FYI Federal law prohibits the sale of firearms to minors. You must be 18 to buy a gun from family or some form of transfer. As for access to a computer, aside from having the money (they are fairly cheap now) there is no age restriction, schools and libraries provide access.

The beginning of this year reports were out on the threat from radical islamic groups by the Clarion Group and a fmr CIA operative warned of 19 paramilitary muslim training facilities within the US.

In 2014 we were talking about these camps learning there are  22 jihadist training camps in Texas
