Chicago Suburb Bans "Assault Weapons" & High-Capacity Magazines, Violators Will Be Fined $1000 A DAY 📺

Criminals will surely be cowering in fear and be the first ones to line-up handing over their weapons and magazines. The Deerfield Village Board voted unanimously to ban "assault weapons" and high-capacity magazines. Starting on June 13th, citizens of Deerfield, Ill, a suburb of Chicago, who refuse "to give up their banned firearm will be fined $1,000 a day until the weapon is handed over or removed from the town’s limits.”

"The ordinance states, "The possession, manufacture and sale of assault weapons in the Village of Deerfield is not reasonably necessary to protect an individual's right of self-defense or the preservation or efficiency of a well-regulated militia."

So, beginning June 13, banned assault weapons in Deerfield will include semiautomatic rifles with a fixed magazine and a capacity to hold more than 10 rounds of ammunition, shotguns with revolving cylinders, and conversion kits from which assault weapons can be assembled. And those are just a few of the firearm varieties banned. The list is long and includes all the following models or duplicates thereof: AK, AKM, AKS, AK-47, AK-74, ARM, MAK90, Misr, NHM 90, NHM 91, SA 85, SA 93, VEPR, AR-10, AR-15, Bushmaster XM15, Armalite M15, Olympic Arms PCR, AR70, Calico Liberty, Dragunov SVD Sniper Rifle, Dragunov SVU, Fabrique NationalFN/FAL, FN/LAR, FNC, Hi-Point Carbine, HK-91, Kel-Tec Sub Rifle, SAR-8, Sturm, Ruger Mini-14, and more." - CBS


The Constitution is in grave danger as elected leaders who swore an oath to SUPPORT and defend it have in fact taken steps to blatantly violate the LAW OF THE LAND. This city ban is a direct violation of Second Amendment, which is absolute, it's clearly unconstitutional and won't hold up in ANY court. Whomever files suit against the city could very well be filing the case that goes to the Supreme Court to set precedent debunking the myth of "assault weapons", the Left's unfounded attacks against ArmaLite type rifles and its accessories (ie magazines). The suit will also set precedent, as Heller did, on the meaning/ purpose and scope of 2A, as well as the Founders intentions.

Make no mistake progressives are looking at every angle possible to disarm the American people. They want you disarmed and obedient.

- Someone using "an automatic weapon" is BALD FACED LIE. Automatic weapons are only sold to those who have gone through a BACKGROUND CHECK through the ATF, who have paid a tax and can afford the high costs of said weapons which are in the thousands of dollars? Your local gang banger or mental case cannot just go and buy an automatic weapon anywhere, be it a gun show or back alley!

- Clinton's "vast majority of Americans, even law-abiding gun owners... " comment on background checks should send up red flags if you have been following the gun debate. She is more than likely referring to a poll of "90% of Americans want background checks..." which is skewed to say the least. This poll of only 1200 people was done for MSNBC. How 1200 people equal the sentiment of 300 million is mind-boggling but that's what the left does. Radical progressives lie and stretch the truth to the uninformed voters as fact! Polls in general are a joke, they tend to sample a small targeted audience to get the results the pollster wants!

Go ahead witch push the ban on "assault rifles"... you will just be disarming law enforcement and the military! Civilians DO NOT POSSESS "assault weapons"! Not to mention this is an ID made up by the anti-gun crowd over 20 years ago!
