The Baton Rouge police (as well as other LA state agencies) have their hands full with this natural disaster helping flood victims and maintaining the peace from evildoers who are taking advantage of this catastrophe (ie looting). Their resources are stretched and do not need the added strain of a presidents visit, especially from one who he and those within the democrat ranks divisive (racial) rhetoric and negative comments made towards police has fueled anti-police sentiment coast-to-coast which has escalated into countless attacks against officers.
That said, SavingtheRepublic.com is calling on all Baton Rouge police, LE & govt officials etc to BOYCOTT the presidents visit Tuesday, especially since he didn't visit after officers were gunned down in July!(Yes STR would have called for that to be boycotted) Instead obama ran to the mics asking for calm after stoking the flames since he came to office. And let's be honest the only reason obama is going to Baton Rouge is because he has been shamed to do it since Trump made the time to visit and for his attacks on Pres Bush in 2008 for "ignoring" Katrina victims.
Now it’s understood that the police play a key role in providing protection for the President of the US with the Secret Service and other federal agencies. So to those who will be present during his visit, who have been offended by his divisive rhetoric, you are being asked to turn your back to the President of the US in protest just as NYPD officers did to Mayor de Blasio in Dec 2014/ Jan 2015.
It is time for the people of this country to stop being polite and PC when it comes to dealing with/ responding to this self-absorbed anti-American.
