1964 SCOTUS Ruling Gives Americans the Right to Give School Boards, Govt & Public Officials Hell!

 
As you are aware the Attorney General has ordered the FBI to go after parents, who are being deemed domestic terrorists, for giving school boards and other public officials hell over radical policies being pushed on children and communities with regards to CRT, face panty mandates, acceptance of multi-genders(bathroom use), pornographic material being used to teach about sex etc - all the vile crap the Left embraces.
Here's what you need to know and it's quite simple: You have every right to chew these people out per a 1964 SCOTUS ruling in NY Times vs Sullivan, where Justice Brennan wrote, “..profound national commitment to the principle that debate on public issues should be uninhibited, robust, and wide-open, and that it may well include vehement, caustic, and sometimes unpleasantly sharp attacks on government and public officials…” Yes, the case was about libel, but the same rules apply to whats spoken because it's a free speech/ First Amendment issue.

The monsters in power want to install fear by sicking the FBI on the American people to not speak up, but this ruling shows you have the right to speak out and give these people hell. Don't hold back, let Merrick Garland and the American Stasi come for you because you will win BIG in court by using this ruling in your defense! Frankly, each and every parent walking into a hearing/ meeting needs to have this ruling in hand to silence any dissent from tyrants.
Let's get something abundantly clear - IT DOES NOT give you the right to threaten ones life, or to get physically violent. Tear these people a new one, berate them etc, it's called free speech. This mom, Annie Palumbo, of Virginia Beach let the school board have it expressing the frustration and anger countless parents and Americans are experiencing. We're all tired of the politicizing of the bug and the massive power grabs that have come with it. Radical unhinged Leftists don't care leaving many like this woman prepared to bring the fight to them through recalls, homeschooling whatever it takes!

Lets be very very clear who has the power.” What this man did in this video is beyond epic, providing what EVERY SINGLE parent needs to have in their hands or pocket going into a school board meeting dealing with a hostile/tyrannical board by citing Supreme Court case law 1964 New York Times v. These school boards, and other elected officials are truly evil people who have an agenda, and that is to fulfill obama’s promise of fundamental transformation. This destruction of America will not be stopped at the federal level, it will be stopped by people like you at the local level. This man, and others like him, is showing how we beat the Left - we MUST establish WE ARE THE MASTERS, they ARE THE SERVANTS and get control of the school boards. These monsters know they must control the next generation, aka your kids, to get to fulfill their sick twisted utopian/socialist dream so WE must stop them in their tracks. Veteran Warns School Board: "If You Force The Vaccine On Our Kids, It Will Be 1776 All Over Again!"

  A great thing is happening across the country - parents are standing up to radical progressive controlled school boards that are pushing CRT, anti-American curriculum and covid related nonsense. In this latest clip we have a veteran, Joshua Pearce, warning the school board about teaching hate (CRT) and apparently considering making covid vaccinations mandatory, that if the board forces "the vaccine on our kids, it will be 1776 all over again!"   Has the silent majority woken up? Not sure, maybe since the theft of the Presidency and the complete failure of the illegitimate regime only 5+mos into its 1st term. This site has warned we will have to go through the dark tunnel since Americans ignored all the exits. Being complicit is no longer an option, and when the Left blatantly goes after our kids that seems to be the green light to let them know they're asking for trouble. It's sad it had to get to this point for people to get active and fight back, which means that fight will be much worse than it could've been - thus Pierce's warning of 1776 all over again. The Founders went to war with Britain over far less abuses of power than we're subjected to daily by our own govt. Progressives would be wise to back off, but they're so drunk with power especially via covid hoax they'll probably laugh off his warning. This Illinois dad, Ty Smith, who grew up WITHOUT a mother or father, completely obliterated the Left's narrative to justify CRT, stating "How do I have two medical degrees if I'm sitting here oppressed? No mom, no dad in the house. We MUST get get control of the school boards, then local town/city councils, all the way up to the state capitol and then DC. At the same time we must also gain control of the election system! Whoever controls that and counting the ballots controls everything.
