In other words you're on your own moving through a city where the taliban is EXECUTING Afghans who have assisted the US, so you can just imagine what they'll do to Americans. The use of this weapon was not only to send a clear message to ISIS, but IMO also to the Crazy Fat Kid in North Korea that obama's pacifist foreign/ military policy is over.
