In Odessa, TX the Ecton Cty Sheriffs Dept SWAT team was unleashed on shutdown protesters at Big Daddy Zane’s bar. The owner opened his business because he, like many business owners, feels his business is essential. Yes, they were carrying weapons and yes it probably wasn't the wisest move BUT they were not harming anyone. The protest was peaceful and they complied with the officers, rolling in an armored vehicle (MRAP) was completely unnecessary.
Next we have Dallas TX salon owner and mother Shelley Luther who opened her doors maintaining proper social distancing, following all safety precaution and sterilizing equipment between customers. She was issued a cease-and-desist letter a week ago from the county judge to shut down, but she publicly ripped it up the letter. Luther found herself in court where Judge Eric Moye demanded she apologize and close her business to avoid jail time. Luther refused arguing the need to pay bills and put food in her children's mouths, as well as her stylists having similar needs. Well, Moye sentenced Luther to 7 days in jail and fines estimated at $7,000+ (she's being fined $1,000 for everyday the business is open).

DO NOT touch your face (eyes, nose, mouth) after touching any surface outside the home. This is something you should be practicing in the first place. If you don't know to wash your hands before touching your food or whatever then you have much bigger problems.. or are you the type to buy something where you pull out the dirty cash or swipe your card, touch the keypad to complete the sale and then touch your face or whatever afterwards!?

Do people really think Trump just picks up the phone and says attack?! He is speaking with Joint Chiefs and other military leaders before taking any military action. They waited to hit Soleimani but imagine if when the opportunity presented itself to strike Trump had to go to Congress for permission to kill a terrorist!? Time isn't always on our side when it comes to military action, decisions have to be made quickly, we don't have time to dick around with a bunch of spineless politicians who would rather leave a killer responsible for the death of hundreds of American troops and others in play.

Because of their relationship with China and Russia? Don't you think Trump is aware of this? Congress wants things back to the old way, where the US bows down to our enemies. Yet here we have 55 Senators, many who have never served in combat, thinking they know better than Trump who has the intel and military advisers. If Trump was a warmonger, like many in Congress, he would've hit them when they shot down a US drone, or some of their other attacks. He has been quite restrained and it's clear these people want him to go back to doing things the old way with Iran, allowing them to bully the world!
It's always the same names that pop up in the GOP that are a problem too. Senators Susan Collins, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski, Todd Young, Lamar Alexander and Bill Cassidy told the country they want the US to sit and wait for their permission to act when/if a military strike is warranted against Iran. No thanks, and it's becoming more and more clear that the 17th Amendment should be repealed, going back to when the House selected Senators! Only good thing about all of this is when the legislation gets before Trump he has the power (for now) to veto it.
Pres Donald Trump has been acquitted on both Articles of Impeachment. This attempted coup by the democrats after numerous other attempts to remove POTUS from office has failed in front of millions of Americans, even with the help of Mitt Romney who voted with them on Abuse of Power.
While many will celebrate, the dems will continue their attacks to remove Pres Trump from power. They will use this vote as a tool to uninformed unengaged voters pushing lies that the trial was rigged, GOP was complicit in a cover-up and whatever else they cook up.

This is all about optics and creating campaign propaganda to sway clueless voters with the hopes of dems holding majority in the House, taking the Senate as the White House is a long shot with the current roster of dem presidential candidates. They will try to impeach Trump again and if they do win in Nov they will not only remove Trump from office but Pence too.
As for Mitt Romney, he needs to be removed from office by any means necessary, waiting until he is up for re-election is NOT an option. In the short term he should he should be expelled from the GOP. Utah voters better find some old, forgotten, obscure law or something to get that democrat holding a republican senate seat out of office.

Rep Jaime Raskin speculates Pres Trump has committed "multiple crimes" that he and his party could prosecute him on "later". It's quite infuriating to hear dems talk about upholding the Constitution while they pervert and dismantle it at every opportunity as they've done to date. They talk about their allegiance to the Constitution and the rule of law while they:
- deny Trump his due process
- create laws/ crimes out of thin air (ie charging Trump with Abuse of Power, and Obstruction of Congress)
- want to disarm each and every American

There is no basis for what Raskin claims is the Framers intentions on when/ how to charge the President with impeachment. He literally made that up to leave the door open for the democrat confederacy to go after Trump again. And take note he admits Trump has committed no crimes, unlike Clinton WHO LIED to a Grand Jury and Nixon who was not impeached but involved in a cover-up (not going to breakdown Watergate her, do your own homework). In this clip he is supporting Reps Green and Bass' statements that there is no limit to the number of times they can impeach Trump. This is also an admission they have nothing on Trump and that this attempt to impeach him will fail!

Pres Trump revoked fmr CIA Dir John Brennan’s security clearance today and as you would expect Brennan through a bit of fit on twitter before going on MS-13NBC. This RETIRED intelligence agency official, who is NO LONGER employed by the US govt, had the audacity to suggest this revocation is and abuse of power going so far as to suggest it's an assault on freedom of speech!
Keep in mind this is the same guy who was spying on the Senate Intel Committee and LIED to Congress! Brennan should be facing prosecution or be in jail for what he has done.

To be clear the argument as to why Brennan, Clapper, and other fmr obama regime members, holds a security clearance is in case they are required to speak/ testify on national security issues where classified information needs to be reviewed. On the flip side of that their clearance could be revoked their last day of work and if they are needed to consult on classified issued they could be granted temporary restricted clearance being granted access to only the information in question. This policy needs to be gutted for ANY administration.

Hawaii federal judge Derrick Watson, appointed by obama in his second term, has once again acted against Pres Trump and taking things to a new level by now defying the Supreme Court ruling on the Travel Ban. Watson has "ruled" pretty much all family members are exempt from the ban/ restriction. Keep in mind this Executive Order is an attempt to get a handle on who is coming into the US, to shore up the vetting process that Watson has now blown apart.. AGAIN.
This man is putting US national security in jeopardy. Terrorists are not grown in a test tube, they are in fact grand parents, grand children, brother & sister in-laws, cousins etc that Watson has ordered are permitted to enter the US.
Congress granted POTUS the plenary power to take action on issues of national security. Watson is violating the balance of power over his political views and feelings. Since when does a federal judge have a say on issues of national security? WHEN we get hit he and all the other radical progressives who have done everything possible to stop this President will have blood on their hands.
There is but one solution in dealing with judicial activists like Derrick Watson > impeachment. The American people must put pressure on Congress to take action in filing articles of impeachment against this rogue dangerous judge. If they fail to act, to set a precedent, stopping judicial activism more of this abuse of power will come from others. Congress's failure to act will ensure they will be run out of office because the American people have had it with them
PS: Now have you learned a lesson that elections have consequences? Watson was appointed at the beginning of obama's second term. People, including yours truly, warned people during the 2012 election about obama stacking the courts with radical leftists judges and he had to be stopped. We begged voters to consider the courts but they didn't listen. Senators Susan Collins, Mike Lee, Rand Paul, Jerry Moran, Lisa Murkowski, Todd Young, Lamar Alexander and Bill Cassidy told the country they want the US to sit and wait for their permission to act when/if a military strike is warranted against Iran. No thanks, and it's becoming more and more clear that the 17th Amendment should be repealed, going back to when the House selected Senators! Only good thing about all of this is when the legislation gets before Trump he has the power (for now) to veto it.
