FALSE, there is NO time limit on the SOTU, they've been as short as 28mins to 1 hour 20 mins. Granted speech writers like to keep it under an hour, there is nothing stopping them from adding 5-10 secs to acknowledge 13 US soldiers killed while serving the country.
This admins speech... propaganda writers left the 13 out because it would be an admission of this regime's failed foreign policy. Not only did we lose these 13, but hundreds of Americans were left for dead in Afghanistan, where to this day people are still getting out.

The old guy has given orders for additional troops to be deployed to Europe as a Russian invasion in the Ukraine becomes more likely by the day. Americans have been advised to get out of the region asap, but the WH spokes idiot told legacy media this regime has NO plan to evacuate Americans who may be stranded!
