Press Sec Says Obama Won't Rule Out More Executive Action on Gun Control

Responding to a reporter's question whether the regime will take any further action on gun violence Propaganda Minister, Josh Earnest, said they will not rule it out. With only a few months left the obama regime is waiting for the right opportunity to enact dictatorial powers executive authority to stop gun violence if Congress will not act.

Aren't month after month record gun sales not a clear message how the American people feel? Backgrounds checks are conducted, this excuse they use about a gun show loophole are a pack of lies. You cannot walk into a gun show and buy a gun from a dealer without being run through the DOJ; mind you the NRA is responsible for this making this happen. If the regime gets its way those who engage in private sales will have to go through an FFL. That means if you want to give or sell a weapon to a family member, close friend or neighbor a background check will have to be conducted! Earnest and company will continually push misinformation, lies about polls and stats. Fact remains majority of gun violence is committed by individuals who are prohibited by law to possess a weapon (criminals don't follow the law). Weapons used many times are stolen or obtained through illegal activities but more importantly the American people have spoken we do not want out Second Amendment rights touched.

Dem Congresswoman Intros Bill to Require Background Checks on 'Every Gun in This Country'

Democrat Rep Jackie Speier said during a presser on gun violence she has introduced legislation that will "require every gun in this country to be subject to the background check.” Can someone explain to Speier that background checks are already being conducted for the LEGAL sale of every gun in this country!

How many times are we going to beat this dead horse? Democrats and anti-gun lobby go to any gun store or gun show and try to buy a gun without a background check. PLEASE DO IT bring all the camera crews you want. You should know it will be a waste of money because NO DEALER is going to risk losing their FFL to sell you a gun.

Now for those conducting private sales from the way Speier's bill, Fix Gun Checks Act, reads you will have to become a licensed dealer

“(t) (1) It shall be unlawful for any person who is not a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer to transfer a firearm to any other person who is not so licensed, unless a licensed importer, licensed manufacturer, or licensed dealer has first taken possession of the firearm for the purpose of complying with subsection (s). Upon taking possession of the firearm, the licensee shall comply with all requirements of this chapter as if the licensee were transferring the firearm from the inventory of the licensee to the unlicensed transferee."

So if you want to sell your gun to a friend, neighbor or family member you will have to have a license (FFL) to do so or we can safely assume go through an FFL.

Dems think by requiring background checks on every gun, gun violence will be reduced. Criminals by their very nature do not follow the law, so you dems can pass all the laws you want it will never have any effect on criminals. As for those who are mentally ill by all means get them into the database, but for the record Congresswoman the NRA is already in favor of that so what are you complaining about?

- Someone using "an automatic weapon" is BALD FACED LIE. Automatic weapons are only sold to those who have gone through a BACKGROUND CHECK through the ATF, who have paid a tax and can afford the high costs of said weapons which are in the thousands of dollars? Your local gang banger or mental case cannot just go and buy an automatic weapon anywhere, be it a gun show or back alley!

- Clinton's "vast majority of Americans, even law-abiding gun owners... " comment on background checks should send up red flags if you have been following the gun debate. She is more than likely referring to a poll of "90% of Americans want background checks..." which is skewed to say the least. This poll of only 1200 people was done for MSNBC. How 1200 people equal the sentiment of 300 million is mind-boggling but that's what the left does. Radical progressives lie and stretch the truth to the uninformed voters as fact! Polls in general are a joke, they tend to sample a small targeted audience to get the results the pollster wants!

Go ahead witch push the ban on "assault rifles"... you will just be disarming law enforcement and the military! Civilians DO NOT POSSESS "assault weapons"! Not to mention this is an ID made up by the anti-gun crowd over 20 years ago!

Dem Senator Blumenthal Calls For Immediate Revival of Federal Gun Law After CA Mass Killing

Yea America its time to reconsider gun laws now that a mass killer LEGALLY bought three guns! All of which were obtained with a background check, were registered and the killer had dozens of CA legal 10 round magazines! The fact that three of his victims were stabbed and a fourth killed by blunt trauma with an assault car is irrelevant!

There is absolutely no reason whatsoever for gun control to even be discussed. Sorry to report but the system progressives have fought tooth and nail to establish "worked"! The killer jumped through all the necessary hoops set forth by the tyrannical gun control lobby. He was visited by the police who found no reason to hold him on a 5150.
