitting US Senators with the goal of stopping the passing of tax reform, who should be charged for violating 18 US Code § 201.



Take note the law states, "Whoever—
(1) directly or indirectly, corruptly gives, offers or promises anything of value to any public official or person who has been selected to be a public official, or offers or promises any public official or any person who has been selected to be a public official to give anything of value to any other person or entity, with intent—
(A) to influence any official act; or..."  That is exactly what O'Donnell was engaged in, by making a simple, very public offer for $2 million cash to vote against the tax reform bill!

The evidence and O'Donnell's intentions are clear and indisputable. There is no excuse, playing the "well she's a comedian" card will not fly.

If O'Donnell is not charged she will be another example proving the US is a Banana Republic, with 2 sets of rules; one for elites who live lawless lives, the other for we the peons who go to jail for doing what elites do.

The Justice Dept needs to act to regain the trust of the American people, but with Jeff Sessions at the helm you can be sure he will find a way out or even recuse himself. And that is the real problem. The lawlessness coming from elites, from DC to Hollywood, has to stop. If anyone of us were publicly offer bribes to elected officials we would be carted away in handcuffs. When elites offer bribes it's shrugged, if not laughed off.

Pathetically, Clinton is still hanging on to the Russia, Russia, Russia conspiracy not realizing the only real act of collusion was committed by her, obama and the Russians. While collusion is not a crime, bribery, compromising national security and selling the US out is! The question we all need to be concerned about is whether the DOJ will act or again confirm the US is a Banana Republic with two sets of rules? To make matters worse AG Sessions recused himself from any Russia related investigations, so we won't see much action from the DOJ with so many obama loyalists in play.

Sen Grassley will be speaking to Sessions on this but the Senate, and the House, really have no power lock any one up. They can hold hearings, investigations etc but at the end of the day whatever they conclude gets sent over to the DOJ to handle.

Russia-Trump collusion story is dead at this point. Makes you wonder why it was pushed so hard. Did libs really believe Clinton-Russia connections wouldn't be uncovered or the nation would be distracted with lies Trump was working with the Russians when there was no evidence to be found yet plenty on Hillary!?
