ATF Nominee Supports Assault Weapons Ban But Can’t Define What an Assault Weapon Is

  BIG RED FLAG on the illegitimate regimes ATF Dir nominee David Chipman, who supports the democ... socialist party's assault weapons ban, and when given the opportunity during his confirmation hearing he couldn't.. wouldn't define what an assault weapon is! After that simple grilling from Sen Kennedy, Chipman went into the buzzsaw from Senators Cruz, Hawley and Lee   Assault weapon is a made up term just like high capacity magazines, climate change and all the other hot button words coming out of the Left. They create a crisis from something they don't like assigning one of these phrases cooked up in some liberal think-tank back office by a bunch of hardcore America hating radicals. A baseball bat can be an assault weapon, hell anything used to hurt/kill another can be classified as an assault weapon. They haven't been able to legitimately define what an assault weapon is since 1989! Chipman is bad news, he was one of the agents involved with the democrat party's gun sieges at Waco, TX and Ruby Ridge. So let me spell it out for those of you who don't get it: There will be many Waco's and Ruby Ridge's if this monster is put into power, BUT they will play out completely different because this monster and his ilk are not factoring in the "Bubba Effect"... in other words all F-ing hell WILL break loose when citizens come to whomever is being raided by the govt aid! Call your senators tell them to vote against Chipman, we can't afford to have someone like this in a key role like ATF Director.

Executive Orders on Gun Control Coming

  Minister of Propaganda comrade Psaki confirmed the illegitimate regime is planning to initiate Executive Orders on gun control irregardless that any order, regulation, or law is a direct violation to the Second Amendment. Before the old guy in cognitive decline leaves office he will fulfill his promises to ban "assault weapons", and go directly after the gun industry (Side note: More people have been killed with knives than all rifle types combined, but no word on the old fool wanting to ban them!) This admin and radical Congress don't care about violating federal law, so you and anyone who supports the Second Amendment and Bill of Rights should have no problem ignoring any order, reg or law coming from them. Unconstitutional laws are unenforceable. I WILL NOT COMPLY with anything that infringes on my 2A rights. And FTR Joe, the Founders, after fighting the largest military in the world at the time, fully intended for the People to be as well armed as the govt because they had no intention of being outgunned again, thus keeping it in check. 2A is in fact the fourth branch of checks and balances the People hold over govt. So YES, that means the People CAN POSSESS bazookas, flamethrowers etc etc etc!! YOU FOOLS in govt made up the rules what we can and can't have because you’re all scared to death of us!

If Dems Want to Ban AR-15s Might as Well Ban Revolvers Too! Here's Why

Democrats and the gun control lobby are on full attack mode to ban the AR-15 making false claims but ignore the fact that many weapons are more powerful or have the same capabilities.

The first lie gun grabbers use is that it is an "assault weapon". There is no such thing, this is a made up term the democrats have been using to make something sound like a machine gun which these weapons are not. They are semi-automatic, which means with one pull of the trigger only one round is expelled and the weapon resets to fire one round. A machine gun is capable of selective fire, meaning it can fire in semi-auto or full automatic (multiple rounds expelled with one pull& hold of the trigger).

The next lie gun grabbers are now using is that the AR-15 is a "weapon of war". WRONG, the US military would never use this weapon, it's actually inferior to the M16A4 also known as the M4 (full auto fire capable).

AR-15's cannot be modified to fire full auto, they require extensive modifications and parts one cannot easily obtain. Machine guns cannot be easily obtained either. They require an extensive background check by the ATF(aka the govt aka the OBAMA admin), a tax stamp and then there is the high price tag starting at $10,0000 and up. Of the 300+ million guns in circulation only 250K are full auto, are very old and many don't even work!

Some gun grabbers like Rep Alan Grayson claim LIE this weapon can fire "700 rounds in a minute"...

...while others at the state level like CA State Senator Kevin de Leon have made even crazier comments...

Truth of the matter is, a gun will fire as fast as one can pull the trigger and load another round in the chamber. So if democrats want to ban the AR-15 because it shoots "700 rounds a minute" or “thirty magazine clip in half a second” what about revolvers?

12 rounds in 2.99 seconds...

Now granted Mr Jerry Miculek is an expert but anyone can buy a revolver and speed loaders (moon clips etc). Revolvers are easy to use, capable of firing as fast as an AR-15 and delivers a projectile that can do quite more damage. If given the choice most would prefer getting hit by a high speed rifle round like a .22/ .223 (small & light) than a large caliber (heavy) pistol round traveling at low speed!

Democrats your fear and lack of understanding basic ballistics and mechanics of these machines does not supersede Americans God-Given/ Natural rights to self-defense with a gun. You can't ban one because it looks scary but more importantly according to you shoots fast and is capable of being reloaded fast but not the others with similar capabilities. I haven't even addressed semi-auto pistols, certain shotguns and rifles which by your logic to ban the AR-15 they too must be banned as well!

Furthermore many on your side have already admitted no law would have stopped any of the mass shootings or terrorist attacks. This nonsense has to stop. Attacking one's rights while ignoring the real threats is not helping any of us.

Oh and all your doing is helping criminals and terrorists. You're telling them what to do and how to do it with you constant overreactions and power grabs! They now know to use AR-15's in attacks because you want to ban them making the people defenseless! If you're going to push to ban the AR-15 you might as well band revolvers and everything in between.

Your local gang banger or mental case cannot just go and buy an automatic weapon anywhere, be it a gun show or back alley!

- Clinton's "vast majority of Americans, even law-abiding gun owners... " comment on background checks should send up red flags if you have been following the gun debate. She is more than likely referring to a poll of "90% of Americans want background checks..." which is skewed to say the least. This poll of only 1200 people was done for MSNBC. How 1200 people equal the sentiment of 300 million is mind-boggling but that's what the left does. Radical progressives lie and stretch the truth to the uninformed voters as fact! Polls in general are a joke, they tend to sample a small targeted audience to get the results the pollster wants!

Go ahead witch push the ban on "assault rifles"... you will just be disarming law enforcement and the military! Civilians DO NOT POSSESS "assault weapons"! Not to mention this is an ID made up by the anti-gun crowd over 20 years ago!
