Democrats created this mess by ringing the bell for illegals to flock to the US, KNOWING the invasion (that IS what it is) would overwhelm the Border Patrol and all the detention facilities. A local city is pushing against the overbearing power of the federal government?" Whats the problem? As an officer of the court he knows what is wrong and frankly it's quite dangerous for an attorney to be this dismissive of federal immigration law! POTUS in fact has the power and authority to do everything Vargas claims he cannot do. Vargas then had the balls to tell Tucker Carlson, States can create their own rights, even when in direct violation of federal law!  This is what the Left does, they are creating this new dismissive breed of attorneys who are educated on case law NOT the Constitution, many who are proudly proclaiming they're illegal aliens!

Without hesitation he called for another govt shutdown over democrats refusing to reign in immigration loopholes. As you would expect the media went into a complete tailspin over Pres Trump asking why, during a meeting on immigration with lawmakers, the US has to accept people coming from "shithole countries", like Haiti, Central American and African countries. If Haiti, African countries, El Salvador, etc are such great places to live why are people doing everything possible to escape from them and come to the US, many illegally?

Trump Says No Immigration Bill Without Funding for Border Wall

POTUS left a lot of people scratching their heads after the open door meeting with democrats and republicans on immigration Jan 9th where he stated, "I think my positions are going to be what the people in this room come up with. If they come to me with things I'm not in love with, I'm going to do it. Because I respect them." In other words he was saying, at the time, he will sign any deal they put before him. Today he made it clear there will be no deal on immigration without funding for the border wall.

Trump's hard-line position on immigration is what won over many voters and got him elected, any deviation from this is a blow to voters and he knows this because he said he'll "take the heat". To grant amnesty to illegal aliens aka DREAMers is unacceptable. They can be given legal status but other conditions must be included in any deal worked up, because the American people do not trust DC.

Trump is playing this one close to the chest leaving many supporters questioning his intentions, either he has changed his tune somewhat on immigration or is messing with democrats. Regardless of what he is doing, border security and the wall are a must before any other deals are made on DACA or outright immigration reform, this is a non-negotiable issue with voters.

Sanctuary City Leaders Vowing to Defy Trump Admin Are Breaking Federal Law

A battle is brewing between the Trump Admin, sanctuary city leaders and advocates. After Attorney General Sessions announced federal fund will be cut to cities giving sanctuary to illegal aliens, mayors of major cities across the USA are vowing they will defy the Trump.


This move by Trump to enforce the law and AG Sessions announcement to cut off fed aid to sanctuary cities isn't racist or bigoted. The US is a nation of law, laws that liberal progressives think they can pick and choose to enforce or not.They have in fact created lawless zones where illegals are free to roam around breaking the law harming US citizens.

If the AG is not prepared or refuses to send US Marshals to arrest mayors, governors and law enforcement officials who refuse to follow the law then he should resign! This lawlessness must come to an end. And let's be clear, immigrants are under as much a threat as US citizens from ILLEGAL immigrants. Do not allow the left to conflate the two. Illegal alien advocates, Rahm Emanuel Bill de Blasio, Gov Brown (CA), San Fran Mayor Lee etc etc are all doing exactly that using almost identical language, "Our community welcomes immigrants"! Immigrants are welcome, because they came to the US by the book, illegal aliens are not because they broke the law to enter the US, are stealing from the American people everyday (not paying taxes, taking advantage of social entitlements, taking jobs from Americans, driving wages down etc).

A showdown is coming for sure in DC, but that is after the wall starts going up. Meanwhile we have leaders putting all of us in danger, as they welcome illegals they are also welcoming the criminal element and even terrorists who hid among the ranks. These leaders must be stopped before more Americans are killed.

Celebrities believe that because they pretend to be people of importance in tv and movies they are authorities on matters of national security, economics, social in equality and immigration. These TRUE DEPLORABLES have the audacity to tell Americans it's bigoted and racist to close the country off to illegal aliens by wanting a wall built, yet live in lavish homes with high walls/ fences, state of the art security systems and armed security to keep people out.

So leave it to Louie Gohmert to call out Hollywood's elitist hypocrisy, telling them to more of less shut the F up! When they tear down their own walls, lose the security systems and armed guards OR open their homes up to illegals (and refugees, since they champion that cause too) then maybe we'll consider listening to what they have to say. Think about it, illegals entering the US is crime in itself. Then they commit document fraud to acquire a Social Security number, drivers license and other paperwork up to and including stealing American citizens identity. Most don't pay taxes, while they drain the social entitlement and healthcare systems. They are catered to in the public school system, subsidized by taxpayers. They get protection from rogue elected leaders and law enforcement, which is a federal crime. I can go on and on with the criminality surrounding illegal aliens who then have the balls to demand amnesty! Meanwhile, like this woman points out, black Americans are suffering economically and socially. She's right, the treatment of black Americans vs illegal aliens is racist! Democrats pander to both groups for votes to stay in power, who do nothing for them in the bigger picture, putting all the blame on white America as they pull the "white privilege" lie to deflect answering for what they're doing!
