Here Are 10 Conditions That Must Be in Any Comprehensive Immigration Bill or All Bets Are Off (Video)

Pres Trump has more or less called on Congress to come up with an immigration solution after announcing the end to fmr pres obama's illegal executive order on DACA. Once again the American people will begin debate and grow further divided over this issue where amnesty is the end goal for illegal aliens, and both democrats and republicans.

Both parties want to grant amnesty because it is the ultimate act of pandering to a huge pool of potential new voters. Remember everything Congress does is about maintaining their power and control over all of us. The majority of American people, who did not vote for Hillary or Bernie, will not agree to amnesty of any kind. But, we are willing to make some concessions to allow illegal aliens, DREAMers, "refugees" or whatever they call themselves to stay in the US.

The Left has demands for comprehensive immigration reform, well so do the American people. Below is a list of conditions US citizens/ voters could agree on for any bill presented by Congress. Let's be clear Illegal aliens should not be rewarded for their bad behavior/ criminal act. If they are going to stay in the US, they must pay a price. If these, but not limited to, penalties and restrictions are not included in some form of whatever bill Congress creates, for Pres Trump to sign into law, then said politicians should prepare to be voted out of office.

Illegal aliens (including DREAMers, "refugees" etc) who have come to the US, and those already here for "decades", can stay under the following, but not limited to, conditions:

1) Illegal aliens will be granted legal/ resident status, not citizenship.
2) Illegals must pay a fine of $100,000 each, in cash.
3) Illegal aliens will be required to pay ALL back taxes, in cash. If illegal aliens cannot account for how long they have been in the US, then each illegal shall be hit for back taxes based on the number of years they are past the legal working age of 13 years old.
Ex: illegal alien is 28 yo, legal working age is 13, said individual will be required to pay 15 years back taxes.
All fines subsequent with failing to pay taxes will be required to be paid as well.
4) Illegal aliens can never vote. Their children and grandchildren cannot vote either. (3 generations, voting is a privilege not a right)
5) Illegal aliens, their children and grandchildren can NEVER own a gun. (Second Amendment is a right for US citizens)
6) Illegal aliens MUST ASSIMILATE to American culture: they must be able read, write, speak in English and no longer show display disrespect by flying the flag of their nation of origin around.
7) Illegal aliens are not permitted access to any social welfare/ entitlement program for a minimum of 10 years. They must pay into the system they want access to.
8) Illegal aliens will not be granted/ given free/ discounted student tuition, scholarships or the like. They will pay the same as everyone else.
9) Illegal aliens will not be granted/ given free/ discounted health insurance and healthcare. They will pay the same as everyone else.
10) Illegal aliens must renounce citizenship from their nation of origin, they cannot maintain dual citizenship.

Those with criminal backgrounds are not eligible and will be deported as the law already specifies. And no democrats families are not being split up. The family chooses to stay while those who do not deserve to be here are removed. The families are tearing themselves apart!

Granted more conditions can be added to this list, but these are the most important to be addressed, especially with regards to voting. If illegals are here for better life and opportunity voting should be the least of their concerns. Politicians on the other hand will be vehemently against such a provision and that ladies and gents is your "canary in the coal mine"! Those who fight to give illegal aliens full legal status, including voting rights are seeking new voters. The ruling elite wants to change Americas demographics to lead to one party rule. That is why both republicans and democrats pander to illegal aliens. Both understand whomever comes through with amnesty will win the majority of those new voters. It simply can't be allowed, if they try it the American people must fight back and remove said politicians from power, or you can kiss America goodbye!

Watson claims people who are not citizens, let alone ever stepping foot on US soil, have/ are entitled to 1st Amendment rights, invoking the Establish Clause as a basis for his ruling. These leftist judges are completely out of control, engaged in a judicial coup undermining Trump's presidency that Pirro believes should be impeached! Political opinion and feelings are irrelevant, rulings should be based on the Constitution nothing else.

POTUS has explicit plenary authority in the name of national security to stop ANYONE from entering the US. Furthermore immigrants DO NOT have a right to come to America! There is some twisted myth floating around everyone has Constitutional rights and can come to America if they want. NO THEY CAN'T anyone suggesting otherwise is lying! How is a state, Hawaii, who has never taken in any refugees all of a sudden is impacted by the TEMPORARY travel ban? Watson is lying, doing the bidding of the radical left and his good good FRIEND, who happened to appoint him to the bench, barack obama!

Speaking of lying, Pirro called out fmr DNC interim chair Donna Brazile for blatantly lying on national tv after claiming she never handed off debate questions to the Clinton Camp. Brazile finally came clean in a piece she did for Time but the damage is done. The judge called what Donna did "demonic", especially since she shamefully used her Christian faith to be an honest person. No one in the leftist media has condemned Brazile either, all this is is another example of the institutionalized evil we see on display by the left.

Leftists are rewriting the laws and changing journalistic ethics to suit them. Meanwhile, as Pirro cites in her open, the left is demonizing all of us for sticking to our principles. It was no coincidence when the video feed was cut on Iraq war veteran and fmr Navy SEAL, Rep Scott Taylor, after he started going over the FBI's statistics about refugees linked to terrorism currently under investigation. CNN doesn't like it when the truth is told, where apparently the gremlins running loose in the network always seem to pull the plug on remote interviews when opposing information is given that goes against their agenda.

Obama Admin Makes Backroom Deal to Take in 2500 Refugees From Terrorism Hotspots

You would think after all the terrorist attacks including, the one that just happened at OSU by the hands of a refugee, the govt would learn its lesson. How many more backroom deals are we going to have to learn about over the next 47 days that have compromised national security? Listen to it again, 2500 refugees, MOSTLY MALE, who have been "migrating" by boat to Australia (who rejected them) are set to be brought to the US! Refugees who come from terrorism hotspots, where there are no files, databases or records of any kind to cross-reference in a vetting process. Refugees whom ISIS has been very clear will infiltrate to gain access to the west. Refugees who 13% said in a 2014 poll they approved of ISIS, are coming to the US!

2500 x 14% = 350... 350 potential ISIS supporters (fighters) could very well be set loose on the streets of America.

Why does the US have to take these people in? Why can't any of the rich Arab nations take them in? The US has enough problems economically, socially and on national security. We have a border that this admin has left wide open, where agents are busy buying diaper wipes and checking the temperature of burritos, while islamic radical compounds on US soil are stockpiling weapons!

Here is a Simple Solution to the Refugee Problem

What do we do with all the refugees coming out of the middle east and Africa escaping ISIS and other radical muslim extremists? For an unexplained reason Arab... muslim nations, who are much better suited, won't take in their own, so the US and Europe are being expected to take these people in. But look at all the problems that are arising from this exodus out of the middle east. These people are being put into a city/ town/ community in a host nation that doesn't have the space or resources to care for these people. Crime sexual assault are on the rise while putting a major economic strain on wherever these refugees have been relocated. The refugees are not among their own kind and let's be honest they are refusing to assimilate.

Wouldn't it be great if they could be sent somewhere that is isolated from the host nations population, where refugees could settle until their land is retaken and they can return? Wouldn't it be great if there was housing, business structures etc already built that refugees could move into? Wouldn't it be great for an emerging nation to really take its place in this world that has a "booming economy and infrastructure" who also has more billionaires than the US!?

Ya know such a place exists right!?

The Chinese want to be a world leader, well to put all the fears to rest especially when it comes to humanitarian issues, then they should take in all these refugees! Look at those pics, you can probably put all the refugees in one ghost city! Refugees would be among their own, there would be no concern of non-assimilation within a city/ town/ community like they're doing right now in a host nation. Host nations are being forced to support these people as it is, so why not get China on board because they have the space? In exchange for hosting refugees China could be on the receiving end of financial aid host nations are ALREADY shelling out; let's be honest it's money China could really use...

The Chinese have a money problem with this housing boom they experienced resulting in ghost cities. They have the space, host nations forced to take in refugees "have the money", so why not kill two birds with one stone? The Chinese should "rent out" these cities to the world body to house the refugees on a TEMPORARY BASIS. And WE KNOW the refugees would be isolated from the Chinese population. I would be in full support of China taking any measure it wishes to keep these people isolated from the Chinese people. (Don't even try that interment camp bullshit either) The refugees would only be in China until ISIS and radical islamists are driven out of wherever these people escaped from. All the aid organizations already involved could combine their efforts in one location. No more tent cities all over the host nations, no more forcing hotel owners to take in refugees, no more clashes of culture and no more crime or people washing themselves in the middle of Rome!

There is no logical argument against this if it's planned and handled properly. Since rich middle eastern countries for whatever reason can't take in their own they should be the ones to foot at least 50% of the bill to China. If they don't then maybe we should load up the planes and just drop them off at the Saudis and co's front door!

We are watching the end of the "Old Country" (Europe) as we know it. I'm posting this because as of right now these "refugees" (illegal immigrants) are still slated to be brought to the US in 2017. Those who go to Europe first WILL make their way to the US one way or another!

This video is beyond outrageous and frankly heartbreaking to watch what's happening to a wonderful country like Italy. Because of socialist PROGRESSIVE multiculturalism bullshit policies (which is exactly what all this is), countries like Italy are being fundamentally transformed. Call me a bigot, call me a racist, I don't care, I call it as I see it and I KNOW how this will play out in the years to come. Democrat socialist (closet communist) Luis Gutierrez chose to hijack the IRS hearing instead of addressing the serious matter of how the IRS was weaponized against Americans and corrupted under the leadership of John Koskinen after Lois Lerner's exit. Gutierrez carried on making a jerk of himself as he ate Skittles to make a point about Syrian refugees, how one bad Skittle doesn't make the whole bag bad, symbolizing not all muslims from terrorist nations should not be banned from entry in the US. This of course was a direct attack on Trump's policy to ban muslims traveling from muslim countries until we can get a handle on things. Take note Gutierrez made no mention of Pres Carter who had similar ban!

The closet communist then asked Koskinen a "hypothetical" ;) ;) about tax returns being disclosed and whether ones charitable activities are illegal if money is used in ones for profit business...

Both of these "analogies" were direct attacks against Donald Trump and comments his son made. White House Says US Will Take in 110,000 Refugees in 2017

The US borders need to be closed. Those trying to enter from nations whom the US cannot vet with 100% confidence they pose no threat should not be allowed entry to the US. This isn't game, it has nothing to do with racism or bigotry, it is a national security issue. But Mr. Kerry said the U.S. move would be “in keeping with America’s best tradition as a land of second chances and a beacon of hope.”

Speaking in Berlin on Sunday alongside his German counterpart, Frank-Walter Steinmeier, he added that Germany’s welcome of hundreds of thousands of migrants this year served as an “example for the world.”

Trump Warns Refugees Will Commit Next 9/11 Style Attack

Trump gave an interview to the debut of the National Border Patrol Council's The Green Line radio show, as its inaugural guest. When asked Trump warned the next 9/11 style attack will by launched by refugees coming to the US from the middle east. The fact we haven't been attacked yet is surprising which means something spectacular, but IMO low-tech, is coming.

No, it won't be airplanes flown into buildings, car bombs or a single bombing. ISIS has mastered low-tech mass killing where people are grouped en masse like at music venues, sports and political events. Imagine Bataclan Theatre, Boston Marathon, San Bernardino, Ft Hood and Kenyan Westgate Mall attacks ALL happening simultaneously across America in every major city and suburb! No tanks, no fighters, no bombers, no helicopters, NO Special Forces, SRT or SWAT will be able to do anything to protect Americans. Law enforcement will be stretched beyond its limits to respond leaving us to fend for ourselves.

13% of Syrian refugees polled have a positive view on ISIS. I crunched the numbers mos ago using a smaller percentage of those refugees polled where 136 hardcore ISIS fighters/ supporters would be brought into the US under obama's refugee assistance plan (he wants to bring 85,000). As listed above we know what 2-7 ISIS fighters (terrorists) are capable of. IMAGINE the carnage of what at least 136 could do in the US!

Like him or not Trump is right and odds are those who will be attacking the US are already here... prepare America.

German Blogger Calls For Patriotic Citizens to 'Rise Up' 'Resist' Against Radical Islam

German blogger Curd Schumacher (Ben Nemsi) clearly has had enough with the "refugee" situation and the destabilizing effects this mass migration invasion is having on Germany and really all of Europe.

'So what can we do? We can resist. We have to resist. First thing of all we have to go to the streets everywhere, you see in Germany Dresden they show how it goes this is the first step and we have to do it all over Europe. In Poland I like the Polish because these are patriots with hearts of blood with everything and we have to stand together as Europeans... as Patriots. I don't want to lose my Germany and I'm very afraid I am losing it and I will not lose it without to fight for.

So, there was one man in English history who saved the country from the nazis he's Winston Churchill. He said "we fight them on the shores, we fight them on the beaches and on the landing grounds, we fight them in the air, we fight them at the soil but we will NEVER surrender." He said that and I take his word I don't like Churchill but the word is good and this is what we all should think about. We should never surrender because they [islamists] declared war on us. I'm not sure why we aren't seeing more Europeans speaking out as Curd but I think I have an idea... IMO the German people are not being as vocal as necessary opposing the middle eastern/ muslim invasion as they want to, over fears of stereotyping because of their past.

It would appear because of the actions of Nazi Germany during WWII the people do not want to close their doors to anyone seeking refuge. Many argue this is or was one of the motivators for Chancellor Angela Merkel to "invite" middle eastern refugees along with an economic need for more workers (as well as other EU members). Regardless this act has clearly backfired resulting in major backlash from the German people like Curd and surely many other Europeans afraid of losing their country. So...

Citizens need to peacefully rise up demand our elected leaders to use whatever powers they have to override our heads of state or face consequences of being recalled/ elected out of office. Nothing will change in any of our countries until we remove all career politicians from power. Clearly none of them have our best interests in mind.

Take note during Sessions speech he points out that he worked on legislation with Sen Cruz that was not included in the deal over foreign workers taking jobs from Americans. You know Sessions is vehemently against amnesty, he backs Cruz 100%. That said do the claims progressive tool Marco Rubio stated during the GOP debate make any sense when he says Ted wants amnesty? With all the Sessions vids posted on STR time and again he has thundered away against amnesty do you really believe he would back Cruz if Ted was pushing amnesty! Of course not. The funding bill is just another example of the radical agenda being rammed down our throats by the progressive elites in DC. If you want amnesty and more of these shenanigans vote for Marco Rubio. Sessions: Omnibus Would Quadruple Controversial Foreign Worker Program, Expand Admission Of Refugees, Fund President’s ‘Entire Immigration Agenda’
WASHINGTON—U.S. Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL), Chairman of the Senate Subcommittee on Immigration and the National Interest, released a statement warning that the omnibus funding bill would, among other things, fund Sanctuary Cities, the President’s refugee expansion, and quadruple a controversial foreign worker program replacing Americans – all during a time of increasing concerns about threats to U.S. security and finances:

“The more than 2,000 page year-end funding bill contains a dramatic change to federal immigration law that would increase by as much as four-fold the number of low-wage foreign workers provided to employers under the controversial H-2B visa program, beyond what is currently allowed. These foreign workers are brought in exclusively to fill blue-collar non-farm jobs in hotels, restaurants, construction, truck driving, and many other occupations sought by millions of Americans.

At a time of record immigration – with a full 83% of the electorate wanting immigration frozen or reduced – the GOP-led Congress is about to deliver Obama a four-fold increase to one of the most controversial foreign worker programs. The result? Higher unemployment and lower wages for Americans.

As the Economic Policy Institute noted, ‘wages were stagnant or declining for workers in all of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014,’ and ‘unemployment rates increased in all but one of the top 15 H-2B occupations between 2004 and 2014, and all 15 occupations averaged very high unemployment rates…Flat and declining wages coupled with such high unemployment rates over such a long period of time suggest a loose labor market—an over-supply of workers rather than an under-supply.’

The voters put Republicans in a majority in the 2014 midterm elections – a vote which constituted a clear decision to reject the abuse of our immigration system.

State Dept Official Confirms to Sen Sessions Illegals Are Eligible For ALL Welfare Programs

Earlier this month we learned the obama regime was flying in illegals (who are being reclassified as refugees) on our dime. Well to add salt to the obama amnesty wound a State Dept official, Simon Henshaw, confirmed to the Senator Sessions and the Senate Judiciary Committee that all programs (ie food stamps, Medicaid, cash assistance etc) "any other legal resident" is eligible for illegal aliens aka refugees will be eligible for as well. Now Henshaw says these people would have to qualify for these benefits, does anyone really see the admin making it harder to qualify after they ship people into the US?!

Not only will you have to foot the bill for their plane ride here from Central America but it's now official you will be financing illegals stay in America! While you struggle to make ends meet the obama regime will flood our communities with people who do not deserve to be here. They have NOTHING to contribute to America other than being pawns in a battle for power by the elitist monsters in DC.
