FYI Federal law prohibits the sale of firearms to minors. You must be 18 to buy a gun from family or some form of transfer. Last time I checked you can walk into any bookstore and buy book regardless of age or go to the library and borrow a book free of charge. As for access to a computer, aside from having the money (they are fairly cheap now) there is no age restriction, schools and libraries provide access.
