Nancy Pelosi Defends Rep Conyers Amid Harassment Accusations (Video)

Nancy Pelosi is standing by "icon in our country" John Conyers after being accused of sexual harassment. The democrat minority leader doesn't believe the "icon" should resign from Congress, but a few hours after this interview on Meet the Press Conyers announced he was stepping down as ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee. Nancy says Conyers, who paid off a victim, deserves due process, yet Roy Moore who isn't even an elected leader has been condemned and convicted over 40 year old accusations!

None of this is a surprise to see dem leadership standing by members committing inexcusable acts with supporting evidence (ie photos, payoffs etc) vs accusations made against republicans whom dems have condemned and demanded resignation. Unless these politicians have actually committed a felony to the extent of a bank robbery caught on video or killing someone, no one in Congress is going to resign over sexual misconduct. There's no law being broken, ethics investigations are for show, and expulsion is unlikely since the last time it ever happened was in 1862. AND FOR THE RECORD those who were expelled were all democrats except one!

When Feinstein admitted she couldn't name any laws that could stop the attack, those paying attention to the gun debate should have had a good laugh when she said "I'd have to take good look and study it".

This woman has been a Senator for 30 years, doing everything possible, "studying it", to disarm the American people. What could she possible have to look and study to answer this question? Frankly the US Senator lied to Chuck Todd! She wants to see the Second Amendment repealed and the American people disarmed, by force if necessary. Feinstein doesn't have the guts to say it, she doesn't have to either, her actions over the years are proof.

Most of the bills Feinstein proposes are very wide and vague providing the opportunity to have other elements included in them. She and her ilk aren't just going after bump stocks, but also anything that enables a semi-auto to operate like them.

The coming legislative move is really against semi-autos, because the fact remains they only discharge 1 round per trigger pull. Semi-autos will fire as fast as the trigger can be pulled, where as automatics will continue to fire for as long as the trigger is pulled and not released. Progressives can't ban a fast finger pulling on the trigger, so they must go after all the devices including the heart of all semi-autos the triggers! Watch and see America, Dianne's bill will include language to include the fire control mechanism.

The Left will never be happy until all the guns are out of the hands of citizens. An armed citizenry has been the wall in progressives way from total takeover of this country.

Trump saw the coming threat pointing out it would be better to strike sooner than later when NK would have actual weapons pointed at the US!! When Russert challenged him over the potential nuclear fallout from hitting NK nuclear sites with conventional weapons Trump made a great point, "Do you want to do it [strike] in five years when they have warheads all over the place, every one of them pointing to New York City, to Washington and every one of our... is that when you want to do it, or do you want to do something now? You better do it now and if they think you're serious.... they'll negotiate it'll never come to that."

Who would have thought the very situation Trump warned/ was concerned about would actually be happening today with him as President!

Very important: It seems the Left is again embracing the constitution with many, like Rep Ted LIEu, ranting POTUS cannot go to war with NK without Congressional approval. That is true for the most part, just one problem in this case. The Korean War NEVER ENDED! There has been a cease fire since 1953, Trump doesn't need anyone's permission to take action to defend America and our interests.

Democrats are locked in lying and misleading the public over Pres Trump's Executive Order on travel. Nancy Pelosi once again is insulting the American people by stating Congress takes an "oath to protect and defend the Constitution and the American people". She and the dems are making things up under their famed "Good and Plenty clause" as to what powers are in the Constitution and laws that grant POTUS the authority to restrict "entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States".

There is nothing stating aliens have any rights in the US Constitution. NO ONE, other than US citizens, has the right to enter the USA. Maybe it is immoral to block refugees from entering the US, but that is power granted under US Code Title 8 to the President for purposes of national security.

Even if there was a muslim/religious ban, it's still legal for POTUS to restrict entry. Muslims, Jews, Christians, Hindus etc, ANYONE who are not citizens or have been granted any type of legal status to be in the US can in fact be denied entry. Those who are granted travel visas can be revoked under Presidential proclamation!

Pelosi and the democrat party want the US borders and points of entry left wide open. They want to see the US immigration system destroyed. They do not care about national security. Democrats only care about power and control they can gain from from a new immigration system where everyone can come in, be granted citizenship and vote. Democrats couldn't careless about muslims, Mexicans or whomever they are encouraging to enter. It may be hard for those reading to accept but that is what all of this is about.

Right off the tip of your head you know there is a Senator from the southwest who argued time and again to send arms to Libya. He made almost the same exact speech to arm Syria!
