TX Delegate Shares SCOTUS Staffer's Claim Justices Fought Over Taking Up TX Lawsuit, Fearing More Riots From Dems

    We were told SCOTUS Justices have been meeting via teleconference yet this Texas Congressman and delegate Matt Patrick felt compelled to share this story of a SCOTUS staffer's claim that the Justices fought over taking up the TX lawsuit.   Is this true about Chief Justice John Roberts and the other Justices? Without video or audio this is here say BUT Roberts has a history of defying the will of the American people more importantly upholding the rule of law - he did it with obamacare and some other high profile cases and now rejecting the TX lawsuit. Some say Roberts flew on the Lolita Express to Epstein Island so someone somewhere has devastating dirt on him, making him quite the pawn. There is a log entry of a "John Roberts" being flown there, is it the Chief Justice or the guy from Fox News?? What's worse about this is the power the Left has over this country, where if this story is true these people would rather allow an election be stolen, the rule of law violated than deal with the democrat party's foot soldiers having another fit. Their acts of domestic terrorism worked so much so SCOTUS allegedly refused to take up the case in fear of more riots. But you know that's also YOUR FAULT! Republicans think sitting with their hands folded and noses held high was the better way to go over the years than stooping to the dems level. Well guess what you still got a bloody nose trying to be all high and mighty better than them and you still lost. This is something yours truly tried to get through to conservatives, TEA Party activists and republicans for years in this video, but no one "got it"... you will now!   It is time for the Right to stop playing by the Left's rules and being nice just like a vet warned CA lawmakers a few mos back over the lockdown orders. SCOTUS Overrules Trump's Asylum Ban For Illegal Aliens, Chief Justice Roberts Does It Again

After rewriting obamacare making it into a tax and legal, Chief Justice John Roberts does it again siding with the liberal members of the Supreme Court to overrule Pres Trump's ban on illegal aliens abusing the immigration system claiming asylum.

In a 5-4 ruling SCOTUS has overstepped their mandate violating the Separation of Powers. For the sake of conversation and debate on FACTS, we will leave Trump out of this for a moment. The President of the United States on some issues has plenary powers ("Complete power over a particular area with no limitations.") especially when it revolves around national security, more specifically immigration as to who can and cannot enter the US. Per 8 US Code § 1182 – Inadmissible aliens, the President has the power to grant or deny access to anyone seeking entry into the US for any reason.

"…(f) Suspension of Entry or Imposition of Restrictions by President
Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate.…”

Back to Trump - This is the same law that granted Pres Trump the power to enact the Travel Ban that WAS upheld by SCOTUS, after numerous lower court challenges! Read it again, the law reads "any aliens or of any class of aliens" which means asylum seekers can arguably be classified under [It's safe to assume the admin's attorneys are working on this as we speak].

Leaving your country of origin to enter another because of general violence and economic disparity IS NOT grounds for asylum. It sucks for those people, but they cannot be permitted to abuse our immigration system that has already been perverted by corrupt politicians. Christians escaping the middle east because they are being wiped out by islamic jihadists because they believe in Christ not Allah is a legitimate claim. In general those facing acts of genocide are prime candidates for asylum as are those living under tyrannical regimes who are being threatened assaulted etc over their political beliefs which is direct threat to their govt. Not being able to make enough money to feed your family because nation you come from economy is in the toilet, or has bowed down to organized crime is not enough. These alleged asylum seekers are not being directly threatened, sorry to say they have no claim. Now if they have the dirt on cartels, gangs and their ties to the govt that's another story, but it's not the case.

Roberts KNOWS all of this and he is playing games. The Chief Justice is not acting as a jurist but a political activist defying the President, just as he did with obamacare and other controversial decisions. It is swing vote decisions like this that give many cause to call for Term Limits for the Judiciary Branch. These judges who are not elected become unhinged, making decisions that effect millions.

Prepare yourselves America, Roberts will continue to take positions against Trump, he will.. is the swing vote like fmr Justice Kennedy.

The Supreme Court has taken another step to once again prove they are nothing but a bunch of political activists by upholding and rewriting law. Separation of powers no longer exists and frankly America as we know it is over. We now have 3 branches of govt writing law that does nothing but hurt this nation while empowering and enriching the elite class. The Constitution has been dismissed and the democratic process turned upside down. The legislative branch for all accounts is irrelevant now that we have the judicial and executive branches working together to rewrite law. We are as Mark Levin has said repeatedly a post-Constitutional Republic.

Today's decision was not a victory for the American people as emperor obama claims. It was a victory for the radicals, like him, in power who now know there is nothing to stop them from fulfilling fundamental transformation.

Don't feel bad because you have to know this country was considered to be nothing but an experiment by the Founders. If they were brought back today the first thing the Founders would probably ask is "how long did the experiment last?" They would probably be in shock to hear it lasted this long, although now just a shell.

The Founders knew this govt would become corrupt and gave us the tools to remove the elites but Americans no longer have the will. Mark Levin Exposes Mitch McConnell Flip Flopping on Repealing Obamacare

Lets make something clear barackobamacare was passed as a tax, which means it DOES NOT require 60 votes in the Senate to be repealed.

Mitch McConnell 2.5 years ago said 51 votes were only needed for repeal because the obaminable law is tax per that BACKSTABBER Chief Justice John Roberts. But 2 days ago on Cavuto, McConnell said they needed 60. Now since Levin took to the airwaves making this fact public McConnell, like the progressive he is, has now reversed the lie he told on Cavuto saying they can repeal obamacare. He had no intentions of repealing obamacare if the repubs win the Senate, it's only because he was exposed as a liar on the Great One's show he is flip-flopping.

The question we all need to be asking is: Do the republicans, not conservatives, want to repeal obamacare or not?

Remember this law put the framework in place for power grabs, new taxes & fees and control. Whichever party is in control of DC can take advantage of this infrastructure created by this destructive law that was forcefully imbedded in our lives.

If the republicans if in fact win majority with 51+ seats in the Senate and a repeal is not put to a vote Mitch McConnell, the assumed Senate Majority Leader, will be to blame. It will prove he and the republicans are as we all know the other face of the progressive beast running our healthcare system, economy and this country into the ground like their democrat brothers & sisters.
