Unfortunately those Justices appointed by democrat Presidents have ALL been judicial activists. Court Packing is a MYTH created by democrats no different from other myths they've created; ie "White Privilege", "Climate Change", "Assault Weapon" etc. The only ones talking about packing courts are democrats because if they can't get their way legislatively what do they do? They run to the nearest liberal court THEY PACKED most notably the 9th Circuit to get their way. Democrats use the courts to legislate, they have in fact weaponized them and would have done it to SCOTUS had Hillary won and these three vacancies opened up! Also dems are conflating court packing and stacking. Packing is when you have a 3, 5, 7, 9 member court and deliberately choose judicial activists in the mold of Ginsburg to lifetime appointments who will rule in dems favor no matter what the issue. Stacking is when you add additional judges to the bench, ex taking SCOTUS from 9 to 11 justices where the new justices sole purpose will be to nullify the justices who are not political activists. In effect democrats would be STACKING and PACKING SCOTUS should they win a super majority in Nov taking the White House, Senate and House. This is what they do, when they hold one party rule - they radically change the government. They did it in California where republicans have next to no chance of holding power again. You see the mess CA has become, democrats WILL do the same to the entire country. CA is the testing grounds for everything the dems have planned for us. Wanna stop them? Biden and Harris Repeatedly Refuse to Answer If They Support Stacking SCOTUS

At the VP debate Kamala Harris dodged VP Pence calling her out on stacking SCOTUS and now again today in AZ Biden dodged too. Joe claims it will be front page news away from 'focusing on what's happening right now' if he answers the question, along with naming his SCOTUS picks, and that the decision for that vacancy is the right of the voters and who they choose to be President. First off, the voters ALREADY chose Nov 8 2016. Donald Trump's presidency is not 3 years, 9 months and 18 days... it DID NOT END on when Ginsburg died. It is his Constitutional duty to nominate a successor and the Senate's job to give consent and advice per Article 2 Section 2 Clause 2 of the US Constitution the democrats claim they want to protect. That said, it is abundantly clear these 2 will stack the court, and other federal courts for that matter, because history has proven what democrats can't done legislatively they get done through activist judges. WRITE THIS DOWN, burn it into your skull - If the democrats sweep the White House, Senate and House giving them a super majority, like what they had during obama's first 2 years in office, they will bulldoze over this country like you have never seen before. Biden Refuses to Answer If He Supports Packing the Supreme Court

Obama in 2016 Made the Case For Trump to Appoint Ginsburg's Successor!

The President as obama clearly stated has a right to appoint a Justice to SCOTUS. There are NO LAWS on the books stopping an incumbent President from doing so before an election. Anyone who says otherwise or cites the McConnell Biden Rule as the reason why is a lying liar preying on uneducated/ uninformed people, playing with their emotions. SCOTUS appointments were one of the key reasons Donald Trump won in 2016 and youre now seeing why he must agaon in 2020 as the Left has gone insane. Here Are the Laws Chuck Schumer Broke By Threatening SCOTUS Justices

Chuck Schumer can issue statements online and give long-winded speeches in the Senate trying to gas-light the country all he wants, but the fact remains he made a clear threat at Justices Gorsuch and Kavanaugh (Trump appointees) on the grounds the Supreme Court where the Speech and Debate Clause DOES NOT APPLY, he's NOT protected.

That said it is also abundantly clear Schumer did not speak off the cuff. He gave a PREPARED speech something he had the time to think about, sit down and write out, revise and edit, and probably type and print out to read from. It's important to point out under this statute it covers action on the grounds of SCOTUS building. Schumer is used to speaking his mind in the Senate knowing he's protected by the Speech and Debate Clause. He got careless and didn't realize that speech he wrote out isn't protected outside!

18 U.S. Code § 1503

Schumer is in clear violation of both, but the question is who will enforce these laws?

Sen Hawley issued a statement that he will "introduce a motion to censure Sen Schumer for inciting violence against U.S. Supreme Court Justices at a pro-abortion rally in front of the Supreme Court."

Normally we would look to the DOJ to take action, enforce the two laws above. But, since cutting disgraced fmr Deputy FBI Dir Andy McCabe loose, and taking no action against any of the coup conspirators who attempted to remove Pres Trump from office, the DOJ has proven itself to be impotent, incompetent and incredibly BIASED.

Obama Admitted in 2011 DACA Unconstitutional, in 2012 'Temporary', NOT a Pathway to Citizenship

The Supreme Court is hearing arguments over the DACA program, where proponents are doing everything within their power to have DREAMers more or less granted citizenship. Instead of pointing out who's right and wrong, let's just get down to the absolute irrefutable facts.

#1 Congress, aka the Legislative Branch, makes laws, including with respect to matters on immigration. The Executive Branch, aka White House/ Presidency, enforces the laws passed by Congress. The EB cannot make polices, nor "legislate" from the Oval Office, that violate the separation of powers, especially on issues of immigration.

#2 in 2011 obama appeared on Univison making it clear he does not have the authority to issue an Executive Order granting protective status for illegals. He makes it clear there are laws in place, restricting the authoritarian power the Left wanted him to invoke. This clip should be "Exhibit A" by the admins attorneys defending Pres Trump's plans to end DACA....

#3 Despite what was said, in April 2011 on Univison, obama went ahead issuing the Executive Order on DACA that he admitted wasn't legal. In what should be used as "Exhibit B" and a more powerful piece of evidence here he is speaking on June 15th, 2012 from the Rose Garden making it abundantly clear that DACA 'is not amnesty, this is not immunity. This is not a path to citizenship. It's not a permanent fix. This is a temporary stopgap measure...'

Yet the Left, media, many federal judges have in fact treated his Executive order as all those things obama said it wasn't!

How can something that is clearly illegal, unconstitutional, NEVER passed into law by Congress be treated by lawmakers and judges as if it is a law, where its validity is being argued at the Supreme Court?!

We won't know SCOTUS' decision on this until probably June 2020, but should they decide in favor of the DREAMers and the Left it will be confirmation of two things:
1 SCOTUS is no diff from Adam Schiff's kangaroo impeachment court
2 the U.S. IS A Banana Republic
