SCOTUS Upholds Trump's Travel Ban, 4 Justices Ignore Law

As expected and should be no surprise 5 Supreme Court Justices upheld the rule of law but 4, 2 appointed by obama, chose to ignore it ruling on feelings and continuing their political activism from the bench. In 2015 this site made it clear defending, then candidate, Donald Trump when he spoke of a muslim travel ban that it was legal.

A "muslim ban" of course caused liberals and progressive republicans to meltdown, calling him a racist and "he can't do that." Oh yes he can and did. POTUS holds plenary powers that no lower court can override because it pertains to national security. Because Trump said "muslim ban" people went nuts not realizing the law still remained on his side!

While the Left and unhinged corrupt media rants and raves, calling Trump and the GOP racists, while whining about McConnell blocking obama's SCOTUS nominee, Merrick Garland, at the end of his term, here's the actual law that shuts all of the nonsense down NO ONE took the time to read:

Under 8 US Code § 1182 – Inadmissible aliens

“…(f) Suspension of Entry or Imposition of Restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate. Whenever the Attorney General finds that a commercial airline has failed to comply with regulations of the Attorney General relating to requirements of airlines for the detection of fraudulent documents used by passengers traveling to the United States (including the training of personnel in such detection), the Attorney General may suspend the entry of some or all aliens transported to the United States by such airline.”

That's it, all other arguments are moot. Furthermore with respect to those saying Trump can't ban people because of religious beliefs, OH YES HE CAN! Aside from the law stating "any class of aliens", keep in mind those attempting to come to the US are NOT citizens. Non-citizens DO NOT have Constitutional rights, therefore the religious right clause of the First Amendment doesn't apply to ANY of them! The protections in the Constitution only apply to citizens, it is NOT a Treaty with the rest of the world. Therefore the argument of discrimination was DOA.

Now with all of that laid out, 4 Justices ruled the other way proving they are political activists. Kagen and Sotomayer were both put on the bench by obama to do just that; rule by feelings and political leaning rather than by what the law says. The other two, Ginsburg and Breyer, are another story who can be summed up as liberal obstructionists.

The lesson to be learned is actions have consequences - to vote or not has consequences. While many detested John McCain for POTUS in 2008 he surely wouldn't have appointed progressive radicals to the bench. Obama spent 8 years stacking the courts with life term serving radicals to carry on his destructive legacy long after he is gone. This case is proof of that as a number of federal judges attempted to violate POTUS' plenary powers on issues of national security over "feelings".

As we approach the midterms you might want to keep judicial appointments in mind since many lower level judges need to be appointed. One or two of them will end up on the Supreme Court under a Presidents term too. If dems regain power in the Senate they will vote against Trump's judicial nominees. Needless to say if the House is lost, as well, Trump gets impeached and they'll dismantle everything he has done. Also if you don't know, dems can impeach judges too!

Stop being complacent with all the "winning", this nation is on the edge, democrats must be stopped. SCOTUS rulings like this should be unanimous 9-0, not 5-4!

For 3rd Time a Fed Judge, Obama Loyalist, Blocks Trump's Travel Ban (Video)

Hours before Pres Trump's revised travel ban was to take effect Hawaiian federal Judge, obama appointee/ loyalist, Derrick Watson blocked it for the THIRD TIME! "The judge, appointed by former President Barack Obama, said the new restrictions ignore a federal appeals court ruling that found President Donald Trump's previous ban exceeds the scope of his authority. The latest version 'plainly discriminates based on nationality in the manner that the 9th Circuit has found antithetical to ... the founding principles of this nation,' Watson wrote."

Discrimination, if it were true, is irrelevant. As pointed out on this site in Dec 2015, federal law 8 US Code § 1182 grants POTUS the plenary powers to restrict "the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

In other words, POTUS can restrict the entry of anyone into the US for any reason he or she wants! 

NEWSFLASH, anyone who is not a US citizen does not have the right to come to the US anytime they want!


The travel ban is legal, the Supreme Court, upheld the ban in June 2017, yet this obstructionist continues to meddle with issues of national security. A 25 year old Sudanese "immigrant", Emanuel Kidega Samson, of Rutherford County, TN, carrying 2 handguns and wearing a mask, indiscriminately shot up the Burnette Chapel Church of Christ in Antioch killing 1 and injuring 7 others as church let out. The attempted mass killing could have been worse had it not been for an usher, Robert Engle, who stepped in to stop this domestic terrorist (not officially labeled as such but give it time). To add insult to injury the domestic terrorist use to attend the church but as reported hadn't attended in approximately 1-2 yrs ago.

How many more Americans must die or be severely wounded by people who shouldn't be in America. Pres Trump just updated his executive order on travel restrictions to 8 countries, Sudan is not included. Obama Appointed Fed Judge Defying Supreme Court Ruling on Travel Ban Must Be Impeached

Hawaii federal judge Derrick Watson, appointed by obama in his second term, has once again acted against Pres Trump and taking things to a new level by now defying the Supreme Court ruling on the Travel Ban. Watson has "ruled" pretty much all family members are exempt from the ban/ restriction. Keep in mind this Executive Order is an attempt to get a handle on who is coming into the US, to shore up the vetting process that Watson has now blown apart.. AGAIN.

This man is putting US national security in jeopardy. Terrorists are not grown in a test tube, they are in fact grand parents, grand children, brother & sister in-laws, cousins etc that Watson has ordered are permitted to enter the US.

Congress granted POTUS the plenary power to take action on issues of national security. Watson is violating the balance of power over his political views and feelings. Since when does a federal judge have a say on issues of national security? WHEN we get hit he and all the other radical progressives who have done everything possible to stop this President will have blood on their hands.

There is but one solution in dealing with judicial activists like Derrick Watson > impeachment. The American people must put pressure on Congress to take action in filing articles of impeachment against this rogue dangerous judge. If they fail to act, to set a precedent, stopping judicial activism more of this abuse of power will come from others. Another Circuit Court has made an insane ruling to uphold the block on Pres Trump's travel ban. People who have never been to America DO NOT HAVE ANY RIGHTS UNDER THE US CONSTITUTION. The US Constitution IS NOT a treaty with the world offering all the privileges and benefits to foreigners. The Establishment Clause of the First Amendment does not apply to people who have NEVER stepped foot on US soil. No one has every been able to provide proof it is, this ruling just goes to show how out of control these courts have become. Political opinion and feelings are irrelevant, rulings should be based on the Constitution nothing else.

POTUS has explicit plenary authority in the name of national security to stop ANYONE from entering the US. Furthermore immigrants DO NOT have a right to come to America! There is some twisted myth floating around everyone has Constitutional rights and can come to America if they want. NO THEY CAN'T anyone suggesting otherwise is lying! How is a state, Hawaii, who has never taken in any refugees all of a sudden is impacted by the TEMPORARY travel ban? Speaking of lying, Pirro called out fmr DNC interim chair Donna Brazile for blatantly lying on national tv after claiming she never handed off debate questions to the Clinton Camp. These federal judges ruling against LEGAL Executive Orders are invoking power not delegated to them by anyone, including under the Constitution. Frankly the only court established by the Constitution is the Supreme Court, Congress created the lower court system which clearly needs to be gutted. They can start with impeaching rogue judges who rule on social justice and feelings followed with term limits for a start, since they've demonstrated they have no concern for upholding the law they swore an oath to!

If POTUS and Congress declare war, plenary powers they possess, on a nation that attacked the US but some liberal disagrees they can run to a court to overturn the declaration of war! WA Asst Atty Gen Confirms 9th Circuit Decision Had Nothing to Do With Constitution

Even though we are in a post obama world, the stranglehold progressives have over the judicial system he championed that has upended this country remains strong. After news hit the wire that the 9th Circuit Court ruled to uphold the temporary restraining order on Pres Trump's Executive Order the WA Attorney General held a celebratory press conference.

As the AG, Bob Ferguson, took a victory lap praising the decision it wasn't until his Assistant AG, Colleen Melody, spoke we learned what actually drove the three judges "The people on my team recognized it instantly as a fairness.. basic fairness, social justice and civil rights issue."

That right there ladies and gents confirmed the decision had nothing to do with the Constitution. Go ahead open up your copy and see if you can find anywhere it covers social justice, basic fairness and the civil rights of aliens. These AG's and the judges are telling the country, and the world, that a person in the Amazon with a bone through their nose (or anyone, anywhere really, who has never stepped foot in America) has rights under the United States Constitution.

The rule of law is irrelevant to progressives, it's about feelings. Myself, countless sites and legal experts have all said repeatedly aliens do not have rights under the US Constitution but that doesn't matter to radicals who have infiltrated every level of government to usurp and endanger this nation. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals Upholds Suspension of Trump's Immigration Order

Gee who didn't see that coming! #9thcircut is insanely corrupt, they do not make decisions based on Constitution rather feelings.
Fmr AG and federal Judge Michael Mukasey, Judge Jeanine Pirro and Judge Napolitano have all weighed in making it clear there is NOTHING in US Constitution giving rights to aliens. NO ONE has right to come to US. These liberal judges have overstepped their authority in balance of power. The law is abundantly clear POTUS has the authority to restrict entry to "any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States"



These judicial activists have clearly set precedent by overriding Presidential authority, do they now have authority to override a declaration of war if someone objects?

Judge James Robart and the 9th Circuit have just rang the bell for terrorists to use any means possible to enter the US. Terrorists who are on record that they will infiltrate refugee programs to gain entry into the US. Visa holders are not citizens or permanent residents they do not have due process rights these courts are apparently granting. How is Washington state going to be irreparably damaged from a 4 month travel restriction?

These people define hypocrite, they want America to "open its doors" to refugees, but none of them are willing to open their homes or make a donation, when questioned by YouTube prankster Joey Salads! These people weren't being asked to give up an arm or a leg, they were only being asked to give up a couch or space for a blow-up mattress and feed refugees, "food and water", or make a donation. Like clockwork these protesters had every excuse in the book, meanwhile they expect YOU to provide for refugees! This is just more of the "do as I say not as I do" the left is known for.

Nancy Pelosi: Trump's Executive Order On Immigration 'Unconstitutional, Immoral'

Democrats are locked in lying and misleading the public over Pres Trump's Executive Order on travel. Nancy Pelosi once again is insulting the American people by stating Congress takes an "oath to protect and defend the Constitution and the American people". She and the dems are making things up under their famed "Good and Plenty clause" as to what powers are in the Constitution and laws that grant POTUS the authority to restrict "entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States".

There is nothing stating aliens have any rights in the US Constitution. NO ONE, other than US citizens, has the right to enter the USA. Maybe it is immoral to block refugees from entering the US, but that is power granted under US Code Title 8 to the President for purposes of national security.

Even if there was a muslim/religious ban, it's still legal for POTUS to restrict entry. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus etc, ANYONE who are not citizens or have been granted any type of legal status to be in the US can in fact be denied entry. Those who are granted travel visas can be revoked under Presidential proclamation!

Pelosi and the democrat party want the US borders and points of entry left wide open. They want to see the US immigration system destroyed. They do not care about national security. Democrats only care about power and control they can gain from from a new immigration system where everyone can come in, be granted citizenship and vote. Democrats couldn't careless about muslims, Mexicans or whomever they are encouraging to enter. It may be hard for those reading to accept but that is what all of this is about.
