Obama Sends Out Reminder to Enroll in Obamacare After Fed Judge Rules It Unconstitutional

 

In an attempt of desperation to stay relevant, and hold on to what's left of his "legacy", barack hussein obama tweeted out a reminder that today is the last day for open enrollment in HIS signature piece of legislation, obamacare. You know the law that passed literally in the middle of the night Christmas Eve 2009, the last time Nancy Pelosi was Speaker of the House! Included in the tweet was a longer message addressing the "Affordable" Care Act's future, following TX US District Judge Reed O’Connor's ruling it is unconstitutional, reassuring his minions the law is still in effect where it will take months even years battling out the ruling.



You can be sure barry will have his best attorneys and lackeys in DC (Deep State loyalists) doing everything possible to get this decision overturned in the 9th Circuit Court to give the Judge and Pres Trump a big FU until it then gets in front of the Supreme Court, where once again they will bet all their chips on Chief Justice Roberts SCREWING the country over for a second time.

The fact that this law is a nightmare economically, where every promise made were lies from keeping your plan, doctor and being affordable do not matter to this progressive (aka closet communist) and his ilk. obama knows his pals in the democrat party will use every measure and loophole to get 0-care reinstated, when they are officially running the House in a month. They will find a way to reinstitute the mandate and force this terrible law NO ONE asked for on the American people. Pres-elect Trump is promising to repeal and replace obamacare. The Supreme Court has taken another step to once again prove they are nothing but a bunch of political activists by upholding and rewriting law. Separation of powers no longer exists and frankly America as we know it is over. We now have 3 branches of govt writing law that does nothing but hurt this nation while empowering and enriching the elite class. The Constitution has been dismissed and the democratic process turned upside down. Obama: Obamacare Worked Out Better Than Anticipated, Despite Doom and Gloom Predictions

Healthcare costs in general have continued to climb since obamacare was passed and implemented. The $2,500 savings he promised each family would see in reality was the complete opposite. People have seen anywhere from 10-50% increase in their monthly premiums and deductibles. The healthcare plans people had and were happy with in which obama and the dems promised American can keep were in fact lost. And no it was not because of the evil insurance companies either. Health plans were dropped because providers were forced to comply with this law. Everything this monster told the country about how wonderful obamacare is has turned out to be a lie. He himself is on tape lying over 36 times yet he has the stones to claim it worked out better than anticipated!

Mark Levin Exposes Mitch McConnell Flip Flopping on Repealing Obamacare

Lets make something clear barackobamacare was passed as a tax, which means it DOES NOT require 60 votes in the Senate to be repealed.

Mitch McConnell 2.5 years ago said 51 votes were only needed for repeal because the obaminable law is tax per that BACKSTABBER Chief Justice John Roberts. But 2 days ago on Cavuto, McConnell said they needed 60. Now since Levin took to the airwaves making this fact public McConnell, like the progressive he is, has now reversed the lie he told on Cavuto saying they can repeal obamacare. He had no intentions of repealing obamacare if the repubs win the Senate, it's only because he was exposed as a liar on the Great One's show he is flip-flopping.

The question we all need to be asking is: Do the republicans, not conservatives, want to repeal obamacare or not?

Remember this law put the framework in place for power grabs, new taxes & fees and control. Whichever party is in control of DC can take advantage of this infrastructure created by this destructive law that was forcefully imbedded in our lives.

If the republicans if in fact win majority with 51+ seats in the Senate and a repeal is not put to a vote Mitch McConnell, the assumed Senate Majority Leader, will be to blame. I suspect another regime executive order delay will be coming because of this 40% tax Rep Lynch talks about, which will be another example of how bad this law is for the nation. We of course have Chief Justice John Roberts to thank for ObamaTax when he turned his back on the nation upholding the worst piece of legislation, passed by the worst Congress, signed into law by the worst president in US history!

I cannot understand how this law can be upheld now after all we know and the deception that played in its passing. If this were a corporation with they would have been already sued by the federal govt for fraud, having to cut checks to their victims, be put out of business followed with a few executives going to prison. Obamacare is a perfect example of blatant fraud not only at the legislative level but also politically. I cannot remember off the top of my head but I am sure a politician or two have been removed from power because of defrauding their voters.

All the victims of obamacare where are you? Why are the millions screwed by this law not marching on DC? Obama Claims Repealing Obamacare Would Increase the Deficit

Obamacare is increasing costs across the board how would repealing it increase the deficit?? I guess we are all stupid and should get some of that new Common Core eduction to understand the emperor math and economic policy! Obama is probably using the same logic with the deficit as he has done with employment where he said it could have been worse when it was already high. We know obamacare will cost close to $3 trillion so it would be curious to see exactly how those costs would increase the deficit. The costs of implementation alone have increased the deficit, because if there is one thing DC is good at it is spending more money than they bring in! The only way to offset that will be to increase taxes, fees etc. Thankfully we have economists like Stuart Varney who can spell out the truth unlike the boy king who loves to lie 24/7.
