99.99% of the time a woman's life IS NOT in danger to justify terminating a pregnancy. In cases of sexual assault/rape, incest, legit health issue fine go ahead get an abortion. But many women use abortion as a form of contraception. How is getting an abortion an issue of women's health?

Again, all I did to cause these attacks, and hatred was ask a question which was more or less answered summed up to this:
If one's pregnancy is planned then they are carrying a baby at 20-24 weeks.
If it is an unplanned pregnancy then they are carrying a fetus (or clump of cells) at 20-24 weeks, and have the right to terminate the parasite.
The hypocrisy is off the charts by these people showing they act off of emotions rather than facts. A baby is a baby regardless of it's age, calling it a fetus just makes what these monsters advocate for hurt less as they trivialize the baby they want terminated as a form of birth control.

Judges are supposed to be unbiased yet Gillibrand is making it clear she wants biased judges in seats of power.
