Where as Loesch looks right into the camera schooling him with facts that prove the messiahs desire for a gun grab is flawed.

As for the opening with obama, here's the deal with him and his claims of inviting any opposition to talk on serious issues like gun control.
He talks, you listen and do what he says, there is no compromise.
We know this is true because time after time he pulls out his magic pen and goes around Congress with Executive Orders. He doesn't want to have a debate with anyone be it the NRA or GOP. Te obama admin will gladly leave the door open for them to talk but it is surely a "hey come on in sit down and listen to me. This is how it's going to go otherwise I will be forced to A) tell the DOJ to find a way to do it or B) I'll use my executive powers.
As STR warned in 2014 after the midterm elections, this beast, obama, is fully unleashed to do as he wants advancing the progressive agenda. The switch to this machine progressives are building cannot be switched on until Americans are disarmed. If that means chipping away slowly at our rights because these people are too afraid to propose repealing the Second Amendment (which is what they really want), as obama and progs have done over the years, then so be it.
If we had true leaders in DC impeachment would be on the table for this self appointed dictator end running Congress with his minions like Attorney General Loretta Lynch. Republicans have been scared by democrats to take action because they fear losing their seat(s) of power. You see America they care more about being a Representative or a Senator than upholding the law but more importantly upholding their oath to SUPPORT AND DEFEND the Constitution of the United States.
Obama and many others have admitted there is no law that could have stopped any of the mass shootings or the recent terror attack. As usual in his weekly address Darth Hussein™ also invoked the "90% of Americans" stat on background checks which is an outright lie based on a poll done for MSNBC's Morning Joe; based on the networks liberal anti-gun viewers. Those responsible for the gun violence stats his majesty likes to cite are criminals, who do not follow laws. Regardless this regime and its lackeys continue to push forward with the anti-gun/ anti-Second Amendment agenda because gun control is really about people control. History has demonstrated that despots like Hitler, Stalin, Mao etc disarmed the populace followed by genocide and/ or war.
This battle over the Second Amendment will never be over. The left will never rest until you are defenseless from criminals and terrorists left to depend on the power elite. It is always all about money, power and control.

Politico previously reported that the two key components of the executive orders will be “[tightening] the definition of what it means to be involved in gun sales” and the addition of new reporting requirements for licensed gun dealers.
The changes in language–as it relates to being “involved in gun sales”–will be used to broaden the occasions on which background checks are required, thereby further narrowing the remaining avenues by which Americans may buy a gun without government permission. You know this blame the republicans for everything is beyond old from Propaganda Minister Josh Earnest. This man has no soul... I can say that because while Earnest rants about how evil conservatives want to break up families (which is a pile of bull) he seems to not realize the family that was just broken up by an illegal alien in San Francisco. We know, we get it Josh, obama and the democrats are infallible they are so wonderful and perfect.
If that were true why is this nation a shell of what it once was? If the dems are so wonderful and really care about illegals why didn't they pass immigration reform when they held a super-majority for 2 years? America you should know anyone in favor of illegal immigration who is aiding and abetting illegals is committing a felony! Under the penalties listed US Code Title 8 Chp 12 they are looking at anywhere from 5-10 years federal prison time along with heavy fines. But for whatever reason the law is not enforced.
We don't need more laws or anything reformed. We need whats on the books ENFORCED. So that burden of enforcement is on local authorities, but let me clear I'm not talking about immigration law being enforced. No I'm talking about locking up politicians who are responsible for this invasion. The question we need to ask is whether our police, sheriffs and prosecutors have the guts to file charges on politicians and anyone else helping illegal aliens!?
What is important to take away from this speech is Gowdy's appeal to the entire House body to maintain powers vested to them by the Constitution. Dems want to interrupt him and what have you but they need to understand what obama does now and is permitted to get away with opens the door for LARGER power grabs by future presidents. Like he says this isn't a republican vs democrat issue it is about maintaining the balance of power.
Following Gowdy destroying obama on his abuse of powers the House ended up voting (invoking their power of the purse) 237-190 to FUND DHS but defund obamas amnesty. You should know his message did not hit completely home for republicans as there were 26 republicans who defected voting with the dems.
While we wait for the 26 to be ID'd it's safe to assume they have violated promises to their constituents that they would stop obama's lawless actions. This is one of many reasons Americans are done with the GOP. Even though they follow through on a vote like this, there are hints many will act in complete contradiction from what they claim to be. This party done, it is The Whig Party. It's time for conservatives like Gowdy to leave, creating a new Conservative third party.
Josh Earnest carefully planting the seeds to expect more executive actions by the boyking that will upset the republican dominant Congress. The only interest obama has in working with the GOP is for them to pass laws he wants otherwise he will be vetoing bills while bypassing them at every opportunity. This all will happen because of poor leadership under John Boehner who has done nothing as Speaker to stop obama's executive actions.
The imperial emperor is a master of word manipulation and playing poor little me to downplay his power grab. One of the ways he does this is by always claiming he has done less Executive Orders than Bush and other Presidents. Now while on the surface that may appear to be true but two things are actually not being discussed. The first explained here by Judge Napolitano that the boy king is using Executive Action and Memoranda to do the same thing as Executive Orders. Napolitano makes it clear there is no difference between them yet the emperor has most of the country convinced he is issuing less than Bush and a victim when he is just trying to act in our best interests. Obama is in fact issuing more memoranda than any other president! His lies exposed again to deaf ears simply because of word manipulation.
The second thing not addressed about obama's executive orders/actions/memoranda is their context. It is one thing for POTUS to issue EO's about policy changes within the Executive Branch, the order of succession for certain govt depts or agencies, "strengthening adult education" or making Tuesday night pizza night! It's another when a lawless president is legislating from the oval office to grant amnesty, change laws (obamacare) and violate the Constitution. No one seems to ever want to call out the context of his EO's compared to his predecessors. The President of the United States under Article 2 of the US Constitution he has no powers whatsoever to legislate. Yet Darth Hussein continues to do so unchallenged by our useless, irrelevant, impotent Congress!
