Whether progressives want to admit it or not, under Pres Trump the US did not get into any fights. Sure there were a few surgical strikes but that was it because Trump had no intentions of getting into any more wars. Exclusive: U.S. carries out airstrike against Iranian-backed militia target in Syria, officials say
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States on Thursday carried out an airstrike in Syria against a structure belonging to what it said were Iran-backed militia, two officials told Reuters, an apparent response to rocket attacks against U.S. targets in Iraq.
While the strike could be the first retaliatory moves by the United States following last week’s attacks, the move appeared to be limited in scope, potentially lowering the risk of escalation.
Also a decision to strike only in Syria and not in Iraq would give the Iraqi government some breathing room as it carries out its own investigation of a Feb. 15 attack that wounded Americans.
The officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, said the strike was approved by President Joe Biden. The Pentagon did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Key word there PENDING, but that didn't stop countless people (who get upset when unverified info is shoveled out) to report the head of ISIS was dead!
It is now confirmed, through biometric testing, the head of ISIS is dead after detonating a suicide vest as US Special Forces moved in during a 2 hour raid in Idlib, Syria!!

Pres Trump ripped into ABC's Jon Karl during a presser over the fake Syria story they put out earlier this week. The President, as always, was calm and composed as he spelled out facts about what is really going on with Turkey in Syria while he called Karl out that he should get his facts straight.
Take note Karl completely ignored the absolute fact his network tried to pass off the Knob Creek Shoot in 2017 as combat footage from Syria. This is why Pres Trump calls their news fake news and enemy of the people, with the peoples support! What ABC did wasn't an accident, they literally doctored the video, stabilizing it, cropping out the crowd and other color adjustments to give the impression of a massive attack to fit their warmongering narrative Trump wants no part of.
Thankfully a cease fire has been declared and the best part NOT ONE US SOLDIER had to get involved. Will it last? Progressives (DC as a whole, media &pundits) are up in arms over Pres Trump's directive to pull US troops out of northern Syria that has opened the door for Turkey to launch punishing attacks against the PKK Kurds. Those who have condemned past Presidents over never-ending wars apparently want the US involved in a turf war that does not serve American taxpayer interests.

CNN's Brooke Baldwin interviewed Kassem Eid, a Syrian refugee who survived the 2013 chemical attack, about the missile strike Pres Trump ordered against Assad's airbase. CNN and Baldwin most likely hoped Eid would pile on the negative narrative the network has portrayed, but instead he turned the tables! He was grateful, praised Pres Trump for the strike, and asked for more!
Baldwin tried to bait Eid to criticize Pres Trump over the travel ban but it backfired. He proceeded to rip into the network and others(Clinton), critical of the ban, for not speaking out in the past after other attacks, atrocities and obama's lack of action. It didn't end there, Eid also made it clear refugees don't want to be refugees, they want to go home!
If these people want to go back to Syria fine lets establish safe zones for them. For those willing to fight, stop using them like pawns in a proxy war, give them all the guns and ammo they need to take their damn country back!
Posturing and an act of intimidation is the only motive at this point for Russia to send a warship into the eastern Mediterranean between Syria and US destroyers that fired Tomahawk missiles last night. Putin is an ally of Assad because Russia has interest in Syria's seaport as well as a gas pipeline.
The Russians couldn't careless about Syrian civilians getting wiped out by chemical weapons. Weapons that Syria is not suppose to have, that were supposed to have been turned over to Russia! (Thank you for lying they were Susan Rice and John Kerry). If Assad is removed from power, which Sec Tillerson has made clear, Russia's interests will be in question. It would be in Putin's best interest to join the civilized world to see Assad removed from power, replaced with someone who will uphold their interests but also bring an end to this civil war.
Instead, Putin chooses to puff his chest that will lead to a standoff in the Med as Russia has apparently disconnected the "deconfliction" line with the US. Now our troops on the ground will have no warning of impending Russian military activity. Do not be surprised to hear about "friendly fire" incident between the US and Russia. This is Putin's way of testing Pres Trump, who should pull out troops out of Syria immediately if this line remains disconnected.

Approx 60 cruise missiles have been fired in a limited strike from US warships against Syrian airbases in response to chemical attacks on civilians. It is reported the targets are where chemical weapons have been stored.
Fox reports Trump did not speak with the Russians....
Russians were notified, however if Russian personnel are injured or killed things could still get hot very quickly.
Keep in mind Iranians are in theater as well, where again if injuries or deaths result tension between the US and Iran could be at wartime levels.

- Yemen rebels, backed by Iran, fired missiles at US naval ship. The US retaliated and now Iran has sent its warships to Yemen. As noted in the clip Russia and China, who are allies with Iran, already have ships in the region.
- Russia has deployed warships to the English Channel to conduct "military drills". Is this their way of sending a message to the UK?
- Speaking of drills, Oct 4th-7th 40 million Russians conducted civil defense drills in preparation for what one could only assume of nuclear war.
- Vladimir Putin has called on all Russians living abroad to return to Russia.
Russia apparently has enough nuclear bunkers in Moscow to house 12 million. When was the last time you ever heard about the US govt having bomb shelters in DC, or any major city, for 12 million Americans? When was the last time you saw a news network run a segment on whether you know where a shelter is?
Many agree/ believe Russia is responsible for a number of cyber-attacks against US govt agencies including the Pentagon as well as what we're getting from Wikileaks on Clinton and the DNC. There are no "moderates" in Syria for the US to aid and abet! When McCain was calling for the the US to lend aid to "rebels" we learned not too long after said rebels are jihadists or had direct ties to terror groups. There may be a legitimate handful of rebels for the US to back but since we have no way to ascertain who is and isn't an islamist the last thing the US should be doing is dropping in ammunition after the regime announced it was getting out anyway. The regime doesn't want to train rebels so why airlift ammo? Why hasn't anyone in Congress challenged obama and co for gladly airdropping ammo for anyone to get their hands on including our enemies!? And for the record since jihadists will most likely be the recipients it is more or less an act of treason!

Retired General Jack Keane weighed in on Russia's aggression in the middle east which will only escalate into a full-out war. Some may disagree but Keane is correct to suggest we are in a proxy war with Russia. The Russians are currently attacking forces the US has given aid to (that's a problem in itself) after telling us to get out of the airspace a week ago.

Everything Quinn (Rupert Friend) explains in this scene about the US strategy (non-existent) vs ISIS/ISIL is 100% true. The building of an army, beheadings, crucifixions, slavery etc is all by design jihadists learn from their interpretation of that book, "the only book they ever read, they read it all the time, they never stop. They're there for one reason and one reason only: to die for the caliphate and usher in a world without infidels..." in preparation for "end times". ISIS' end goal is an apocalypse to hasten the return of the Mahdi (islamic messiah), which is the same end goal as the Iranian Twelvers (Twelfth imam). Limited sorties and a handful special forces on the ground is not a strategy to destroy a global threat.
US leadership sits idly by refusing to do what is necessary to destroy this rising death cult. Quinn advises to "hit reset" and "pound Roqqa into a parking lot". Judge Pirro schooled obama for showing no backbone with Russia's Putin's aggression in Syria. By taking military action in Syria the uninformed around the world interprets Russia as a the new leader in troubling times. But the real reason Putin is in Syria is to protect oil lines as Russia's economy is suffering from low oil prices. This of course sets a dangerous precedent because their intentions and friends they keep are not for good in the long term. Pirro points this out by saying
